Great Onboarding Experience and Customisable System
What do you like best about the product?
The onboarding was great, with an assigned Account Manager (Jasperin) and Technical Support (Viveh) to help me through the trial period and to test all the elements I wanted to use within Freshsales suite. The system is customisable and easy to work with and when the functionality wasn't there, Jasperin and Viveh taught me alternative ways of using the system to get the result I wanted. It is great to be able to make my own changes to the setup without having to seek support.
What do you dislike about the product?
The helpchat is a bit frustrating, with slower responses and them not necessarily understanding the problem. This has been resolved to date through emailing the Account Manager

Managing contacts and clients, email marketing, deal pipelines

The best part of using Freshworks is its easy to navigate User Interface.
It also does not involve a complicated set up which makes the onboarding and implementation very comfortable.

Some more automatic integrations and updates would have been really helpful

I tried one of the "mainline" CRM/Sales companies, but they were NOT interested in helping me, a 1-person shop. FreshSales folks have been so very helpful all along the way. Also, I've been able to customize the fields to meet my needs, so that it's not just sales-oriented, but also good for lists, company updates, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the online help pages are a little confusing at first, but... you can get directly to them without issue, which I couldn't event get to the ones at the "big box" software I tried at first. And if you have any questions with the documentation... no biggie... the customer support people are very responsive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I enter all current clients, all potential clients, all attendees and presenters at events that I produce, and even some people I see at technical meetings. I put in their LinkedIn address, and if I have it, an email address. With the help of a filterable "Contacts" list, I can see various views of people, including actual potential clients, but also presenters for specific events, new visitors to landing pages, etc.

* I love the fact that it accommodates both small and large businesses which for me automatically helps businesses particularly small businesses to have an accountability mentality even from the very foundation.
* It's user friendly unlike most of the CRM tools we have today because it functions are easy to navigate & understand, it's not too pricey. I also love the customization option.
What do you dislike about the product?
Accessibility option for collaborators can be improved on.

lead scoring, prioritized follow-ups, contacting leads with specifically informed call-to-action.

What do you like best about the product?
Fresh Sales and Freshworks are friendly and operate from a sense of urgency. Clients are in good hands. Plus. The products are great, easy-to-use, navigate etc

What is our primary use case?
In the beginning, I used the tool to keep my business contacts. Then, we used it for our marketing emails and campaigns. It has a lot of capabilities. We can use it for daily business-related communications, too. It has a lot of templates.
What is most valuable?
The solution provides many features like sales pipeline and business progress. The solution is suitable for startups and big organizations. It is a good platform to use. Email integration is easy.
What needs improvement?
The basic version has limitations. We cannot use the call functionality. We can use only one domain in the basic package. It would be great if the solution could provide multiple domains with the basic package. We could use alternative domains for email marketing campaigns.
For how long have I used the solution?
I have been using the solution for one and a half years.
What do I think about the stability of the solution?
The tool is stable. I rate the stability an eight and a half out of ten.
What do I think about the scalability of the solution?
The tool is scalable. We have only two users. I use the tool regularly.
How are customer service and support?
The support must be faster.
Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?
I used the trial version of Hubspot before. We decided to switch to Freshsales because its price is better. Hubspot’s price is a little high.
How was the initial setup?
Our suppliers are in the same business center, so I faced no issues. They supported me when I had technical issues, but the technical support took some time. The tool is deployed on the cloud. The installation was simple. If we allocate the right technical person, it is not complex.
What was our ROI?
Freshsales is a good investment. It is good to have a platform where we can keep all our data and access it from anywhere.
What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?
The tool is not that expensive. It provides scalable licensing options. We can pay the license fee monthly or yearly.
Which other solutions did I evaluate?
Salesforce provides more integration with different platforms.
What other advice do I have?
Freshsales is a good platform for people who want to streamline their sales process and collaborate with their sales team. It is suitable for small and medium businesses. The vendor keeps updating the solution regularly. Overall, I rate the product seven and a half out of ten.

Best part of freshsales is the features that it offers. We have an eye on the entire sale cycle, it gives us better visibility.

Nothing as such, product is quite helpful.

Earlier it was very hard to keep a track of our email marketing campaign, fresh sales gives us better visibility.
Wonderful simple UI - but above all_> an excellent customer service
What do you like best about the product?
CRM systems are more or less all the "same" - right ? WRONG. Having a small business we need:
- simple UI
- intuitive usage
- Web based approach
- Integration with other systems (like Microsoft 365)
- good customer support
Implementation was super simple since it is web based ,
ABOVE ALL: the customer service is amazing always fast helpful and constantly helping wherever needed
We all use it on a daily basis and have started to store all information in the CRm - also using it for marketing now

sometimes finding the right menu for a function is not the easiest - finding the categories could be improved
