Gets Expensive, Support Could be Improved by engaged listening, terrible client relationship manager

What do you like best about the product?
I like the idea that I can package my solution with one vendor. Unfortunately, the packages get pricy if you need customizations. Was not able to build out our solution affordably.
Meet staff in Las Vegas during the FreshWorks show and was optimistic about what was possible.

After my last attempt to get the system configured to my needs they could not provide the (1) item we needed custom modules, from the super expensive Forest plan. At a reasonable price so we had to give up. Too bad short-sighted sales responses lead to a lost lifetime customer.
What do you dislike about the product?
1) Failed to meet the customers needs by offering a package with the single item needed out of the next (most expensive upgrade)
Given the number of seats needed in the future, this was a no go with the Forest package.
2) Opened so many tickets it felt like musical chairs in support.
3) Had to upgrade endlessly to get the configuration going
4) Support through responsive isn't helpful because they go too fast, I was trying to use a solution partner to get a long-term relationship going with FreshSales but they didn't get that the obstacle was pricing with 1 feature needed from
5) Its an empty box like salesforce but no options for plug-and-play industry customizations to short cut or expedite a start. It is ultimately less expensive to just go with salesforce since there are so many preconfigured solution partner options. We also found that our industry-specific solutions work just as well but we wanted to scale with FreshWorks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
you would consider moving from salesforce but you will pay in the end. bad support has no
The biggest benefit is it's fully integrated we love that idea.

What do you like best about the product?
improve customer relationship, integrate Gmail functions. In addition, it is an excellent option since it does not need much configuration and has very good security.
The monthly cost of the license is quite affordable and there is not much difference between the prices of the planes.
What do you dislike about the product?
The start plan is not very useful when compared to the Pro, especially taking into account the price difference, it is not much

it was used to manage a client catalog, to whom calls were made and sending weekly and monthly emails to offer our services as designers

What do you like best about the product?
An amazing UX and UI, really easy interface and navigation. Also the clear pricing service, other CRM are complex and expensive when you want to achieve more things.
What do you dislike about the product?
suite integration is not as easy as it seems. But maybe is also that i am new at Freshworks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a lot of databases from different sources of potential customers, we integrate all of them and collect new data directly into freshsales, really easy and seamless.

What do you like best about the product?
Email integration - easy to add all emails to contacts or leads.
Sales Campaigns - fairly easy to create these
It is easy to convert a lead to a contact. Looking at pipelines is intuitive and you can easily edit each Deal right from the Pipeline screen
What do you dislike about the product?
Import is not easy (contact import for example)
Reports section is not as robust as it should be
Filter is not intuitive

Needed an easy way to track our pipeline. It is easy to create multiple pipelines and steps within these to move the opportunities along

What do you like best about the product?
It is quite potential software and with great capacity that allows you to manage and meet potential customers, thus achieving a greater scope of knowledge, which greatly improves the knowledge and sale process.
What do you dislike about the product?
its cost is a little high taking into account the functions it provides, but that would be the only drawback of the rest it works in a very useful and practical way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
all the integrations that give you the possibility of managing and having more contact with potential customers, which gives you the possibility of improving and enhancing the knowledge of the company.

Very versatile CRM with email marketing platform

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Freshsales is all the utility that it offers us accompanied by a quite pleasant and simple interface so that the user can learn to use it in the shortest possible time, it is very easy to program the emails that we want in order to keep the customer constantly informed to our product and thus retain them so that they become recurring client, there are few tools that allow us to do that.
What do you dislike about the product?
I consider that it is an excellent software, however it is very poorly optimized for mobile devices, since it is often used the desktop version. Android app freezes a lot, this undoubtedly ruins a good experience that can get to have the user on the platform, and prevent them from taking advantage of all the benefits that this platform can give us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Freshsales I have managed to retain many more customers and in an easier and faster way, thanks to all the tools that it offers us, it is very easy to reach much more customers than usual thanks to the email marketing tools that Freshsales offers us. with which we can make the information reach our customers automatically and efficiently.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
My recommendation for all people who use this software is that they have good advertising strategies, although the program gives us many useful tools for our email marketing to be efficient, this must be complemented by a good strategy and emails with key information so that we can grab the attention of customers and just not be one more email to our spam tray.

