Freshsales is an innovative solution
What do you like best about the product?
The software is flexible and intuitive, it allows us to give priority to our potential customers, since we can organize our communications by email, so we did not spend anything important overlooked.
Freshsales gives us consistent reports of our sales that help us identify strengths in our business strategies. Visibility throughout the sales process is undoubtedly one of its best features.

What do you dislike about the product?
To be honest, I don't find anything that displease me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Improves the ability to work in a team. Freshsales strengthens the management of the sales cycle and improves interaction with our customers.

Great solution for sales teams of companies of any level.

What do you like best about the product?
Personally, I love the fact I can track new leads and prospects at every step of the sales process and even after sales.
It's easier to keep track of every conversation, be it inquiries or complaints, I have had with any customer by simply calling up their profile.
Finally, with regards to my line of work, I love that I can call up any customer's data using a number of parameters.

What do you dislike about the product?
There are too many columns to fill in for a new customer and it makes it cumbersome to do all of that at a go while keeping track of the conversation. It's worse when the conversation is very short as you may not have collected enough information to populate those fields.

I recommend Freshsales because of its easy to use UI and well integrated functions that make it easy to keep track of clients.

What do you like best about the product?
I have worked with most CRMs around, and this one actually helps. It offers to bring in external information, prompts for duplicates, generally makes it easier to use, hence it is used more. The integration with gmail makes it all seamless.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like a single view of leads, accounts, chats, and support tickets not just links into the separate systems.. By contact, or user.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sharing information with team members, maintaining a pipeline. Trackign support tickets, chatting with prospects.
Top customer service and very efficient
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using the service for over five years and I have to say that the service is outstanding. Never closes tickets without solution and never misses follow-ups when you raise a query .
What do you dislike about the product?

It's not always convenient to send screenshots and explain it in emails and this is the main place like I can think of

I liked most about freshsales is simple and beautiful UI, Also like AI lead scoring feature, Reports and Report Dashboard.

Proposal template missing so we have to make proposal from out of the portal.

Currently i have only one problem is proposal or quote preparation within portal is missing.

User friendly UI, easy to access information and CRM that just works!!

Advanced capabilities but that will soon catch up in FreshSales. so far so good.

We are using FreshSales for complete LeadGen to Deal execution flow. we are able to track our leads and opportunities more easily with clear view on the pipeline.

Am happy to use Fresh Sales Desk it helped me in knowing daily appointments and reminding my follow up calls also Automated email is an add on to get in touch with clients.

Freshsales is very easy to use. The out of the box features are very robust and gives me room to scale as my CRM needs grow.

The email configuration setup isn't as easy as other applications I have used but isn't overly complicated.

If you are a freelancer or startup, and just getting into CRM, Freshsales is a great place to start. It looks like it will scale in features and capabilities as your CRM needs grow.

What do you like best about the product?
The quickness of the system. when I click something the website responses rapidly. And it's easy to find contact or lead.
What do you dislike about the product?
The layout of lead is too loose, I wish I can view 100 leads on a page. Current page layout I can only see 6-10 leads per page.

We're using Freshsales to manage our database of investors. It's related to Sales. It makes us have access to investors info easily.

What do you like best about the product?
Everything. The registration is very simple. The CRm comes out of the box usable. But i can configure everything by a minimum of clicks. The solutionpage is very helpful and the academy helped me as admin getting startet even better.

There isn't really a thing i miss or dislike. Sorry.

I can structure my whole sale easy und fast. I really like the outlook-integration.
