What do you like best about the product?
Freshsales is very easy to configure and use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like some of the American terms that cannot be changed into UK equivalents. For example zip codes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've saved money and have far more powerful reporting capabilities. It's excellent.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use the trial. It's a great way to see the power of Freshsales.

A good CRM to kick start your sales and marketing. Helps to coordinate the team

So far I haven't found any issues in this.

What do you like best about the product?
Freshsales has been easy for us to adopt. Importing our legacy information was straightforward, and it's been easy to learn.
What do you dislike about the product?
Requires a few extra clicks to get the screen layout that I like, and it's not saved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Freshsales to track our user base, and to contact them with information about new software updates, etc. Having it linked with Freshdesk (which we use for providing technical support to our users) makes it easy to look up information for a customer and respond to their questions quickly.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try importing your legacy data into Freshsales and check out the performance. Try some automated workflows; determine which plan you will need, because not all features are available on all plans.

What do you like best about the product?
Their services are fully integrated to offer a full picture solution. Having context cues is incredibility helpful when analyzing a prospect and their knowledge of our services. Integrating the caller within the CRM makes it very easy for new agents to be trained and accounted for in terms of workload.
The FreshChat functions is perhaps one of the best looking options to engage page visitors out there.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of their services force into a higher tier to integrate with the full solution. While it is understandable that they want to make money of your services, some of the functionality (like integrations with their own services) limitations feel forced.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were looking for a CRM that included the whole tool set of chat, guide and Support into one. Fresh Sales now lets us coordinate our efforts more effectively by having a clearer picture of the needs that the customer at the other end of the line has.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Look into having someone help with implementation. It is time consuming for smaller teams to make the switch themselves.

An amazing tool for sales process

What do you like best about the product?
Freshsales, indeed it's the best sales CRM I've ever used. If you want to power up your sales process, this is the tool for you. You can automate sales process like a pro. It have an excellent user design, very intuitive and friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
At this moment there's no such thing I deslike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales sequences: Before I just wrote email email, now this is no more a problem with the Sales sequences.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease to use, nice UI and mobile friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have always looked out for a proper sorting and filtering options in Mobile app which is missing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I m now managing my accounts, leads and contacts properly. I can easily understand my pipeline and this have resulted in increased performance.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would definitely recommend Freshsales to all the Sales departments of different organizations to streamline their Sales process.

What do you like best about the product?
sms feature will keep your funnel filled and bring you another avenue to get in contact with leads. Also I no longer have to use textnow.com to text leads which was hard to keep track of. I also like the templates creation for sms and email it makes email and text blast so quick and easy. With the place holder features it also personalizes the messages and I have seen a huge increase in converting leads into contacts.
What do you dislike about the product?
email feature disabled over bounce rate makes it difficult to email blast. The support team is very helpful in helping this and had a very quick response, but again it can get annoying when you are data mining and not sure which emails are correct or not. It does help though with cleaning up your crm and staying organized its almost like they force you to be organized which isn't a bad thing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving the problem where I do not have to use another ms platform everything is all in one place. I have realized how effective being able to email and text all in one platform is so much better. Also running reports for my weekly meeting helps so much.

What do you like best about the product?
I think the flexibility of finding any field of a lead or contact, schedule emailing, different products at one place, which saves lot of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the email templates should not replace current subject line or content in the email chain.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As mentioned above I like freshsales all solutions at one place like led handling through Fresh sales and contacting them through fresh caller and live chat with clients through freshchat.
