Fresh approach to CRM
What do you like best about the product?
The style and layout of this system is really good and is assisting my team to make more sales. The opportunity process work very well.

What do you like best about the product?
The best for us is the posibility to integrate the freshsales with other tools. Once we started growing and enabling high quality service to our customers it was clear that the freshsales software integrated with VoIP, helpdesk and other tools would allow us to break through with no mayor issues. And so happened.

What do you dislike about the product?
The way the pipeline is managed in the low cost plans is limited.
I found troublesome that i cant change fields names once created.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Main issue solved: The follow up to the sales process by our reps. Now is very solid and clear what they should be doing in eah step of the process. They can see every detail of a customer.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend to look for posible integrations with other tools and figure out ways to make your business more productive and efficient developing innovative workflows.
Also look for a trustworthy partner to implement the culture not the software.

Simple and Straightforward, a great way to stay organized!
What do you like best about the product?
Freshsales is a great platform for an outbound salesman. It's easy to keep all of our clients information together and it has uses for everything we need to keep the team organized to make sure not a single lead goes untouched. If i can be completely honest I've never used a system that's this complete in terms of the capabilities Freshsales offers. Being able to house the calling mechanism as well as the actual tracking system is worth it without a doubt. But being able to set tasks that go directly to my emails is a gift I haven't enjoyed before.
What do you dislike about the product?
The new update feels like it's trying to do too much to be honest but it's very possible i just don't understand the change. Possible user error but still.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to get the most out of every lead with the ability to set tasks that remind you to follow up. The lead layout coupled with notes and tasks is literally a godsend for a burgeoning sales person. I find I'm getting more out of my leads then using previous CRM's.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use the task function for every deal you contact. Take detailed notes on the account page but dont worry about leaving notes in the task itself. Everything you need should be found on the notes tab on the account page itself. Organize your leads by date contacted so you can go chronologically down the line and make sure you don't skip anyone. Highly efficient and user friendly
What do you like best about the product?
Easy and usable layout means its clear to see what needs to be done on a daily basis and input of data doesn't take long. Importation of leads is efficient and rarely produces errors or duplicates, connectivity and integration with email and phone network is trouble free.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing i can think of which I particularly dislike

keeping track of leads and contacts upgrading them when they become hot and keeping up to date with the latest conversations and email correspondence all on one platform/.

I like the interface and the app - For our business, introducing FreshSales means that we now have a clear overview of our leads, contacts and pipeline.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not natively integrating to QuotientApp.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Clear overview of sales activities, pipeline follow-up and emails from within the CRM, clear task overview and better workflow to set priorities in sales.

I love the features that it comes with especially mass emailing! It's so convenient to use on your phone.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish you could see more through the mobile app. I also dislike that if too many emails bounce, it will penalize you.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With using freshsales we are able to keep all our potential customers in one place boosting the closing time on customers. It has helped to keep us organized with tagging customers and filtering.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a great tool to get monitor your interaction with customers. I highly recommend using this to stay organized and to build relationships with your customers. It's awesome to use when you need to remember small but personal things about a customer.

What do you like best about the product?
One of the features that I like most of this platform is built-in phone and mail, because with it I can call and create a phone within the application and be able to call my customers, manage payments, and everything related to my work as such, in addition to being able to integrate it to other Fresh platforms, is a great system and gives many options to be able to automate online sales of the company.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile application is quite complicated to use should change its interface to an easier to understand, to visualize your data are quite saturated in quite difficult to handle this program in a mobile application, so I decided to use it exclusively as a web application.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can manage my sales and my customers in the database of FreshSales, I can make phone calls with your built-in phone available at all times, send email with quotes Advertising service provided by my company and automate sales and mail in general.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend FreshSales to manage and automate sales, I also recommend all Fresh products to automatically manage areas of a growing company, has all the services that may be needed at an unbeatable price.
Worth switching to from Salesforce
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the way it is far more intuitive and doesn't take as long to get to grasps with. I can guarantee that people are only seeing the information they need to see.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile app isn't as good as I would have hoped.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using freshsales to track deals and share information with interested parties across the organisation.

Give it time and focus in the first couple of weeks of using it and it will be an extremely helpful tool for your organisation.

I am able to keep tabs on everything I need to do to take care of multiple customer's.

Sometimes I think it calculates the different tasks to much.

Being to track all the e-mails sent and opened. To make sure customer is receiving the information as well.
Severely Lacking
What do you like best about the product?
There is very little that I like, I suppose it was easy to set up
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest issue we have is lack of native integrations. We are constantly having to set up zapier connections to get data into the CRM.
