It had customer journeys with omni channel engagement.

It would be great if I can download a small seclection of data in different sections rather than requesting a data export

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Freshsales is that I can use features like its filtering landpage and segment my leads in a specific way every day in my work, helping me improve my activity and KPIS. I can send bulk welcome emails to my clients giving them a heartwarming welcome or disclosing new information. It is so easy to use, very intuitive when logging in, I also appreciate the integration it has with Aircall to make calls and keep a history in the accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
That it does not have a calling option within the cellular app, from there on out everything is perfect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has helped me be more organized and faster in my activities.
Simple Solution, Great Support
What do you like best about the product?
While the tool itself is fine, I've been very happy with the personalized support. For example, I've been able to get someone to help me with initial setup, and subsequent tasks like importing contact spreadsheets and troubleshooting issues live over Zoom with a very quick response time. This saves me a lot of frustration when it comes to 'sticking points' with the solution (which I expect with any product).
What do you dislike about the product?
The dashboards/data display could be a little more user friendly. For example, phone numbers MUST show as 2322222222 vs. 232-222-2222. Odd items like that which could be easy fixes seem to persist.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing contacts, sending and measuring emails, tracking engagement.
User interface is straightforward and easy to navigate.
What do you like best about the product?
For new users not familiar with CRM Freshsales offers a very intuitive and easy to use tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some system limitations on reports and dashboards as well as Paren to Child Accounts mapping.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
THe problems that Freshsales solve for our team is Activity tracking, client anggagement and productivity reports.
Works OK, but lacks features
What do you like best about the product?
It's simple and easy to use. The user interface is straightforward. I've had good experiences with the support team. I use it daily.
What do you dislike about the product?
I used HubSpot at my last company, and Freshsales lacks a number of features that would make things easier. I liked that with Hubspot's integration to my email, I could automatically create a task to follow up when sending an email.

Tracking contacts and deals.
It's a well balanced tool for Managing, Analytics and easily filtering the contacts

UI & UX, filtering options, bulk & updating fileds and analytics more...

Sometimes application is lagging and facing some issues in sales sequence other than that everything was good

Easily bulk update any single field and its saving a lot of time by filtering and updating the fields
