What do you like best about the product?
The best part is all my leads are at one place and the pipeline is easy to work on. its easy to track on lead and the status makes it easier in the future to recall the requirement or weather it's HOT/Suspect.
What do you dislike about the product?
3 different WRM to download and filters to organise ur data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it has made me more organised where I'm aware of all my potential leads and easier to convert with a robust pipeline.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try to create a realistic pipeline and if ur prospects are on ur WALL then make sure u regularly follow up with them and convert them into a business.

Freshsales is the secure bet for an efficient CRM

What do you like best about the product?
The program is undoubtedly a CRM with great potential, drastically reducing the administrative work of sales representatives, increasing their productivity and helping them close a greater amount of deals. In addition to this each representative has a visual representation of the sales which can be assigned thanks to the drag and drop functionality to each of their contacts. In this way you have a clear idea of the evolution of your potential customers during the life cycle of each contact. Another feature that I liked was the collection of data of all the activity of your contacts and divides them according to their behavior, so a seller of your company has a detailed score of the potential customers to thus prioritize them.
What do you dislike about the product?
When it comes to visualizing the collected data it is a little saturated the large amount of data to operate, you have to be very clear what you want to do and then proceed to analyze them carefully. Because of this it becomes a little impractical that the software does not have the data dumped in the tool, this being favorable to obtain optimal performance in its functionality. Another point to point out is the mobile app has a lot to improve, it is a little irresponsible at times, with certain glitches when scrolling down the screen and with key missing functionalities which was very disappointing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Freshsales integration with Freshdesk to manage our relationships with the users as well as the business opportunities that may arise in the most efficient way in which we can improve our effectiveness in sales. Because of this integration is much easier to help our customers and manage all interactions with them quickly and easily through an effective way. Just by adding the Freshsales API code in Freshdesk, the latter automatically sync all the data to track the relationships that have been made with all users.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Like all CRMs, Freshsales needs a lot of data to get the most out of its capabilities. That's why i recommend using it if your company is has a team with more than 5 sales reps. This does not prevent the program from performing tasks as demanding as it is organizing email campaigns and obtaining response metrics, automating the administrative tasks of sales, collecting, saving and analyzing data of contacts, projects and companies, among the many others features offered by this excellent software.

Great CRM

What do you like best about the product?
This is my first CRM and so far the learning curve has been very easy, but it's clearly powerful software. I'm excited about how it's getting years of clients organized and in to a process to help grow my business.
What do you dislike about the product?
None so far except in my case I have multiple Freshworks accounts so I have to log in and out of them sometimes.I wish there was one login for multiple accounts/products.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm still pretty new to using it, but already I have started organizing and reaching out to old clients and refreshing the relationships. The Lead Score will help me focus on the warmer leads.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Compare it to the "big boys". The cost is well worth it!

Customized workflows that can be triggered by external tools, apps and actions

When using bulk email and you want to set a follow-up task, you need to set an individual follow up task for each recipient, which is kind of the opposite to automated

Having the ability to automate a lot of the sales processes that in turn allows users to spend more time on their core business

What do you like best about the product?
The UI is really easy to understand and configuration is simple. It provides some excellent support service, which are constantly suggesting us with CRM websites. All the chat assistance group has been highly helpful. Also, I think the price is very accessible for most companies.
What do you dislike about the product?
Integrations with internal email suppliers, like Mailchimp, should be a lot more intelligent. Also, we are no allowed to edit the client details from the plug-in. If we could be able to edit the prospective client information from the plug-in, it would be really helpful. And, there is no hyperlink in the notes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It keeps my sales figures structured. I had to use Freshsales when searching for a CRM in my past job, and results were amazing. That's why I was really happy when I found out it was going to be used in my current company as well. Freshsales has helped us to achieve many of our goals without needing to undergo the lengthy method of customization. We had to configure things in less than a week and we were prepared to start. Also, we use Freshsales integrated with the application Freshdesk and it works amazingly.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I believe the price for small enterprises is highly considerable. It can work good also for bigger companies, but at some point, they may want to change to a more complex software. Besides, there is a lot of excellent integrations offered by Freshsales. Furthermore, I consider it to be perfect for teams from distinct locations working. The Data for all participating customers is correctly synchronized.

What do you like best about the product?
The fact that you can put call logs, check when emails are read and opened.
Everything is super streamlined, headache-free and straight simple to use.
Way better than the old fashioned way of doing things.
Freshsales is my secret weapon, and I use it proudly.
The mobile interface is also really user-friendly and easy to use
What do you dislike about the product?
Allow us to set up reminders/appointments openly at every minute of the day rather than only 10-15 minute marks.
Add a To-Do list or Priority List
Once someone takes notes in the Call Logs, make it so that it opens in a section with all the previously opened and taken call logs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Faster and simple straight forward to use software which makes life easier in the sales world.
It also lets you work smarter and more efficiently compared to the normal way of doing things.

Why I like Freshsales above any CRM system I have used previously

What do you like best about the product?
Of the CRM systems I have previously used which include SalesForce, Microsoft Dynamics and Really Simple Systems I enjoy using Freshsales most because everything works how you want it to work. Freshsales listened to us throughout the trial period and extended to give us enough time to fully evaluate the system to ensure it met our needs before selection. Their people were so helpful in answering questions we had and their pricing was perfect for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that we have found so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The fact that it is so integratable with our other systems including Microsoft Teams and our Accounting Software Xero are making things simpler. Because the Freshsales system is so adaptable it is removing the need for the old ways we used to do things.

Really test the system at your trial stage and ask questions of the Freshsales community of experts to gain a fuller understanding.

What do you like best about the product?
The look and feel is friendly, and easy to navigate. This is important when you spend so much time on a CRM. Mass mailing - easy; saving templates - easy; diary calls, appointments easy, visual pipeline is great too. I like when you add a Company URL, it populates account name, address etc. Also, links to social profiles in contacts. Overall, best CRM I have used as fair cost (previously used about 5 including MS Dynamics)
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing I dislike, however integration capability with Linkedin would be good

Organising and managing sales / pipeline.
