What is our primary use case?
In the beginning, I used the tool to keep my business contacts. Then, we used it for our marketing emails and campaigns. It has a lot of capabilities. We can use it for daily business-related communications, too. It has a lot of templates.
What is most valuable?
The solution provides many features like sales pipeline and business progress. The solution is suitable for startups and big organizations. It is a good platform to use. Email integration is easy.
What needs improvement?
The basic version has limitations. We cannot use the call functionality. We can use only one domain in the basic package. It would be great if the solution could provide multiple domains with the basic package. We could use alternative domains for email marketing campaigns.
For how long have I used the solution?
I have been using the solution for one and a half years.
What do I think about the stability of the solution?
The tool is stable. I rate the stability an eight and a half out of ten.
What do I think about the scalability of the solution?
The tool is scalable. We have only two users. I use the tool regularly.
How are customer service and support?
The support must be faster.
Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?
I used the trial version of Hubspot before. We decided to switch to Freshsales because its price is better. Hubspot’s price is a little high.
How was the initial setup?
Our suppliers are in the same business center, so I faced no issues. They supported me when I had technical issues, but the technical support took some time. The tool is deployed on the cloud. The installation was simple. If we allocate the right technical person, it is not complex.
What was our ROI?
Freshsales is a good investment. It is good to have a platform where we can keep all our data and access it from anywhere.
What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?
The tool is not that expensive. It provides scalable licensing options. We can pay the license fee monthly or yearly.
Which other solutions did I evaluate?
Salesforce provides more integration with different platforms.
What other advice do I have?
Freshsales is a good platform for people who want to streamline their sales process and collaborate with their sales team. It is suitable for small and medium businesses. The vendor keeps updating the solution regularly. Overall, I rate the product seven and a half out of ten.

What do you like best about the product?
Best part of freshsales is the features that it offers. We have an eye on the entire sale cycle, it gives us better visibility.

Nothing as such, product is quite helpful.

Earlier it was very hard to keep a track of our email marketing campaign, fresh sales gives us better visibility.
Wonderful simple UI - but above all_> an excellent customer service
What do you like best about the product?
CRM systems are more or less all the "same" - right ? WRONG. Having a small business we need:
- simple UI
- intuitive usage
- Web based approach
- Integration with other systems (like Microsoft 365)
- good customer support

ABOVE ALL: the customer service is amazing always fast helpful and constantly helping wherever needed
We all use it on a daily basis and have started to store all information in the CRm - also using it for marketing now

sometimes finding the right menu for a function is not the easiest - finding the categories could be improved

We track all leads and the journey from interested party to customer in the tool
Good enough to buy twice
What do you like best about the product?
We tested a wide array of CRMs from the biggest names to smaller niche options. After a thorough process over a year we decided to proceed with FreshSales for a number of reasons. We found it to be a much better fit for our requirements - a sensible balance of powerful tools, unencumbered by some of the unnecessary features of more expensive platforms.
For users it has proven easy to learn and to use. For Admins the implementation was simple and after some excellent support from the FreshSales team we have our reporting setup just the way we want it.
We will soon be acquiring a second instance for use within a separate business unit.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't a lot to dislike. If I'm being really picky I might suggest a wider array of training materials to get started with some of the more advanced features like setting up reports and so on. But the helpdesk support was great and got us everything we needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have traditionally managed client list in Excel, or in an outdated CRM that was difficult to use.
Freshsales has made this data more accessible to more of our key staff, whilst adding features to help keep them in regular contact with clients.
The ability to visualise open opportunities is an added bonus which we use for internal reporting.
Overall it has made the process of client management simpler and more accessible to our team, which is key to making it something that they will regularly attend to.

I like that Freshsales keeps everything organized in a user friendly way and is not cluttered with a million features that my company is not even utilizing like salesforce is.

I wish that going through the tasks had an easier way to just go through them all one by one consecutively

Freshsales benefits me by solving the problem of a cluttered CRM when following up with my sales prospects and makes it easy to navigate and find the information needed.

Freshsales has a very easy user interface allowing users to learn the platform quickly and use maximum features. The best part is the drag and drop functionality. The customer support is also quick and reliable.

The page timeout is something which i dislike, if you need to stay longer on a page, you will have to keep refreshing it.

Freshsales acts as the CRM for us to the entire lead management and funnel management. Freshsales helps us manage the entire lifecycle of a client right from creation of an inquiry to closing a client. And then tracking the client revenue.