What do you like best about the product?
Freshsales CRM is indeed a very stable and skilled technology, as a retailer it is very helpful to be have a CRM solution which makes my lives better the with customers; it organizes the all details of the customers in "Excel" documents in a correct manner. It also has a spotless and very intuitive user interface, which is very healthy for individuals unaware of this type of application. Freshsales also has great support team; any issue that arises for me would be attempting to fix it in order to boost the customer experience as easily as possible.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't say definitely negative things about Freshsales CRM to this day, I have had many fantastic experiences, in either support or even with the channel as a whole, it works really well. It's clear that at present, this isn't really a industry revolutionizing platform; it has little innovative to bring. The only thing I don't like too far is its elegance, I've tried other related applications and they're offering more things, so if you're searching for a career, that's the best choice, easy, straightforward and clean.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quite much in our business we use this method to analyze data on our consumers and assess the success of each program introduced, through this method we are already able to modify the service we provide to any of their consumers in a very creative way , helping us to achieve the required outcomes.

Freshsales: for sales models, it is the most ideal

What do you like best about the product?
By using the freshsales CRM we can connect we can personalize the information of each contact much better, and we do not depend so much on external databases. The most favorable point that freshsales has is to be able to automate notifications so that when clients fulfill a task within the page, it provides us with their contact information and information about the traffic within the page. The important thing about this is that freshsales is not really a client tracking software, but some of its functions, like the one mentioned above, can be easily adapted to that scenario.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a bit difficult to calculate the scoring levels for potential customers, because it is so much based on subjectivity and we cannot create an established pattern on the benefits of these.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A temporary monitoring can be applied to each activity that starts within the freshsales platform, and we can manage our own calendar. In any case, creating sales models with different processes does not take long, so it can be said that in general freshsales has diversified functions for the different situations that any E-commerce may face.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If what you are looking for is creating a brand from scratch, and the good development of this, freshsales has many features to offer. There are some small functions that make it easier with regards to contact base tracking, and with its export processes, so it's good for managing customer information in general.

What do you like best about the product?
With much property I can highlight the most pleasant of freshsales, which is within the numerous tools of computer management that contains its programming, such as sales management, email marketing, sales forecasting, progress monitoring, team management, content management, distribution of tasks, evaluation of potential customers, monitoring of interactions, marketing in social networks, attracting potential customers and structuring action plans against possible operational failures, being this material of great support to achieve the desired results.
What do you dislike about the product?
If of the negative aspects of freshales we speak, it is possible to be mentioned that its programming contains a remarkable failure as far as its system of implementation of operating plans, that they look for to track, to identify, to stop and to eliminate all the problems that are contained within a computer science structure, costing their reputation and credibility to him, when not being able to always fulfill this great task to guarantee the obtaining of the best results within the programmatic part of a company, without being able to offer the pleasing experience that normally offers this particular program, reason why this failure must be counteracted and eliminated completely so that it does not continue causing damages in programming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about the product?
What undoubtedly Freashsales does best and what I like about this software is that it is a very user-friendly software, it does not require a technician to use the tools. A great help for someone who manages or manages a lot of customer information and details. It is well designed and provides tools for tracking. They greatly facilitate the work and increase the performance of the work team in a very short time
What do you dislike about the product?
Freshsales is very good software and there are few details that can cause discomfort or affect the user experience, one of them would be that, at certain times, when we open this tool on my Android device, it takes a long time to open it. This can easily be solved with an update, I think that they should spend more time developing the app for Android.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Freshsales I can solve problems as marketing manager of my department in product management and contact with my clients, in addition to substantially improving the management of team accounts and the growth of our brand, all thanks to the constant supervision of the information collected with the software. Also, with Freshsales in a short time they have considerably increased our performance and the quality of our brand.

I recommend users to look for software to manage and monitor projects since in my experience Freshsales has become my business or team partner. Continuous improvement and functional improvement of this software make selling, monitoring planning and auditing processes comfortable. So I highly recommend it to all users who are looking for project managers as this will help them a lot.
