What do you like best about the product?
Manage my customers and manage my prospects with a temperature.
What do you dislike about the product?
At this point, I'm not able to use functions on custom fields. Would it be nice if we could do some arithmetic accounts
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
E-mail marketing campaigns, management of all the tasks. It solves what we need

What do you like best about the product?
Dashboard gives you the quick insight. Rating based leads.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cuckoo gives constant error of websocket connection error, logs out frequently.

What do you like best about the product?
I am new to sales. CRM word had a complex image in my mind. But everything changed with FreshSales. Call and email leads with click of a button! Creating email templates and attaching files was never this easy.

Also, tracking emails helps a great deal.

Great work Freshworks team, keep it up!
What do you dislike about the product?
Frequent updates. Limited settings in garden plan.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing sales from one software. Keeping the team on same page and building sales forecast.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the immediate chat response from the other end. So the 24*7 support really helps the team as they navigate the value chain.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the integration with Gmail can be too cumbersome. I would recommend to analysts at Freshwork to support the users over a call if need be.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visibility about the pipelines.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I think the chat support and reporting structure is much better than many of the CRMS on the market.

What do you like best about the product?
We are using HubSpot earlier and moved to Freshsales couple of months back and i must say that it is easy to use system my team is effectively using freshsales for leads update, Task reminders, and running their own sales campaigns. In fresh sales creating a sales campaign is really easy and you can always keep a track on a day to day sales activities, Generate daily reports, And also easily target and focus on interesting prospects. You will never miss any potentials clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
Just one issue, Whenever I try to send an email thru fresh sales it always lands up on updates or spam in Gmail. It never goes to inbox.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reports are awesome, Task and reminders are saving a lot of time, You can easily target and focus on interesting prospects based on the lead score, App is very handy and useful while traveling.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're looking for user-friendly CRM and want to generate daily sales report easily then you must go ahead with fresh sales CRM.

Sleek, Easy to use and extremely efficient

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Freshsales for 3 years now. The biggest strength of Freshsales is that it's very easy to use, it helps to track every time an email is opened/ when a prospect clicks on a link. It helps us set automated follow-up tasks, set up campaigns, etc. It also seamlessly allows executives to set up tasks for others, reattribute to others, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Things that can be changed in the future revamp is, giving date range for follow up tasks. It will help us prioritize leads. Second important feature revamp should be having a way to temporarily stop 'automated task follow cadence'. This will help whenever we have prospects who wanted to be contacted after some time. Also, it will help when executives go on leave. Having the cadence 'on' piles up the tasks. Hence there should be a way to stop. Also currently there is no way to filter leads by country, we can only do by continent. Hence the future revamp should take care of this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
email tracking, click rate, campaign success rates, setting up follow up cadences, setting up campaigns, creating reports, creating dashboards for each segment, creating email templates, the ability to seamlessly transfer leads between executives, ability to set up tasks for others to follow up, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
From Freshsales we like its features are the best without a doubt, all are linked to a single tool, the tracking of email and its user behavior avoids many problems, and its fast bidirectional mail synchronization is a unique solution for my company. I also like your phone feature, it is very helpful

After having tried several CRM softwares, we find Freshsales and there are no complaints about anything, it offers easy programming of tasks and activities, its implementation on the Web, SaaS and Cloud are of great help, and its excellent technical support means that we do not see negative things

Freshsales allows us to make conversations with customers easier, we know when they open an email, or click to help us track potential customers and how it could become real according to their focus, my team quickly joined the system and has been the best for our benefits.

Freshsales has a well-designed interface that is very comfortable to use and easy to navigate. It is very well organized by subcategories, customer database and management of potential clients, we could not be more comfortable, it has everything integrated and the necessary conditions to increase the sales of your business, its price is accessible and has a free version.

What do you like best about the product?
I am owner of a travel company we used another software before for marketing but now i choose fresh marketer as our partner it is very helpful for us to manage all inquiries and marketing. I will recommend to use this as your partner because they have great team always ready for my help.
What do you dislike about the product?
fresh marketer is a little bit lengthy to understand but when i am working in to it their team help me a lot and give me free hand set my own requirements.

we used another software for marketing our travel company but with fresh marketer it is very easy to connect with social media also and start marketing everything on one portal.
