What do you like best about the product?
Great onboarding experience, detailed documentation and helpful Support team. Ideal CRM for startups & SMBs.
No training or certification is needed to get started on the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Understanding and comparing all the products offered in their suite is a challenge.
Mobile app can be improved, essential since a lot of sales & customer success team members are on the move.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Improved customer engagement, creating opportunities for our sales team to increase revenue and offer a better experience to all our customers.

A simple yet extremely customisable CRM

What do you like best about the product?
1. Super customisable.
2. Reporting and Dashboards are very robust for pipeline management.
3. Could be integrated with multiple platforms. API friendly.
4. Email tracking is also accurate.
What do you dislike about the product?
1. Sometimes the load time is slow.
2. Have had issues with wrong data populated. But very minute issues once in a while.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Customer record management and pipeline management.

I have had no problem navigating through the platform. Simple and easy to use and have helped with managing over 100000 records with ease.

What do you like best about the product?
Have used several CRMs but we choose freshsales because of how it looks and how easy it is for salespeople to get through.
What do you dislike about the product?
Feature restrictions in plans. For e.g. in our plan we get reports but we can't clone/duplicate a report.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making it easier for the sales team to find inbound leads, talk to them, track activity and close them.

What do you like best about the product?
The integration with the other outreach apps, includes calling options as well and a chat space to interact with colleagues. all at one place
What do you dislike about the product?
The cadences do not work up properly, It takes a lot of time to update any information added to the CRM.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The maintaining of the prospect details and history.

Easy to use UI, customisations available, integrations with other softwares

Reporting could be better, views for looking at conversations, activites, agenda, calendar, etc. LK

It's our sales crm, we manage all out leads, contact, deals etc on it. We also use the freshcaller and email features. It helps us be more productive by integrating with all my tech stack

Slow loading, limited sequence personalisation limited search options, not supported by many of the other sales tools

What do you like best about the product?
Freshsales help me a very useful ideas to make lots of sales as a salesperson..a lot of software that I have use its depends on what product or project I working
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe the downside about using fresh sales the log it's wasting of time waiting for the product or item that I'm looking and sometimes the product is not available
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For me in my experience using freshsales a lot of product I sold out give me more income and make me more productive in every idea or suggestion give by freshsales thank you freshsales your the best

What do you like best about the product?
The capability to manage leads, deals, pipelines from a variety of sources is amazing. It can be integrated with almost every platform and the ease of use takes all the credits.
What do you dislike about the product?
The technical aspects need improvement and should be made more robust
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
CRM, Analytics, Customer Interaction, Omnichannel marketing, Chatbot integration, Email marketing, CPQ Feature, etc.

Good product, lousy people

What do you like best about the product?
The software does a lot of things nicely. It works well with the other components of Freshworks.
What do you dislike about the product?
The trainers are rude. I had more than one trainer yell at me or call me profane names. It was interesting that I was given the recordings to most of the trainings, but not the ones where the trainers acted out.

I also did not like the limit on how many emails the system could send out in a month. The absolute max was 2,500. I specifically asked about this during the sales process, and I was told that my plan of sending out 10,000+ per month would not be a problem. Oh, but it is. And this wasn't this only false statement made by the sales team to get me to sign up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was hoping to use this as my CRM, for marketing automation, and for email campaigns, But with the limitations previously mentioned this was not all possible.
