Top customer service and very efficient
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using the service for over five years and I have to say that the service is outstanding. Never closes tickets without solution and never misses follow-ups when you raise a query .
What do you dislike about the product?

It's not always convenient to send screenshots and explain it in emails and this is the main place like I can think of

What do you like best about the product?
I liked most about freshsales is simple and beautiful UI, Also like AI lead scoring feature, Reports and Report Dashboard.
What do you dislike about the product?
Proposal template missing so we have to make proposal from out of the portal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently i have only one problem is proposal or quote preparation within portal is missing.
If i am talking about benefit so there is many benefit like email tracking, website activity tracking, lead management and smart sequence for mailer

User friendly UI, easy to access information and CRM that just works!!

Advanced capabilities but that will soon catch up in FreshSales. so far so good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using FreshSales for complete LeadGen to Deal execution flow. we are able to track our leads and opportunities more easily with clear view on the pipeline.

Am happy to use Fresh Sales Desk it helped me in knowing daily appointments and reminding my follow up calls also Automated email is an add on to get in touch with clients.

What do you like best about the product?
Freshsales is very easy to use. The out of the box features are very robust and gives me room to scale as my CRM needs grow.

The email configuration setup isn't as easy as other applications I have used but isn't overly complicated.

If you are a freelancer or startup, and just getting into CRM, Freshsales is a great place to start. It looks like it will scale in features and capabilities as your CRM needs grow.

What do you like best about the product?
The quickness of the system. when I click something the website responses rapidly. And it's easy to find contact or lead.
What do you dislike about the product?
The layout of lead is too loose, I wish I can view 100 leads on a page. Current page layout I can only see 6-10 leads per page.

We're using Freshsales to manage our database of investors. It's related to Sales. It makes us have access to investors info easily.

Everything. The registration is very simple. The CRm comes out of the box usable. But i can configure everything by a minimum of clicks. The solutionpage is very helpful and the academy helped me as admin getting startet even better.

There isn't really a thing i miss or dislike. Sorry.

I can structure my whole sale easy und fast. I really like the outlook-integration.

What do you like best about the product?
The best for us is the posibility to integrate the freshsales with other tools. Once we started growing and enabling high quality service to our customers it was clear that the freshsales software integrated with VoIP, helpdesk and other tools would allow us to break through with no mayor issues. And so happened.

The way the pipeline is managed in the low cost plans is limited.

Main issue solved: The follow up to the sales process by our reps. Now is very solid and clear what they should be doing in eah step of the process. They can see every detail of a customer.

I recommend to look for posible integrations with other tools and figure out ways to make your business more productive and efficient developing innovative workflows.

Simple and Straightforward, a great way to stay organized!
What do you like best about the product?
Freshsales is a great platform for an outbound salesman. It's easy to keep all of our clients information together and it has uses for everything we need to keep the team organized to make sure not a single lead goes untouched. If i can be completely honest I've never used a system that's this complete in terms of the capabilities Freshsales offers. Being able to house the calling mechanism as well as the actual tracking system is worth it without a doubt. But being able to set tasks that go directly to my emails is a gift I haven't enjoyed before.
What do you dislike about the product?
The new update feels like it's trying to do too much to be honest but it's very possible i just don't understand the change. Possible user error but still.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to get the most out of every lead with the ability to set tasks that remind you to follow up. The lead layout coupled with notes and tasks is literally a godsend for a burgeoning sales person. I find I'm getting more out of my leads then using previous CRM's.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use the task function for every deal you contact. Take detailed notes on the account page but dont worry about leaving notes in the task itself. Everything you need should be found on the notes tab on the account page itself. Organize your leads by date contacted so you can go chronologically down the line and make sure you don't skip anyone.
