Best Sales CRM ever made!
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use. The features. The mobile app. The clean UI. The Reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as such, since they are regularly updating and listening to feedback. I hope they can add more customizability to the fields for each customer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Consolidating leads, keeping track of clients, adding notes for clients, integration with FreshDesk.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure you use the trial to the fullest. Work with the Freshsales team and explain them your use case. They will help you guide and configure the system just like how you want to use it. If you are already using FreshDesk or any other product by them, use the integration!

What do you like best about the product?
The CRM is extremely user friendly and easy to set up!.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. I look forward to utilising more of their great workflows, which we’re still in the process of setting up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales process efficiency. The CRM offers a comprehensive range of features such as calls, addition of call logs and notes. This makes the entire sales process well organized.
Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the way how it is structured, very easy to understand and it is a great way for a seller to have everything documented. I love the way how I can customize fields, or add new ones, offering a flexible way to suit my needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
for now I have not found anything as a showstopper.

Helpe me with my sales funnel. Organizing every detail the seller manages. Helps me supervise.

make sure your users understand the lead, contact, account and deals format because it is very powerful

The most user friendly CRM I've seen in a long time!
What do you dislike about the product?
Not as customisable as salesforce for example.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Seamless and Frictionless transition and visibility between sales team members
Amazing experience and accommodative for custom feature requests!

The Account managers are very prompt in responding, and immediately connect you to the right team/person to address any issue.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the features that we were excited about have taken a little longer than expected, but happy that they are working and trying to integrate them into the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping a tab on how the clients I manage are doing, and details around when they are up for a renewal. It also helps me forecast oh how the quarter is looking for the team as a whole.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is a lot more cost-effective and integrates well with tools our company uses. Implementing and on-boarding a lot easier.

The intuitive nature of the software locating just what, when & where you need tool
What do you dislike about the product?
Would like a more detailed Task section to use as a daily scheduler with completed tasks rolling into communications tab.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Virtually eliminates client file folders! Incredibly convenient and time-saving. Keeping up with the individual needs, tasks & info for all contact/companies. Gives one place to look for everything pertaining to client. The dashboard presents a customized view of all I need in one place, but also can be detail intensive via more fields or notes. Extremely easy to set up and use - no learning curve at all.

Is simple to use, modest in cost, comprehensive in features & great customer support.

Ease of use. It is very simple to teach this to my sales force.

So far everything is great. I will be digging in deeper to use other functions

The fact that I am able to track my mails, who opens my mails and how often they open it. It gives me far greater insight to understanding which leads are warm and good to go on.

The fact that being able to sift through my contacts is a bit time consuming.

Making my mailing systems & processes far easier to manage which has saved me a great deal of time.

Freshsales opened a whole new world for me.
I had been working with another software and it was to complicated and no one actually knew how it worked and how to make it work for you. With Freshsales it was really easy to figure everything out and it is more complicated to not use it. Now I keep it open and all my communications go through it along with the app on my phone.

A lot of my emails go to junk mail and get lost and therefore never read
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All communications regarding my clients, how to see who to spend time on an who not. It also keeps my focus on sales. All the stickers, memoblocks and other stuff have gone into one place both on my laptop and phone.

Attend the webinars available. They really help!

What do you like best about the product?
The customization of the views, the mass emailing feature and the connection with the contacts and companies that one can use later for insight.
What do you dislike about the product?
The business views should have more color, in the sense that when a task hasn't been completed, it should colorize the entire deal and not just the flag within it.
Also, there should be COMBOS of Freshworks ( Like Freshdesk + Freshsales Combo Price)

Relationship with customers through email and deal stages, and streamline communication with the sales team.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It has better integration with Freshdesk, therefore if they are already customers, it's a highly recommended product.
