Easy to use. Great Value
What do you like best about the product?
I had worked with one of the largest CRMs in the industry before working with Freshsales. I have to say not only am I impressed with the robustness of the platform, I like that it was easy to transition to, and even easier to use in some cases. A really nice touch is the grade that is given to a prospect and they travel down the, "Buyers path". There are ways to create point totals (you can adjust them) based on interaction that updates as long as your email is integrated with the platform. That way you can see who is "hot" and interacting often, versus who is "cold" and not responding.
What do you dislike about the product?
At this point, there is nothing I would consider to be an issue. They have a lot of different walkthroughs that help with understanding how to use all of the different functions of the platform. If I have been stuck, the live chat has helped me with figuring out my issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the biggest things was finding a CRM for a start-up that wasn't going to cost an arm and a leg. Freshsales is great because it is not only a good value play, but it offers you all the tools that you'll need to be able to track customers at every stage through their buying cycle. It is so easy for a business to lose track once things pick up. We are able to look at the numbers and trends of our customers and current customers, and that has helped out a lot.

Very easy to use, there are a lot of videos out there if you are stuck.

What do you like best about the product?
Customer support is handled quickly. Nowadays, business is done by second, no time must be wasted waiting for answer/feedback from customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
The ability to integrate it with other platforms (e.g. Facebook leads, Mailchimp). There is also a limitation on how reports and dashboards can be created. It would be a big plus if a more robust reporting option is available where custom reports can be generated and the dashboard to have more flexibility in presenting data than what is currently available (6 boxes of reports is quite limiting and it should be more of a BI tool where dimensions and metrics along with different charts and visualization can be done.

Ease of use that allows for a rapid understanding of our sales pipeline

If you want a simple but powerful way of managing your business leads, and eventually your sales, then FreshSales is a platform worth looking into.

What do you like best about the product?
It’s multiple functionalities, excellent UI
What do you dislike about the product?
No tutorial for first time users. There should be help signs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Fresh Sales for our sales, marketing efforts, our operational processes, our healthcare team processes. It’s seamless once you know the nuances of the system. It is easy to work with, considering you are can multiple actions without leaving a particular screen/page. I can work more smoothly now and am not juggling between multiple screens of same tool to do my work. Thank you.

Easy to use CRM platform at the right price
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and provides quick ways to see communication with leads and existing customers. It's very simple for us to enter a lead and convert to a customer. Also like the integration with other third party products.
What do you dislike about the product?
Easier to use workflows and better integration with O365. Pipeline view gets a little difficult to use when there are a large number of deals.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
allowed us to discontinue Dynamics CRM in house and move to the cloud for lead and contact management.
Lot of capabilities at an affordable price
What do you like best about the product?
Freshsales accommodates a lot of tasks on a single screen. It gives you a deep idea about the customer and helps us take actions faster. The workflows help us automate our tasks and help save a lot of our time. Our sales staff has been more productive since we have switched to Freshsales. The interface is also very simple to understand. I highly recommend Freshsales CRM to everyone.
What do you dislike about the product?
We are a real estate firm and we use lot of different social sites for Lead Generation. Especially Facebook, but Freshsales still doesn't have a direct integration with Facebook Leads. We have to subscribe to third party providers like Zapier for sync Facebook Leads on real-time basis. That's the only thing I dislike about Freshsales.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been using freshsales CRM to digitalize our sales and marketing efforts. It helps us to coordinate with the team easily and keep everyone updated about the leads and contacts.

It's a great CRM and easy to use at an affordable price.
Great usability and a nice app
What do you like best about the product?
The program is fast and logic. The usability is really great and you can understand it rapidly. Especially the "drag and drop" feature I really like. I think it offers everything you can imagine and maybe a little more.
What do you dislike about the product?
The contact function could be improved, because it is a little lame to always add redundant information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is much easier to keep track of leads and deals. My customers already felt that I take care even more detailed about leads and it makes them feel that we really care about our sales and customers.

If you have the feeling that you can improve your CRM processes. Then this platform is definitly what you need, it helps us a lot and I think it is a great help for sales.

Freshsales is very intuitive and user-friendly. It's really easy to use it and gives me the capability to have everything on track.

Sometimes the website takes a little to load the page and it contents.

I had a centralized why to co-relationate all the data about Clients, Leads, Deals and Accounts. Also, I'm able to do a full tracking on the meetings, emails and calls exchanged. Also, all this data is used to produce charts in order to understand all my activity.

Great tool to have all the sales information stored. Very user-friendly and intuitive. It is able to produce charts in order to understand the evolution of the work.

The fact that you can record and monitor what the users do on the website and understand what they like the most about it, also you can test out directly in the tool several versions and create automation for my campaigns

I have been testing it for a while and Nothing so far.

You will be able to see why and where you are losing your user's interest inside your website and you can improve it directly inside the tool test it and have all the metrics associated about it.

If you want to know everything about how your users are engaging with your site this is the tool for you.
Best CRO and Email Marketing Tool
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Freshmarketer is its email marketing module. And, the best thing about that is split testing which allows me to know what elements of my emails are working and what not. Apart from A/B testing, segmentation can be done very easily through Freshmarketer.
Freshmarketer has an amazing support service. Especially, Rutvik and Hena from their team are very helpful and are available within 10 minutes after asking for support. They solve each and every issue very diligently and are even available on calls if required.

What do you dislike about the product?
Some functionalities such as bulk contacts deletion, auto removal of bounced contacts etc. are missing. But, they can do that from back-end.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to streamline my whole email marketing with Freshmarketer. With the help of segmentation I have my cold email database stored on target basis. Apart from this, I use it to run heatmaps, session replays, form analysis and funnel analysis.

What do you like best about the product?
Since we implemented Freshmarketer we were able to track the interactions of our clients and take actions into improving both our UX and UI. It is really easy to use but don´t let the simplicity foll you, Freshmarketer has enough functions and capabilities to take your gwoth and marketing department to the next level.

Don't really like the new design, the older one was cleaner
