Freshsales has changed my life as a salesperson

What do you like best about the product?
Automation is the best part. I've been able to create a process when someone inquires on our website that feels to them like a very personal welcome message to schedule a call. Then if they don't reply it continues to follow up with a sequence of emails to check in with them until eventually letting them know that I'm removing them from the docket and then automatically removing them from my list. No more time wasted following up with leads that inquire online and then never pick up the phone or reply to an email.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great if the tech support people would look at your situation and give recommendations on how to accomplish what you're wanting. Every time I've submitted a ticket they respond in an unhelpful way and each time I follow up with a question on how to accomplish what I'm trying to do. Eventually, we get there. I just wish I didn't have to handhold them to get answers on how to make things work for my sales process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a huge time saver. In addition to the CRM, I like how I can see when people have opened my emails.

What do you like best about the product?
Freshsales is amazingly simple to setup and use almost instantly . Refreshingly so many api and plugs in available to make a complete effective and powerful sales system.
What do you dislike about the product?
A lot of plugins and would be nice to have a few more free features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Contact management and organization of data.

What do you like best about the product?
I’ve been with them now for a couple months and they’ve been phenomenal. Constant zoom meetings to improve using the CRM. Definitely recommend to others.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not too much to say as far as what I don’t like, but, the only minor issue would be that the call center is all Indian and sometimes they can misunderstand what I’m trying to portray. This is only minor though and path from that they are an amazing company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mainly looking to automate a lot of my sales process and emails.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that their plans and prices of them adapt to the size of each company, their functions are ideal to carry out marketing tasks and have detailed reports of heat maps or funnel analysis, Freshmarketer platform is easy of driving, even without much experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
Probably my only complaint to Freshmarketer is how difficult it is to find the documentation in the beginning, but after that I think everything has been very clear, with good technical support that helped us find the solutions to our problems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's amazing how Freshmarketer has been so helpful in less than a year of use, our website, customers and our entire company has benefited from marketing, we have more attention to what our customers expect. Our marketing team works precisely thanks to its tools.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
We can say that it is 100% recommended by our company by and for our colleagues who wish to expand their knowledge about their website and get the most out of it. Freshmarketer is a software with a fairly cheap price and with very good integrations.

What do you like best about the product?
Freshsales is great to qualify our leads. It allows us to focus on tracking those customers who are really interested in our services.
The platform serves as a base of operation for our sales agents. We can connect the email and receive all incoming communications and prioritize them. It is an excellent system to not overlook opportunities. In addition to that it also provides a solid graphical reporting tool that provides us with relevant information that drives us to improve our business decisions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly I have not experienced technical problems, it works remarkably and gives us the best results.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The most visible benefit is the integration of the sales team, thereby improved collaboration and workflow.
The sales cycle management is simpler since contact information, sales, campaigns and other tasks are clearly visible on simple panels .
Graphical reports have been of great weight to increase the power of decision because the software gives us consistent and reliable data to support our decisions.

It is a suitable tool for sales teams. Its price is affordable for small businesses.

Email marketing tool with the best features

What do you like best about the product?
Have used mailchimp, zoho campaign and a couple more email marketing tools but the feature and automation tools freshmarketer showed is just awesome. The ease of use and drag and drop just makes all your automation needs fulfilled.
Must go for it, if you have the same issues as we had.
What do you dislike about the product?
There should be different logins and access for users. The tool has CRO and other features and too many people have access to my campaigns.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation. Email builder. Drips.

What do you like best about the product?
Very user-friendly. It doesn't require user to be techy to utilize the tools. A huge help to someone managing or handling lots of customers' information and details. It is well-designed and provides tools to track how customers engagement. The system offers great flexibility with the sales process development team is responsive to user requests and updates the app regularly
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it hangs but so far so good just refresh it and it is perfect! the support team always on the go to help! Like any other software, It has has a few areas that could be improved. Although we are very satisfied with our experience with the app we found that there is a need for more options when it comes to exporting information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
So far I have no issue with it. All good and smooth. Everything works perfectly on me while using fresh sales

What do you like best about the product?
The software is flexible and intuitive, it allows us to give priority to our potential customers, since we can organize our communications by email, so we did not spend anything important overlooked.
Freshsales gives us consistent reports of our sales that help us identify strengths in our business strategies. Visibility throughout the sales process is undoubtedly one of its best features.
What do you dislike about the product?
To be honest, I don't find anything that displease me.

A compact and well integrated CRM

What do you like best about the product?
Personally, I love the fact I can track new leads and prospects at every step of the sales process and even after sales.

It's easier to keep track of every conversation, be it inquiries or complaints, I have had with any customer by simply calling up their profile.

Finally, with regards to my line of work, I love that I can call up any customer's data using a number of parameters.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are too many columns to fill in for a new customer and it makes it cumbersome to do all of that at a go while keeping track of the conversation. It's worse when the conversation is very short as you may not have collected enough information to populate those fields.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's easier to keep track of every conversation, be it inquiries or complaints, I have had with any customer by simply calling up their profile.

Finally, with regards to my line of work, I love that I can call up any customer's data using a number of parameters.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend Freshsales because of its easy to use UI and well integrated functions that make it easy to keep track of clients.

What do you like best about the product?
I have worked with most CRMs around, and this one actually helps. It offers to bring in external information, prompts for duplicates, generally makes it easier to use, hence it is used more. The integration with gmail makes it all seamless.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like a single view of leads, accounts, chats, and support tickets not just links into the separate systems.. By contact, or user.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sharing information with team members, maintaining a pipeline. Trackign support tickets, chatting with prospects.
