Excellent CRM
What do you like best about the product?
Does everything that I, as a salesperson, find necessary.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have used Freshsales for a few months now and haven't run into any problems at all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is much less complicated than Salesforce and has way fewer unnecessary features. Salesforce has added a relevant feature in probably a decade. Freshsales keeps it simple and makes it a lot easier to keep your leads organized.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
As someone who has used most of the CRMs that are out there, FreshSales, does everything that you need if you are in a typical sales environment. It is especially perfect for a company that works out of one or only a couple offices. I have never used it in an enterprise environment, but for 95% of companies this is the perfect solution. For salespeople there is a TON less data entry and organization required than with other CRMs. For inside sales people that means you can be on the phone and not typing up a thesis after every call like some products. For managers, the reports answer everything you'd likely need unless you are a fortune 500 company that requires insane detail, in which case you're probably not reading this review anyway.

We love how their package is integrated with other tools - can chat, track, market and analyze what the customer's doing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Don't have any dislikes, this software is great. They continue to make improvements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Have a large client base with various needs - using Freshsales to track client progression through the customer flow, from signup to conversion.

FS is a helpful and user friendly tool
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful is how it keeps the accounts and contacts in one platform that can easily be edited, deleted, called on and of course the Opened/Clicked setUp of emails sent It is very handy and reliable.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I don't like is the function of auto deleting contacts that have bounced emails
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We do lead generation and we contact as much prospects as possible and FS makes it really easy with no lagging of system even with many many leads.

FS is recommended for a company who needs a systematic, user friendly, reliable and useful application for sales and lead generation
Best CRM system I have used!
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to load leads and keep track of these leads until I am able to convert them to an account. This helps me stay on track and motivated.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like a required field when uploading a new lead ect should be the "area" of the company or client.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Makes admin a lot easier. All my information is in its place.

Easy to use software application, doesn't take long to learn the ropes and begin adding value to the base configuration.
Easy to tailor pretty much every aspect of the application to suit your business processes, rather than attempting to fit your processes around an application. Means you can engage with prospects in exactly the way you want to.

What do you dislike about the product?
SaaS platform and therefore data is stored in cloud. The application sometimes performs slowly in comparison to the competitors that we trialed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The application gives complete visibility of the sales process through the reporting functionality. It allows us to see at what stages of the pipeline we're getting stuck and create resources to push forward.

Be willing to spend the time customizing to meet your sales process and get the most from the reporting functionality.
A great experience
What do you like best about the product?
Freshsales is one of the best CRM platform available right now. It is seamless in usage and user experience is very good. From contact stage to development as lead Freshsales assists at every step. Import data from across formats in a jiffy and manage it in the most intuitive interface. Overall a great product.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is mapping the databases which I think is a work in progress.

I have used freshsales in creating funnel for my sales team. Also to manage contacts and their sales life cycles.

One of the best CRM tools
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use, very intuitive, with a modern user interface and very easy to adapt to the needs of our customers. In addition, the reports produced are very good, customer service is very good and is very well integrated with the same solutions, such as Freshcaller and Freshdesk.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really think you need a stronger search function via email. Also, it would be nice if a basic sales marketing template could be available, because I now have to create a template every time I start from scratch.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Freshsales as my CRM tool for the marketing department. This is where I save all my potential clients, contacts, account data, progress in bidding and communicating via email. All tickets for our customers appear in the account, which is very useful for us when sellers see what is happening in their customer's organization. Freshsales has helped us automate many processes such as lead distribution, automatic tracking of manufacturing tasks, and reserves.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Regardless of the size of the business, Freshsales can be used by all teams. I can say that it never disappoints me or is not yet available, so the performance is very good. It fulfills central needs almost perfectly: the journey from profit creation to closing opportunities. However, Freshsales is not suitable for companies that need every single aspect of a CRM, as it lacks of some deep functions that only CRM comes with.
Great CRM and Bulk Emailing Platform
What do you like best about the product?
It's a great tool to track and manage people who I am marketing to. If you have a database of people that you want to contact and track, it's one of the best and simplest tools out there, very smart, very easy to use. Lead score customization makes life a whole lot easier and the automation tools and sales sequences are great for bulk actions and messaging. The best features are it's automated workflows which is easy to setup and basically makes things easier and more efficient so there's less manual work that needs to be done on your end. Also, the bulk email feature is topnotch and though there's a limit of 2000 emails (on the highest plan), that is more than sufficient to get your message across to the people you are marketing to.
What do you dislike about the product?
Biggest issue with it is that if you are used to dealing with sizable databases, there is no way you could filter out just the duplicate ones. So it is possible that you send out the same message twice which is problematic if you have a lead base of 1000 or more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lots of sales conversions! I am able to market myself with the bulk email send out, tracking the metrics of those and people, through my messaging, are able to know about what I do and what help I can provide so they come in and work with me!

It's cheap and it does the job with your peace of mind intact. It's actually the easiest to navigate and familiarize yourself with.

What do you like best about the product?
Built in phone, email tracking, visual sales pipeline, customization options to keep all essential information at your fingertips are my favorite FreshSales advantages. It is a very friendly CRM system that I recommend to everyone!
What do you dislike about the product?
Loading leads from multiple pages can sometimes be slow and even freeze up the system, which then makes you refresh the browser page to go back to page 1. This also is the case with the call log after a phone call. It freezes up and will not let you to type unless you refresh the browser.

FreshSales allowed me to be more productive and successful in my role!
