What do you like best about the product?
The best part about this is we have all the possible required details under one roof instead of opening and working on many portals. From lead generation to locking the deal, its all done very easily. Its always a great and important part of my work. Helps in getting productivity efficiently.

Nothing as such. working great for me :)

Excellent tool for business and customer management
What do you like best about the product?
Excellent tools for managing prospects and leads, particularly the functionalities of centralizing communication with clients and the automatic advancement in the client's pipeline greatly help to organize the commercial flow of any company.
The customization features according to the business that wishes to use it allow it to easily adapt to any business logic or flow that exists.

What do you dislike about the product?
Possibly the only feature I didn't like is the fact that when linking an email account, an automatic scan of that email is performed, which generates a series of conversations that may not be related to the business flow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Improvement of the communication process with our clients, management of prospects, leads, and follow-up, particularly the management of these, used to be carried out by each sales advisor. However, this decentralizes the attention to these clients and makes it difficult to organize, validate, and control. By using Fresh Sales, the entire sales team is aligned in the same direction, which ultimately allows for centralized management and ensures that the status of our clients is known at all times.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend evaluating the features of the platform, particularly evaluating the customization module because although the functionalities found in the base version are super good, if indeed a little time is spent on customization, an additional degree of satisfaction can be achieved.

Everything is so obvious and easy to follow.

There is nothing at this stage that I would say I disliked.

We are linking all incoming and outgoing emails straight into Freshsales.... bliss!

If you love integration with your incoming and outgoing mail then this is the product to seriously consider

What do you like best about the product?
Really like the way that Freshsales allows me to keep track of my leads. Everything is laid out in an easy to interpret manner, and I don't have to do much digging to find what I'm looking for. Wouldn't change anything about the layout, as it is very easy to navigate. This is the best CRM management tool that I have used thus far and hopefully will be the last one, as I am extremely satisfied with it's performance and the ability for it to take care of everything without me having to do anything different.
What do you dislike about the product?
If numbers are inputted without a country code it tries to dial the area code as if it's in a different country.

Freshsales had the best UI. It is easy to navigate and can be easliy taught to new resources joining the team

Search option, The search option should be able to search all the custom fields

The complete lead management system was moved from Excel to Freshsales

Simple lead capture, Web to Form , Email Campaign and their mobile app.

Nothing specific, most of the features provided are good for their pricing.

Great CRM to catch leads from several sources
What do you like best about the product?
Simple, beautiful interface, complete and rich web libraries to add scripts to our web page or app. The smart forms are also friendly and the reporting suite is very complete

Should have more sources to catch leads, like social networks activities, or connections through Facebook ads.

Keep track of business opportunites, edit pipelines, broadcast campaigns for sales and automatize procedures event responding.
