Freshsales Taught An Old Dog Some New Tricks

What do you like best about the product?
Functionality, easy to learn. I really like having all my leads/contacts in one place, with all their information included.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sync issues with email. Often a lead/contact shows no conversation history, despite there being multiple emails that should be synced.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I returned to a sales position after a few years out of the business. I had never used a CRM before. Freshsales was easy to learn and has a lot of great functions. The benefits I have realized are greater organization, streamlined information, and a great way to track leads/contacts (no more pencil & paper!).
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Get it! It is worth your time and money.

What do you like best about the product?
That you can see the communication across different channels. If we have a contact that comes in through the chat, or sends an email to support team, they will see if there are other conversations that happened on different channels - like with the sales team for example. The fact that this is not a required feature of every sales/support software today is purely due to the difficulty in designing something that needs such variation in user experience and also requires clear organization of a large amount of data. They do a wonderful job.
What do you dislike about the product?
The inbox and email templates in freshsales could be improved. They are not as organized as the rest of the system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We send thousands of emails as part of recruiting vendors to work with us, and we also have hundreds of thousands of customers contacting us. Freshsales keeps it all organized and allows us to do everything we need - from bulk emails, to creating individual support tickets (using freshdesk connection), to easily segmenting the different contacts - there are a lot of benefits.

What do you like best about the product?
Simplicity is the name of the game.
All works simple and with common sense upload, capture, lookup, But maybe the best is find engine, I have access from any place at any time everything is updated and ready to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
you can't handle products and quotations or inventory or price list it will very helpful for sales people to have access fast to price list or fulfill a quotation right on the CRM, handle an inventory would be great either so we can set up sales orders rigth from CRM with out moving out then CRM becomes daily life for sales force.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communication, address opportunities, pipeline status, projects control,

nice program for non mature team of sales be sure they have access to internet all time

What do you like best about the product?
1. Delegating tasks to the team, Monitoring and tracking team activity & performance, Accuracy and increase of sales forecast and Identifying neglected contacts in the database
What do you dislike about the product?
When deals are loaded onto the system and we add an expected close date. When we exceed the due date the deal automatically goes rotten. Is there not a way we can remove the rotten status as some deals do generally take longer than the expected close date.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Team tracking and performances at this stage as well as sales forecast. Also nice way to monitor reps pipeline.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Would highly recommend Freshsales. Easy to use, track and delagate new leads generated by a lead generator. Superb sales Forecasting feature and monitoring capabilities.

What do you like best about the product?
Freshsales make easy to monitoring sales team activities. Best part of generate automatic leads from the email which will help in minimizing manual errors.They will provide complete dashboard of all activities like as CRM, email tracking, call tracking and sales engagement etc. Its very important for me and i also happy for freshsales service.Mainly I also like that Freshsales allows keep monitoring or track all your client. Its's very good interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
Note taking is pain for me and I dislike that I'm not able to see my missed calls and have not found an easy to way change columns shown in views.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm saving time making call and easy to monitoring by Freshsales. It is important in the analysis sales report and sales team monitoring that should be improve increase the success of my sales strategies. I know everyone use this for his/her business success.

Simple de manejar y flexible para poder modelar los procesos tanto de venta como de negocio. Puedes crear campos personalizados que te ayudarán a controlar los aspectos más importantes de tu negocio.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lo que menos me gusta es que no puedes tener una campo ID de cada oportunidad lo que hace que te tengas que buscar un poco la vida para poder realizarlo. Al final nosotros lo hicimos con su potente API.

Herramienta facil de manejar donde todos los participantes tienen su información y colaboran en su trocito cada día, disponiendo de toda la información en un solo sitio.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the Dashboard most. I am Always Up to date with my Tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be useful to manually write a date instead of navigating to it.

I use it for Monitoring all my Sales Activity and to See which company is already contacted by another Person of Our Sales team

What do you like best about the product?
It's a tie between two aspects, the general ease and intuitive nature of it and just as importantly the easy to use online support staff.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a CRM, little things that you get used.

Organizing a start up business that previously had no organization.

What do you like best about the product?
1. You can builder sales cycles (multiple) for Leads and Contacts
2. Leads and Contacts are separate
3. MOST IMPORTANT. The cycles are not just emails, but anything you want (snail mail, phone call, send gift, dinner, etc.)
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much. I would like landing page capability for the web forms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
If I am not meeting or calling customers, everything I now do is in FreshSales. Integrates with lots of apps and Zapier.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I put in about 20 hours of research and 40 hours of trials. It exceeds my expectations as I learn more of the features. So easy to use. Never had to wait more than 4 minutes for chat support.

What do you like best about the product?
Freshworks is the perfect 360 integrated suite to automate your business, so you can truly scale and make your business predictable. You can now concentrate on managing outcomes, rather than managing tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only initial complaint was a feature I required within one of the systems, however, guess what, it's in an upcoming release and we have an interim automated workaround.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A fully Integrated System and 360 View of my business. Stop the reliance on managing people to perform tasks, and create a system that allows outcomes and the ability to easily scale. The benefit is Process and Tools based Real Estate Business, which can be utilized and segregated for any starter or current employee. My IP is now built into a system and can't be replicated by anyone.
