What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to get ramped up. Doesn't take long to learn the system. Doesn't feel like you need a tech person or CRM architect to build functions.
What do you dislike about the product?
When saving a contact view, columns do not save.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
More transparency into what is happening with our customers.

What do you like best about the product?
The stages are really helpful and the notes and data helps me keep organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really really dislike that you can't manually manage the lead scores. The algorithm is helpful but it'd be cool if you could manually drag up a lead to the top of your pipeline. The score doesn't always reflect the lead quality.

Amazing tool for CRO

What do you like best about the product?
It's an enterprise level tool but priced at mid level.
It has all the CRO tools under the sun and they never stay still.
Incredibly helpful and responsive support team.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's difficult to know the product roadmap.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
UX and conversion issues.
Massive benefits by implementing Freshmarter's A/B testing functionality alone.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's basically VWO + Hotjar on steroids

What do you like best about the product?
Fresh sales is amazing in the way it is super affordable, packed full of tools and most importantly is easy to use!
What do you dislike about the product?
Support is email driven. not a fan of that with any company. Also Support when you do get on the phone is not american support and requires a little patience. However we got set up without any major issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We solved a work flow issue between our marketing department and our sales department. Other benefits include a clean workflow for our sales team, able o view metrics easily and of course keeping everything organized

Freshsales it best tools to manage your lead effectively and we can track lead and manage work accordinlgy.
Freshsales will allow to setup text as per your lead.
we can integrate business email to connect work.

i have use this Freshsales last couple of month and it working smoothly not fould any issue for now.

What do you like best about the product?
Email and process automation are so easy to use and well-integrated.
Customer service is very competent and available 24/7
Integrated with Freshdesk, you have a real 360 view of your clients
What do you dislike about the product?
The number of emails per day is limited, so you can't do mass emailing
The interface is sometimes a bit slow to refresh and does not do it automatically
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Clear tracking of our customer opportunities
Integrated with Freshchat and Email automation, the overall customer engagement has improved tremendously, resulting in a closing ratio going from 15 to 35%

What do you like best about the product?
It's easier and quicker to track our clients,conversations/feedback they've had with team within the organisation.Its a tool that am also able to get all contacts and therefore easier to call and get feedback.Its also a great tool that teams uses to plan their weekly and monthly sales routes.
What do you dislike about the product?
information scattered all over and this means you need to open different tabs
I would recommend if this can be consolidated to one central tab/page
I feel contact and clients shares the same meaning based on nature of our business

Monitor sales team daily activities
Clear visibility of clients bases and regular feedback from the clients
Able to monitor each clients and how often they are being engaged by the sales team
