What do you like best about the product?
The customizable reports function, chat support quick response, customizable sales campaigns, ability to link to FreshChat and Freshdesk ticketing.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I need to send mails to a specific group, I need to prepare a workflow in order to tag the audience I am targetting. The workflow would only take effect in 30 minute intervals. I don't have an option to do immediate change.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps keep track of previous correspondence. The templates help a lot. It helps us work faster.

Freshsales allows us to keep track of our customers easily. It also makes it easier to track the potential leads. It's other apps like Freshchat and Freshdesk make it well rounded

Very User Friendly
What do you like best about the product?
The most important thing for me is to see sales targets and results which is easily attainable using the reports section of Freshsales. It is also really easy to keep track of your customers progress by using the tasks and follow ups sections.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anything i really dislike, the only frustrating factor may be enough options when trying to auto populate a certain field
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are constantly solving problems such as sales pipelines, tracking individual sales persons activities and conversion rates of sales and as such we are increasing our conversion rates month on month

What do you dislike about the product?
Can't think of anything we particularly dislike. If I have to say, I would like to have the agents respond my question sooner. Sometimes, I need to wait for 15 mins to get an answer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were shifting our business model from to customers only to customers and business. With FreshSales, we can track and treat our business customer differently and better.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to track where leads are from and see the full history of a lead, regardless of who emailed them.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be good to be able to have two projects, so we had a board for leads, and another for suppliers for example.

Keeping on top of leads, ensuring we are engaging with them. Storing info regarding them so we can remember to ask about their holiday, exams etc. Being able to see what conversations a lead has already had with my colleagues easily.

It works as well as you want it to, if you get into good habits of inputting data and ensuring you keep up updated, it starts to manage you

We have been with Freshsales now for 11 months and I am amazed at the support service we get no matter what sort of query we have. The CRM is easy to use, excellent product and very time saving. We are a Company that embraces automation and Freshsales give us this ability.

Easy to use and amazing tool sets. My favorite feature is the sales campaign email drip feature that can be used to set up email campaigns for certain lead funnels. The pricing for the service beats any other CRM out there.
What do you dislike about the product?
The system could have better organizational tools, such as being able to separate leads into lists/folders. Also, the sales campaign has a limit of 90 days, which could certainly be longer.

A central location to register all my leads, set them on a funnel email campaign, and ability to set reminders to follow up.
