there could be a better way to get the reports, some time is kind of difficult

the tracking and how we could be conect with fresh caller and get the analysis

how we could download the data , some time is very hard to sownloading an even worst when i send it to email
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
the tracking of our leads, how do we work on them and the data that we generated on them, but again sometimes is difficult to download the data

Sophisticated and wonderful
What do you like best about the product?
Freshsales has helped me manage better through its filters, I can also create analysis tables to know the numbers of my collaborators in their calls and emails. Every day I can generate a report on it and satisfy my boss's needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that I have time issues in terms of lag, possibly it could be due to the internet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ease of handling in numbers

I love him very much, every day I work with him he makes it much easier for me to follow up with my clients. I work everyday with Freshsale, is very friendly. I LOVE IT.

No training available in the system, so I had to ask to my collegue.

GREAT FOR WORK
What do you like best about the product?
I love Freshsales because it has many features, for my calls and emails I can send them in bulk and save time writing to each one. It is so easy to use the platform. Every day is calmer thanks to Freshsales.

Sometimes it can get stuck but with a restart to the page it is done.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me manage and give more time for other activities.

What do you like best about the product?
Dynamic and flexible. Can handle more complex and detailed deal flows but also capable to be adapted for simpler monitoring.

Updates and editing is frustrating and can be more intuitive

There is a mobile app that can be used when on the go and very easy to use.

A slightly annoying feature is the quick pop out menus have the x close button on the left side instead of the right and are a blue/grey color instead of red.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the problem of being able to track notes on prospects and keep them moving through the process until the deal is closed. Historical data is helpful when resoliciting potential clients as well.
Deeply regret signing up for Freshsales
What do you like best about the product?
Anything we did like about Freshsales has been totally eclipsed by their complete lack of adequate customer service and glitchy software.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have never experienced customer service THIS bad before. Total and complete incompetence. We have been using Freshsales for about a year, and it's been nothing but glitchy and problematic. NOTHING is ever resolved, support tickets are left open for weeks, and their customer support team blames their issues on the customer instead of fixing the problem.
Their customer support chat will fail mid-conversation, and then the whole chat history is lost. This has wasted HOURS of my valuable time and cost our business money.
Freshworks' support team does not have any clue what they are talking about. In the rare chance you *can* get in touch with them, their "solutions" do not work, and when I show them how/why it doesn't work, they don't believe me.
It is infuriating to have spent so much money and time on software that our business now relies on only for it to be a huge mistake.
