Freshsales Makes Data Management Easier

What do you like best about the product?
Easy reporting and data management works seamlessly throughout our sales and marketing department. Integration with Marketo allows us to link data between the two applications.
What do you dislike about the product?
Creating reports based on data filters can sometimes take a while to create, speed could be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking leads and sales progress through deal stages and reporting for unique customers.

Its a great tool for sales and marketing

What do you like best about the product?
Being a startup founder when you start you don't organize yourself. It can be managing leads, customers etc. We had made mess with our sales system. That is when Freshsales came for rescue. Now using frshsales I manage my leads by prioritizing with lead scoring system, I can manage sales rep by alloting the customers to meet. I can see a clear picture where my leads are, on what stage they are and how to convert them. I think every startup founder should use Freshsales.
What do you dislike about the product?
I couldn't find anything as of now. But will keep this mind
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing leads, lead scoring, customer details, customer seggregation etc

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, effectively manage email tracking. It helps us discover qualified potential customers and achieve a real understanding of the impact of our communications based on customer reactions, allowing us to chart more effective email campaigns.
It's also great to schedule tasks efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
In general, I have had a pleasant experience with the software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is great to boost sales, graphic reports are very useful to visualize the status of sales. We can make decisions based on the data collected, and help us prioritize the most likely closing deals.
It allows us to delve into the details of failed businesses, providing us valuable information about problems that need to be solved.
Freshsales is very useful to prioritize tasks, efficiently follow email campaigns and improve sales conversion.

It is an innovative tool, I recommend it to boost sales.

What do you like best about the product?
The helpful about this system is that it offers you with multiple apps and features which means you don't have to buy all those apps individually.
What do you dislike about the product?
This software functionality is great and there is nothing to dislike about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With this system you don't need a separate split testing or conversion optimization or survey tool if you are using this software, so it does save a lot of money at the end of the day which is a big plus. Chrome extension is very helpful. You can create and manage campaigns right from your browser. You can use it free for life but with limited features.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The best system with great user interface and with good documentation and I therefore highly recommend it to others.

What do you like best about the product?
Most supportive thing about new deals is the responsibility that they are giving as a representative, individuals can without much of a stretch work on time as new deals give auspicious warnings to assignments additionally the notes section helps in reviewing the discussions held previously and the activities which are should have been taken in future.
What do you dislike about the product?
I need to change the segments appeared in perspectives. I can change the channel however I need to have the option to change the fields appeared and the request. Have not discovered a simple method to change that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The three most concerning issues were, different individuals working from numerous apparatuses and as a group, not having an ongoing perspective, or access to key information to precisely conjecture, plan and execute technique and correspondence to our leads and contacts. Presently, we have a lion's share of our work obvious, open to initiative as reports and we're never again speculating. We know where we are, are reminded who we have to connect with when to draw in and we are never again deceived.

Freshsales is an agreeable administration, brimming with apparatuses to offer a right regard for the customers and have the option to break down them. What do you like best about the product?
Freshsales is probably the most efficient CRM tool I and my team have used in managing our sales team and sales funnel. It is helps me monitor a very large team without stressing out to know who and who is working. Its data presentation is handy in forecasting. The online geeks are ever ready to attend to our requests.
What do you dislike about the product?
My pain point was actually the way we created our framework, not a downside of freshsales. We have notes saved on various parts of the tool per business contacted and that led to loss of some conversation. But it was sorted out and they were merged.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales funnel, monitoring of team activities, logging of calls, measuring amount in pipeline, making projections and many more.

Very reliable CRM tool, especially for a large sales team.

What do you like best about the product?
There are a lot of features one can talk about. My personal favourite is I can easily schedule my tasks and do my follow-ups directly from the CRM dashboard. Using an advanced plan it helps me in forecasting my sales and being a BD guy this is my bread and butter.
What do you dislike about the product?
To be frank there were some issues that were handled by the team other than that if you are using a top-tiered plan or a customized plan there is hardly any issue you will face.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1: Better lead management.
2: Better sales conversion.
3: Better process adherence.
4: Better follow-up practices and task scheduling.
5: Much better sales forecasting
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking for a CRM that looks really refreshing and helps you manage Leads and sales along with the complete cycle of a lead getting converted and being handed over to the OPS team this is the CRM for you.
Along with that you have options to generate multiple type of reports, do automation, create lead funnesl, create workflows and rules that you are actually in safe hands and mind it at a very competitive and a decent price.
Give these guys a try and you will never switch!

What do you like best about the product?
One comment and what is is next step, over all reports for an eagle view of the work done and focusing areas.
And also if anything important missed out, will be taken care with reminders and flags raised.
What do you dislike about the product?
Comments and stages in the leads to be exported in bulk
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No need to any reminders, all connects with credentials are readily available, even if in person not available sales complete data would be safe and Handy.
