Very efficient multi system for marketing team.
What do you like best about the product?
The helpful about this system is that it offers you with multiple apps and features which means you don't have to buy all those apps individually.
What do you dislike about the product?
This software functionality is great and there is nothing to dislike about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With this system you don't need a separate split testing or conversion optimization or survey tool if you are using this software, so it does save a lot of money at the end of the day which is a big plus. Chrome extension is very helpful. You can create and manage campaigns right from your browser. You can use it free for life but with limited features.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The best system with great user interface and with good documentation and I therefore highly recommend it to others.

Most supportive thing about new deals is the responsibility that they are giving as a representative, individuals can without much of a stretch work on time as new deals give auspicious warnings to assignments additionally the notes section helps in reviewing the discussions held previously and the activities which are should have been taken in future.
What do you dislike about the product?
I need to change the segments appeared in perspectives. I can change the channel however I need to have the option to change the fields appeared and the request. Have not discovered a simple method to change that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about the product?
Freshsales is probably the most efficient CRM tool I and my team have used in managing our sales team and sales funnel. It is helps me monitor a very large team without stressing out to know who and who is working. Its data presentation is handy in forecasting. The online geeks are ever ready to attend to our requests.
What do you dislike about the product?
My pain point was actually the way we created our framework, not a downside of freshsales. We have notes saved on various parts of the tool per business contacted and that led to loss of some conversation. But it was sorted out and they were merged.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales funnel, monitoring of team activities, logging of calls, measuring amount in pipeline, making projections and many more.

Not much to dislike as such but the email template tool sometimes(rare occasions) freezes but recovers soon.

What do you like best about the product?
Freshsales has reduced the number of programs we use within our organization. The ability to track, report and enter in sales activity data is fantastic. The mobile app is a excellent feature that eliminates friction when noting activities for members of our sales team. It has been easy to integrate Freshsales because it makes the entire CRM and sales process more efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would make some changes to the user experience when entering data. The extra step of clicking the a check box or losing what you've entered was something that took some time to become comfortable with.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Freshsales makes it easy for our sales team to enter in sales activities and as a result has made managing the teams much easier. The additional layer of reporting adds another layer of tools for management.

What do you like best about the product?
What I love most about freshsales, is that It gives me so much clarity in regards to all my monthly deals. I know exactly what deals are coming when they are coming in and most importantly how much they are worth!
Another feature which I particularly like is the built-in phone app. Having a start-up, you don't necessarily want all of your clients to have your personal number, everybody wants to separate their personal life from work and freshsales allows you to do exactly that!

What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that I'm not able to see my missed calls. These could be important calls that I've missed and eager to call my clients back.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Freshsales has impacted our work in a positive way by making us more efficient by keeping tracking of our monthly deals.

The best tool so far we've used as a business and we have even just joined another feature of fresh sales called fresh caller which enables us to make office calls from our phone and we are also able to be online and offline!

Most helpful thing about fresh sales is the accountability that they are providing as an employee, people can easily work on time as fresh sales provide timely notifications for tasks also the notes column helps in recalling the conversations held in the past and the actions which are needed to be taken in future.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike is as we cannot see the leads in different columns in the same way we can see the deals, if you can notice the deals are separated in negotiation, new and other stages but when looking for leads after filters there should be a column for unqualified , qualified, inactive, prospect and contacted in a separated .

Fresh sales helped me to be more efficient and effective as saved time as well as helped in building relationships with my clients as I was always on time. It has also problem solving capabilities as earlier we were not able to properly check employee reporting and their accountability but fresh sales has helped us to make more accountability of our employees and our reporting managers have become happier after using fresh sales as they are now able to easily check their teams and now can make effective decision making and also have been able to increase productivity by allowing quick time plans and always having a real time check over the actions which are taken by the employees.
