What do you like best about the product?
Simple setup and price on the lower side
Free version called sprout for less usage

The heatmap tool is not very intuitive to use

Extremely happy with FreshSales
What do you like best about the product?
There are so many things I like: Easy to use, has virtually all of the features I would want, easy to customize for my needs, intuitive to use, great customer support. Extremely happy all the way around.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anything at this point that i dislike and I've bee using for probably seven months.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Able to keep in contact with my prospects, classify them whichever way i choose, send mass emails when I want, send customized email templates. This has greatly streamlined my previous process.
User Friendly
What do you like best about the product?
I've used other CRMs before at other dealerships, ones that cost exorbitant amounts of money. What I like best is that FreshSales does all the same things that I'm used to doing on those expensive systems, but for free or a very well-priced subscription for the more in-depth features. It's very easy to use, and the fact that all customer information is in one spot is priceless.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one thing that I would like to do is customize the fields while being on the free version, but it is a free version I'm on, so I can't complain at all!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's allowed all customer information to be condensed in one file, which, especially working at a dealership, being able to recall all the notes from conversations you've had with any customer is priceless. It allows us to be much more efficient and PROfficient with our follow up.

It provides a graphical view of business funnel, very useful to understand each stage of the sales process.

Freshsales works exceptionally, accelerates workflow. By far, it is one of the best tools we have in our sales team.

The visibility of sales projects at all stages. It is important in the analysis of the points that should be improved to increase the success of sales strategies.

What do you like best about the product?
Freshsales offers a lot of versatility in its packages which gives me the ability to run the system the way that works best for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
The conversations feature is not automatically available which is mildly inconvenient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to contact each of my leads and contacts in an effective way, which has saved me time and money.

What do you dislike about the product?
I wanted to make a report on the weighted sales forecast, spread over the next 12 months, in order to get a better insight about the probability of the revenue goals. I wasn't able to create this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Good and actual insights in target groups, revenue forecast for both online sales and off-line sales.

What do you like best about the product?
The program has a very well-developed interface. You have many functions, but they are not located on one screen. Therefore, I was able to quickly customize the application to my needs. The price is quite affordable, even for Ukraine.
What do you dislike about the product?
Why did your sales office from Russia contact me? Have you decided that it is a good idea to send the Ukrainian client to a Russian office? Do you send clients from Palestine to the Israeli office? Or maybe customers from Croatia are discussing an office in Serbia (the former Yugoslavia).
I was very upset when they called me from Russia. My friend was killed in the war with the Russian separatists in the Donbas. And now I need to communicate with an office in Russia? Or maybe you think that Ukraine is part of Russia? Your service policy needs to be changed. Russia is under sanctions. How do you work with them?

All my clients are now in one database. I send out price lists very quickly and don’t forget anyone. The program allows me to automate my calendar and appointments. I think I will be a more successful seller using Freshsales
Easy to Use for all CRM Related Tasks. However Reporting Function is Lacking
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, simply navigation, without numerous unnecessary and rarely used features. It allows our company to track leads, with flexibility to create fields to track as we need.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting functionality is lacking. Not the most intuitive, but the biggest is is there isn't an easy way to fully automate exporting data into external reporting dashboards without building a solution through the API.

It helps u keep track of number of leads being generated, and how they progress through the sales funnel.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Simply to use and integrate with other systems, as long as you don't have complex reporting requirements.

Does everything that I, as a salesperson, find necessary.

I have used Freshsales for a few months now and haven't run into any problems at all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is much less complicated than Salesforce and has way fewer unnecessary features. Salesforce has added a relevant feature in probably a decade. Freshsales keeps it simple and makes it a lot easier to keep your leads organized.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
As someone who has used most of the CRMs that are out there, FreshSales, does everything that you need if you are in a typical sales environment. It is especially perfect for a company that works out of one or only a couple offices. I have never used it in an enterprise environment, but for 95% of companies this is the perfect solution. For salespeople there is a TON less data entry and organization required than with other CRMs. For inside sales people that means you can be on the phone and not typing up a thesis after every call like some products. For managers, the reports answer everything you'd likely need unless you are a fortune 500 company that requires insane detail, in which case you're probably not reading this review anyway.
