Amazing support and innovative product
What do you like best about the product?
The support team even during the free trial were amazing, naturally you think the support would drop off when you get handed to the on boarding team or when you are onboarded but we always have had dedicated staff who email back quickly, aren't afraid to jump on a call or even help build automations/filters for you.
Handing over from our old crm and the ease implemention of Freshsuite was super easy and handled really well, we were combining mulitiple databases and they helped with that too. The software is super easy to use. The features available for the price are great and the sales team actually use it every day unlike our old CRM

What do you dislike about the product?
When you're on annual billing, any addons you need you have to pay the annual up to the end of your cycle even if its only going to be a month or two you use them for. This applies to email marketing limits, users and workflows (automatiosn) too which is super niggly. So even though theres a discount for annual it can bite you pretty hard if you need an extra seat for a month or extra workflows for a month etc
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A CRM that is easy to use with a native app that the team will actually use!

Great for our startup
What do you like best about the product?
Really easy initial setup and configuration for what we needed. Free trial was a real boon, and the ability to reduce the trial to the plan we intended buying. Feature set good and sales sequences are really powerful. Customer support was outstanding, helping me through my questions and were genuinely interested in our sucess.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a lot to dislike really. Freddy the AI engine, does give us some insights that are probably a bit optimistic and being able to adjust the admission rules for a sales sequence after its created would be helpful, but not a show stopper.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed an easy to use CRM that didnt cost the earth, but genuinely bought functionality to our small team. We trialled a few different ones, but found that Freshsales won by quite a margin when comparing ease of use vs. cost vs. feature set
Versatile & affordable, modern CRM
What do you like best about the product?
It combines simple off-the-shelf functionality, with highly conifgurable & bespoke elements so very suitable for our specific requirements as we needed a bespoke booking system built into our CRM. I also like how it is 'future-proof' & is continually being enhanced with additional functionality at no extra cost.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unable to sync email accounts according to a salesperson's Territory, so it is all or nothing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales pipelining & analytics, sales activities, visibilty of customer engagement.
We had none of these before we had Feshsales CRM, teams are seeing the benefits of tracking pipelines & customer engagements as way to make their workloads more efficient which increases the time they spend selling.
The bespoke element we had developed to replace our old booking system, we now benefit from a cloud environment with modern APIs, instant updates, real-time information, and are able to do instant config changes oursleves. This has benefited the company by having a much happier sales team who are engaged with their system rather than frustrated by it.

Best CRM in the market!
What do you like best about the product?
Freshsales has great UI/UX, which makes it so easy to use. Industry level customization. Integrates with mutiple other softwares.

What do you dislike about the product?
limited data exporting option. Can take some time to load and refresh with heavy data.

Account book management, customer internal mapping.

An Accessible, Fresh CRM Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Freshsales is incredibly user friendly compared to other CRMs available; of all those I've used, Freshsales has enabled the greatest speed to confidence. Combining ease of use with an abundance of features has made it possible to shape Freshsales into a CRM that fits exactly what we need. In addition, customer support is attentive and easy to access, and new features are regularly released.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few integration limitations, however the team are often on hand to help and new updates often bring external features to the tool - making this a limited problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a specific business model and needed a solution which could be adapted to our individual needs while being a reliable tool for our Sales users. Freshsales has exceeded these expectations, enabling us to leverage its many features and customisation to meet our needs. The interface, mobile app, and email integration also make this a straightforward platform for the Sales Team to engage with.
Great Idea but Need for Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
Whole sales funnel is consolidated at one place, from leads to meetings and deals.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a lot of bugs and errors in the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is consolidating my whole sales funnel at one place and making it easier to track and make decisions. For me specifically , our sales cycle is around 45-60 days and has a lot of elements invloved. Using different software for different steps creates data quality issues and makes it difficult to map each step.
freshasles really has improved the ease and tracking of all our sales leads.
What do you like best about the product?
easy of use, set up and te customer support for any issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont dislike much, maybe the number of email send limits.

tracking all leads, and personalising bulk emails was such an issue before Fresh Sales was implemented in the business.
Not suitable for large scale organization
What do you like best about the product?
Product architechure is good. Have lot of functionality.
What do you dislike about the product?
Have lots of bugs as their most of features are not working properly like workflows, customer journey, auto assignment rules. Also data export will never give you the correct data. They take lots of time to fix any small issue and they will never provide you an ETA regarding that.

Their data management structure is good. We can create lots of custom column as per business needs.

It's been a great system to work on and we've used it for 3 years!
What do you like best about the product?
The fact that you can do most things on. Even though it's a sales system we do support work on it as well and we can track and manage tasks easily. Training and onboarding people on the system is easy and it's got a nice clean feel to it. It's easy to use. We do both sales and customer support on the system.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a little difficult to integrate, and exporting data from the system is not great.

It helps to keep all our data organised.
