What do you like best about the product?
It's completely integrated, email, calendar and everything else you want is completely seemless.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's really nothing to dislike. Like anything else, you've got to learn where things are but it's very well thought out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The reminders are great, I can look at the tasks and appointments I have booked and plan out my day.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take a look, the demo gives you plenty of time to use the product. It's offers a great value.

What do you like best about the product?
What I love the best about Freshsales is that I can open up the leads tab and all my leads are in one place and allows me review it and then reach out to potential customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is really nothing that I don't like about Freshsales.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest benefit for Freshsales is having all our leads, accounts, opportunities on a single plane of glass. This allows me to move a lead to an opportunity and an opportunity to an account. Very user friendly and convenient!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is awesome software and the platform is lead out easy for anyone to use.

Crisp and compact tool

What do you like best about the product?
Freshsales has a very easy-to-use interface that helps in navigating quickly to what you want. I love that fact. It's so simple and neat. Gives a smooth experience to the user.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the downsides that can be noted would be the lack of support. Sometimes, things get skewed and we break our heads trying to resolve it, it would be helpful if Freshsales has a team that can quickly give support to their clients.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Freshsales helps me keep a track on my leads. When new queries come in, I can respond to them easily and quickly. I know when was the last time I spoke to a lead and when to follow up with my clients. I can write notes for them and therefore don't need to remember everything in my head. So much information is stored for every lead, it's really easy to get to the finish line with Freshsales.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Freshsales is a comprehensive tool that can easily fit your requirements. Try and use it for marketing. Send emails to leads quickly. Works well with Gmail. You can add LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter information for your lead, you can even add personal contact info like phone numbers, company details, region, email address, etc. See your recent conversations on email with that lead, you can change lead status from time to time, so you know who is on what stage.

Overall, it is a beautiful product that can save time and energy.

Simple to start using, but has a deep set of features

What do you like best about the product?
The onboarding experience was very helpful. Gmail integration is a huge timesaver. The user interface is simple and information dense.
What do you dislike about the product?
No strong dislikes yet, but I've only been using it around 6 weeks and I haven't deeply exercised any advanced features. I wish there was a way to retroactively bring an email into FreshSales, maybe via the Gmail add-on they already have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Much better sales pipeline and deal management than our old system of notes, docs and spreadsheets. I can much more easily see at a glance the overall status of our pipeline and which items need my attention.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take full advantage of the excellent technical support and onboarding. They are ready to jump in and help you figure something out.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use. Hands Down. We tried multiple CRMs (Agile, Copper, SalesforceIQ) but nothing came close to Fresh sales for its ease of use and the features.

Second would be Customer Support. I could literally just start a chat in 2 clicks from within the product and would get a reply in a few minutes. I was able to set up the entire system in 2 days.
What do you dislike about the product?
1. The Chrome/Gmail extension can be better. It gets the job done though.
2. Link Tracking - While multiple link tracking is available, I cannot determine which link was clicked by the recipient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Integration is the key while using Freshworks suite of products. We are using Freshsales, Freshchat and Freshmarketer. The integration is so easy and useful. One example is I can manage both the CRM and the Chat from Freshsales.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking for multiple products (CRM, Chat, Marketing) then Freshworks is the best option. The learning curve for each product is minimal once you get a hang of one of their products.

Nothing.
I think it is so easy to use and it is vital for organization staying on top of calls.

Hassle Free CRM Interface

What do you like best about the product?
Freshsales has a well-designed interface that is hassle-free and easy to navigate. Great tool to use for all CRM Activities. Keeps me organised and updated from a sales point of view.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would like to have a date order listing and alphabetical order listing search option. Not sure if that's already in place and I probably don't know of that setting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's keeping me very organised and because of the ease of the data entry process, I don't miss out on any leads. Tracking the process is a quick thing too.

What do you like best about the product?
The integration with Freshdesk makes it easy to see where our tickets are.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. Everything is being developed as it should be. We are waiting for the new Fresh Projects module to come out and will evaluate Fresh Chat.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have everything in one place and our information silos are disappearing.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure you try it. I have used Salesforce before and this is so much easier to implement!

What do you like best about the product?
The system's ease of use is the best feature. It's the simplest, most intuitive system I've seen to date.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be helpful to have task reminder
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to track my contacts, when I've contacted them, what the outcome was and next steps. Being able to follow-up with leads and contacts is much simpler than any CRM I've ever used. I'm also able to visually review my pipeline in an easy to discern way.

What do you like best about the product?
Simple, easy to navigate, customisable, set up work flows to automate what you need and have a clear picture of the stages and forecast accordingly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can’t save contacts to your phone from the app.
SMS integration needs work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In today’s busy world having a CRM that works keeps opportunities from slipping through the gaps.

The one thing I love is that I can recognise when a lead or contact has visited any of my pages of my websites and I can take action accordingly. What I mean is that let’s say a lead comes in today and then goes to my website tomorrow and looks at the team or reads some testimonials then I get a notification. Boom!
