Super Easy and Convinient Interface

What do you like best about the product?
Freshsales has a very easy user interface allowing users to learn the platform quickly and use maximum features. The best part is the drag and drop functionality. The customer support is also quick and reliable.
What do you dislike about the product?
The page timeout is something which i dislike, if you need to stay longer on a page, you will have to keep refreshing it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Freshsales acts as the CRM for us to the entire lead management and funnel management. Freshsales helps us manage the entire lifecycle of a client right from creation of an inquiry to closing a client. And then tracking the client revenue.

What do you like best about the product?
My day-to-day is very pleasant being able to organize my leads with the filters and features that Freshsales has.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like it to have even more features, such as being able to send direct messages from Freshsales.

What do you like best about the product?
FreshSales gives you all of the functionality of a best of breed product, without the hefty price tag. Best of all, it integrates with a range of other FreshWorks and third party products really well. The team at FreshWorks are there to support you every step of the way, from onboarding through to customer success and support. We couldn't be happier to have made the switch.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far! We've really enjoyed using the product over the months gone by.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're able to communicate with our clients in the way they like best.

What do you like best about the product?
Notifications, email tracking, very comprehensive graphs, and XML data download, bulk data upload for development within the CRM.
What do you dislike about the product?
Speed to load the information and data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Speed to find information.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy of use and cost effective. All the great features. Implementation was easy. Customer support was smooth and they could assist with anything I asked for and quickly. After testing multiple CRM systems, Freshsales Suite was hands down the best product for me. I use it every day and have not had any issues. Reporting is detailed and tops.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much. Tested multiple CRM systems, and Freshsales Suite had everything I needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mainly email marketing and CRM currently and everything that goes with it.

What do you like best about the product?
the tracking and how we could be conect with fresh caller and get the analysis

how we could download the data , some time is very hard to sownloading an even worst when i send it to email
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
the tracking of our leads, how do we work on them and the data that we generated on them, but again sometimes is difficult to download the data

What do you like best about the product?
Freshsales has helped me manage better through its filters, I can also create analysis tables to know the numbers of my collaborators in their calls and emails. Every day I can generate a report on it and satisfy my boss's needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that I have time issues in terms of lag, possibly it could be due to the internet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ease of handling in numbers

What do you like best about the product?
I love him very much, every day I work with him he makes it much easier for me to follow up with my clients. I work everyday with Freshsale, is very friendly. I LOVE IT.
What do you dislike about the product?
No training available in the system, so I had to ask to my collegue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organization with my leads and email tracking.

What do you like best about the product?
I love Freshsales because it has many features, for my calls and emails I can send them in bulk and save time writing to each one. It is so easy to use the platform. Every day is calmer thanks to Freshsales.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can get stuck but with a restart to the page it is done.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me manage and give more time for other activities.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Freshsales is that I can use features like its filtering landpage and segment my leads in a specific way every day in my work, helping me improve my activity and KPIS. I can send bulk welcome emails to my clients giving them a heartwarming welcome or disclosing new information. It is so easy to use, very intuitive when logging in, I also appreciate the integration it has with Aircall to make calls and keep a history in the accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
That it does not have a calling option within the cellular app, from there on out everything is perfect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has helped me be more organized and faster in my activities.
