Great CRM to catch leads from several sources
What do you like best about the product?
Simple, beautiful interface, complete and rich web libraries to add scripts to our web page or app. The smart forms are also friendly and the reporting suite is very complete
What do you dislike about the product?
Should have more sources to catch leads, like social networks activities, or connections through Facebook ads.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keep track of business opportunites, edit pipelines, broadcast campaigns for sales and automatize procedures event responding.

You should define the activities of your sales team and add them into sales activities.

I dislike the amount of updates it has weekly.

The easy to use bulk email function and workflows

I don't think I dislike anything yet as we've only been using it for a month so I think there are just areas which are undiscovered, but more video tutorials would be good and integration with other marketing automation systems

Its very simple to use unlike other CRM systems

have a good written workflow of your sales process to make sure all users are on the same page and like any software you are thinking of adopting give everyone time to learn it and be trained on it

We like Freshdesk because it is a highly adaptable solution with a lot of metrics that allows us to track and follow up on our customers and agents efficiently.

Very less scope to dislike. didn't find anything at the moment

The ease of use and modern UI are why we’re increasing efforts towards the spectrum of using FreshSales. Best part is you don't have to be trained in using the software. Everything is very intuitive.

What do you like best about the product?
Planning, coordinating and startegizing, all three are essential for a sales person to close the deal and ramp up faster. fresh sales helps sales individual to plan one's meetings and schedule them accordingly and also it acts as a one stop destination for a sales person to track a lead from lead generation to lead closing. all the stages in between are well planned and executed and fresh sales portal reminds the sales individual to be punctual and follow the steps which will take the individual to close the deal.
What do you dislike about the product?
entire process needs to be streamlined. however, using fresh sales app makes a sales person to spend less time on updating leads.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking of lead stages is the biggest problem got solved thrtough fresh sales and now we are able to identify the leads according to their stages to plan and strategise for closing them

if you want to use inteligent contact forms on web site you need to upgrade all account to much more expensive plan

too many sales contacts and leads in the same time, customer data in more than 3 applications, problem with raporting and forecasting. we connected frashsales with freshdesk - it works perfect

I love how simple they make it to build an API, so that we can integrate with out current operating systems.

Currently waiting for the ability to manage emails through the phone app, but I understand that it is in the works.
