A lot of UI Changes occurs we have to adapt to the new UI fastly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lead Assignment is a great feature before that we were using manual assignment

They Should introduce add on features for admin because some of the features have a limit if we want to upgrade we need to upgrade for entire users
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Fresh sales help us in closing the leads in a very orderly manner. We are getting reports and trends about the customers coming in and the service our sales team provide

I like the set up within the deal stage. It is simple to see all details necessary
What do you dislike about the product?
I have to add the pending payments tab to the funnel view on the deals section at the start of every day.

I am keeping track of my commission successfully and easily.

The BEST CRM
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use. Ability to close/set new tasks easily. Stages of contact bar is helpful as well. A CRM should be easy to use and efficient. Love the look of freshsales.
What do you dislike about the product?
NOTHING. There is nothing to dislike with Salesforce. MAYBE I would ask the ability to change color on dashboard from Orange to a color I like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not really any problems. Just noticing the benefits of stages of contact for my peers and myself. Loving that I am able to change to "DEAL" with click of button.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Don't think twice. Freshsales is exceeding my expectations. I would recommend. Especially after our move from Salesforce. We have already noticed a drastic change in communication among the team. Look and feel is great. Freshsales had me since my first log in.

Freshsales is not customizable in terms of UI.

It allows my team to have visibility across the board and the design is amazing.

At first that I could not see what the team had going on. It's a few filters you have to pick to see everything you want.

it's a big help for my Sales CRM, Streamline our Process because everything is in one spot and visible.

If you are just starting out trying to grow your business this is the software to take on. Its easy to scale and use and more importantly it.s cost effective.

Freshsales comes with in-depth functionalities for CRM and sales team. For Sales team, give good access over mobile app as well.

Reporting can be improved and can give more insights to improve sales

Has helped in keeping track of all sales activities. From pre-sales to post-sales, has helped in solving client problems
Amazing CRM!
What do you like best about the product?
I like that the support is amazing, the product it’s self stand up against the big guys (salesforce) but the customer support by live chat is amazing! I like that the software is very well laid out not too much information all at once. I really like the multi pipeplines as well. In financial planning I have pipelines set up for everything I do and automation all the way through the sales process
What do you dislike about the product?
I’m hoping as the software grows they build in more integrations. Also for adding documents to client files you have to add them one at a time. When just setting up your crm it takes forever moving files that way. This is really a small problem. There isn’t anything major that I don’t like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Freshsales has got my business all in one place. Before I was in google calendars, acuity scheduler, cloud data bases and excel sheets. I now am able to keep track of everything in one software and see it all at one glance. Amazing time saver!!

Really give it a good look! I had never heard of the company and the platform before. I did my research and they are highly recommended. Go with Freshsales!!
