What do you like best about the product?
This tool is great for every marketing specialist to use, as it allows you to get full information about the company's potential customers, the software is very easy to use, which is a great thing to allow people to get the most out of it. With this service you can provide customers a completely personalized attention so they can get a very good experience, the platform has special features that allows you to measure the score of each customer, channel sales, reports with amazing accuracy, is available for mobile phones, I sincerely dare to define this service as extremely agile because it allows people to achieve a lot of objectives.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its analysis function works very slowly when processing large amounts of data and often this causes great loss of time for users who use the software, I would like to see improvements in the future to avoid having problems with this function. Among other things, I can say that this service is very good and this is the only weakness I have managed to observe so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use this tool very frequently in our company to process data about our customers and evaluate the performance of each campaign implemented, through this tool we have been able to personalize in a very innovative way the attention we give to each of our customers, allowing us to obtain the results desired by us.

Freshsales is a sales automation tool that is quite powerful to work in any organization, people who work with this system get a wonderful experience because of how powerful and functional it is to address business needs, through this service is very easy to interact with customers in a personalized way and with excellent professionalism, the software has a large number of users that due to its operation has acquired an excellent reputation that provides great confidence to people who want to purchase the service. The service has an excellent data collection system that allows us to have a better vision about each client, sending campaigns through emails is something extremely simple and has a huge capacity to send to large numbers of people, the service is very good to help improve sales of an organization.

Software with a fairly broad interface can be confusing to use if you don't have the right knowledge, so you need good training to avoid having problems or bad experiences. In terms of operation this service is very good and exceeds the expectations of its users because of how accurate it is.

Freshsales is a tool that we acquired for our sales team to improve both its system and strategies to implement, since in previous years we were having serious deficiencies that prevented us from having the desired results, but since this platform came to our organization all change at all as we could understand more efficiently the needs of our customers and make improvements that have been very good for the progressive increase of our income.

What do you like best about the product?
The software has great potential as it helps reduce the workload of your company's sales agents and is one of the great advantages it has while raising the productivity of your business and closing a much larger deal. The sales agent has a very complete view of the entire flow of information that the application handles, and along with features such as drag and drop can perform tasks more dynamically and easily such as assigning scheduled tasks to specific contacts.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the moment you want to analyze all the data you've collected this can become overwhelming as it can grow rapidly so it's very important that the team that works freshsales knows exactly what you are looking for and what the points of interest are both for them as for the potential customer and thus have a clear idea of what and how to interpret the data they have. It can be seen when using the mobile application that it falls very short in functions so it does not make it very useful to use and take advantage of it from a mobile device
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its great integration capacity was one of the main advantages that helped us with great help for our sales team, specifically integrating freshdesk to its functions allowed us to manage the relationships between customers seamlessly as well as increase sales possibilities by improving our understanding of the market and mainly our customers. The development of microservices with the API offered by the software allows to create applications that effectively meet what we want to achieve without introducing a very steep learning curve in the development process.

Having CRM software for a sales team is almost paramount today said this Freshsales will make your company no matter how big or small the leap they are looking for to have a significant increase in sales of their business. It is simply one but the best CRM software that is on the market and worth trying.
Easy to use and manage CRM
What do you like best about the product?
This CRM is easy to set up. It seems to work right out of the box without a ton of work in setting up. This makes bringing on the team to it a bit easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing is confusing with all the different charges. You get charged per user per month, then per user per month for other integrations, and per phone number, as well as minutes, etc. Very confusing and hard to tell true cost.

Having a working CRM to track sales pipeline, make calls, track calls, etc.
A CRM tailored to small businesses
What do you like best about the product?
If you are a small business, this is the best CRM you can find. It’s easy to set up and to get moving quickly. You can set up your dialing directly from within the CRM and track sales pipeline, phone calls, email contact, and more.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are not as many features as other CRMs, but those features also do come with a price since Freshsales is not as expensive as other options.

great CRM

simple CRM process - especially useful for small businesses. freshdesk integrations work well.

integrations are nonexistent besides freshdesk integrations. would be great to have 3rd party integrations that support other functionality other than what freshdesk is working on.

easy CRM to use and set up
What do you like best about the product?
interface is awesome. everything makes sense with one glance and coming in with no experience you can visualize how the crm works and the pipeline flow. very easy to make calls right from the CRM itself and you can enter notes while you are making the call. email integration with gmail is awesome, you can send and receive emails right from the CRM.
What do you dislike about the product?
a bit difficult to set up and customize. customization options are there, but it takes a bit to work everything out and customize it exactly as you need.

lightweight and easy solution
What do you like best about the product?
Freshsales is a lighweight and easy to use solution for a CRM. If you want to get things up and running pretty easy, this is a great option. When looking to set up a CRM we needed a solution that could be implemented as quickly as possible, and this is why we ended up deciding on this option for a CRM. Customization options are helpful and useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
free plan does not have a lot of options so you likely need paid plan to be able to do anything useful with the software, but they do offer a free trial.

having a CRM that tracks account executive and sales development representatives funnel and overall pipeline performance.

I am delighted with Freshsales because it is an excellent performance CRM platform; it has so many good things that it is very difficult for me to list them all. It is simple to use in the beginning, thanks to its clean and intuitive interface we can use it in moments. It has menus that are easy to use and understand, intelligently divides the most potential customers, as well as customizable offers. Sort very quickly excel files to all the information of my clients. I am totally in love; I improve my sales and productivity a lot.

To this day, I can not say certainly negative things of Freshsales CRM, I have had many pleasant experiences, either with support or with the platform itself, it works very well. It is obvious that currently, this is not a platform that revolutionizes the market; it has nothing new to offer. The only point I do not like so much is its simplicity, I have tried other similar applications and they offer more things, but if you are looking for a job, simple, direct and tidy, this is the best option.

Freshsales is a remarkable CRM, its functions make productivity in my business increase a lot, and not only that, most importantly, my short and long-term earnings for ordering potential clients. A detail that a facilitator does is the one that classifies the conversations, can organize the messages that I had with clients in a particular way to know if they are potential clients.

Freshsales CRM is a very reliable and professional application, as a seller, it is very useful to have a CRM platform that makes my life easier with the clients; it organizes in an exact way in “Excel” documents all the data of my clients. Freshsales has a wonderful support team; every problem that comes to me tries to solve it as quickly as possible to improve the user experience.

The app is not the only one they offer on the market, but to be honest, I am very pleased with the service they give me. Freshsales CRM is a good combination of utility, reliability and simplicity, with this, we can have a very fast advance in sales with our clients. It has functions and features that can be a bit difficult to understand at first, but thanks to its intuitive interface, in a few minutes we can use it as an expert.

The biggest problem I had with CRM applications was their difficulty of use. Before, I used to write down each piece of information about my clients on paper, but nowadays it is not feasible to do that, due to loss of money and it is annoying. Freshsales was the solution to all that, with the quick and logical menus it is easy to understand, we don't need to be an expert or watch videos on "How to use it?" but no, in a short time it can be used fluidly for anyone. This CRM platform has certainly become a facilitator in my life.
