Freshsales Rocks!

What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity of it and how we get alerted every time someone sees one of our emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
That there are so many different subscription levels and we have to pay more to unlock more features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of all of our Clients data.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend them to first think all the things they need to do inside of their business, then read all of the fresh sales subscriptions and see which one fits them best to their needs. From there, they can call fresh sales at any time or email they have a great customer support available almost immediately. I recommend them to set up their deals pipeline and all of the lead fields the way they want or fits them most. From there I would say they can look at all the integrations freshsales offers, there are so many which is great. Connecting your email is a must and using the task or events management Is also very beneficial. There are no other CRMs like freshsales and they are quiet affordable for start ups and small businesses. I have gotten emails from their support willing to help me even when I do not request help. This is a very plus of freshsales going above and beyond for their clients.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to customize and to use. The mobile app is incredibly easy. For me, customer service is important - Support staff are always on hand to help and even follow up to confirm everything is ok.
What do you dislike about the product?
No complaints so far. Have been pretty happy
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We didn’t have a way to keep track of our sales teams’ activities, contacts or deals. It works great to see a clear picture of our sales, our open deals to follow up. Etc

What do you like best about the product?
FreshSales allows allows the users to be able to complete end to end tracking of sales activities.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although a little limiting, you don't have to spend a lot of money to be able to have a solution that would allow us to track conversations either via email, phone or even just making notes on profiles.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a growing company, we needed a solution in order to be able to better manage contacts and sales processes.

We should also be able to see the "LEADS OF THIS WEEK " OR LEADS OF THIS MONTH AT THE SAME PLACE RIGHT NQW NOthing of this sort is there

I am from China. Although I learned English, I am not very good at it. Would you please develop a Chinese edition?

Review the calls the team logged, understand the situation the team is now facing, and then determine how to help them.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to link emails, phone calls, support tickets and comments all in a single platform to track customer usage and communication.
What do you dislike about the product?
We are unable to change the layout much or customize it much as per our preference.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are trying to compile all our customer communication data on freshsales so it is easier to check history and current status of the customers.

Easy to use!

What do you like best about the product?
FreshSales has helped me immensely is organizing and keeping up with my sales process. As a solopreneur managing the funnel is complex and time consuming, but FreshSales makes it fun and easy. I like that it directly connects to my email and automatically put contacts into my leads page. FreshSales has great features. I also like the Lead and Contact Score.
What do you dislike about the product?
The FreshSales email template is not as robust as I had hoped. I struggled with using my standard font for my signature in the template. I ended up having to create my signature as a picture instead of using rich text.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For me it was keeping notes and organizing all of the sale conversations that I was having and knowing what next step I should take.

What do you like best about the product?
Reports feature is the best, it helps me to track the trending of my leads and deals and how my people are working, it helps me to also identify the productivity of my employee through hourly splitting tracking.
What do you dislike about the product?
i dislike that it doesn't provide enough action to the admin accounts. i can not change the passwords of users, i can change their names and information which i think should be provided to admin.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Operational and technical problems of my product, it helps me to track each steps we made and how we handled them.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
its a very mature site, which provides you all most everything that helps you in tracking your actions and events easily. you can add custom stages, and can add users with different level.

loading time on clicking pages (pagination)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Earlier we did not have any clue about the customers, from where they are coming, at what level is their engagement with our product. Freshsales helps in integration all of that by including source of leads, the engagement level of leads and plethora of other information that can be easily updated via our backend depending on the user interactions.

What do you like best about the product?
Great pricing point and affordable to small start-up. Very user-friendly and easy to learn. I'm able to achieve most automation tasks like creating a email journey and also creating different lists within the journey.Setting up heatmaps, session recordings and all of these features includes a detail reports that gives you great insights and help you make data-driven decisions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their customer support can be slow. And since they're just starting some of the integration with freshsales are still work in progress. Things like being able to import and export certain contacts are not available ATM.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to increase my conversion rate of different landing page through heatmaps and session recording. Also able to test out different creatives and content through A/B testing.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure you have enough traffic for A/B testing tools. At least have over 500 visitors on your site for a more accurate testing. Make sure your freshsales leads are clean and easy to segment before importing all the leads from freshsales to freshmarketer.
