Awesome solution to manage sales pipeline

What do you like best about the product?
Visibility of leads in the pipeline according to stages of the deal. Also the automatic call pop up to record notes on the mobile app after you've called a lead is extremely convenient. Reports can be created and generated as desired
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it will be nice to have all account details directly available when you click on a Deal instead of having to click on the linked account and then the linked contact.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I manage the end to end said process for a business vertical. Fresh sales helps in making the entire process streamlined. More visibility and no risk of duplication of effort in the team

Got to have it if you want to manage your sales process better.

What do you like best about the product?
With freshsales, I can do a content management with my product through a score. This is the best in my opinion.
What do you dislike about the product?
With freshsales, I can't get a clear view of the timeliness of my deals in kanban view.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm getting faster sales and getting better leads.

What do you like best about the product?
I like best their tech support. I spoke to a live person and had someone follow up on me immediately.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing yet so far I have aspects of this software to discover as I am just implementing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
CRM - prospects follow up and creating a pipeline that others can follow up on when I'm out of the office.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Do the 1 month trial to familiarize yourself with the menu and all its amazing options

What do you like best about the product?
The import function of company/personal information from other CRMS has been seamless. In addition, I love the score that is given to prospects as more information/activity is logged under that contact/company. The ability to move a prospect through different stages of a deal has been great for transparency to upper management. By telling me the last time i had contact with a lead, it is keeping me follow-ups much more regular yet not too frequent.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the account section should not populate your "deals" until they have been won. When i put potential deal worth amounts in the deals tab, they are automatically being moved to the "accounts" tab even though they are not accounts yet. I think it is more than appropriate to pull information for someones linked in the account but I think it is just creepy and counterproductive to be pulling in peoples twitter and other social media account information and pictures.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Staying accountable with current prospects. Freshsales also prevents other salesmen from stepping on each others toes.

What do you like best about the product?
Using Freshsales in our workplace makes our tasks more easy and independent. It gives us freedom from micromanaging people, makes it more effective for our people in doing their tasks and meeting deadlines because of the features of Freshsales. We can directly call our client thru this app and see if they have opened the proposal email we sent to them. We can also get an Uber directly thru appointment schedules. All in all it was great using Freshsales!

Slow loading when it comes to lead list

Best CRM for all your sales need. Easy to access and very helpful to keep all your data in it.Great work by the team!!

As of now its good, but remainder notification in mobile app will be more useful.

Regular followup of your customers and remainder in mail.

What do you like best about the product?
One of the best things about Freshsales is its deals page, this gives us a birds-eye view of the entire sales pipeline for the month.
And for salespeople it became easier to prioritize and segregate deals based on their usecase and probability of closure.

Another thing we liked was the ability to autoasign / distribute leads to all the sales people available. That saved a lot of development time which we would have wasted.

The integration with Freshcall made it possible to track all sales calls , which was essential for us since our entire team is inside sales and conversation over a call needs to have certain quality standards. The integration allowed us to associate each call to a deal/contact based on their phone number. Which made it easier for our quality to check the same.
What do you dislike about the product?
Report quite simply is stupid, I can download excel sheets and some graphs but most of doesn't give me any insights.

There are semantics like account, lead, deal, contact in the CRM. It is rather confusing and rarely serves any purpose

Unable to filter Deals in the pipeline view beats the entire purpose of a pipeline view
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been using Freshsales for sales and lead tracking, especially for our inside sales team. Another thing we wanted was detailed analysis and reporting which Freshsales lacks.
From benefits point of view, it was easier to track our sales lifecycle. We have been able to fathom the resources required for our sales volumes and adjust the manpower and shifts accordingly

What do you like best about the product?
I have found Freshsales easy to use. The information flow works really well. I also greatly appreciate their rating system as to the strength of a contact. These all help to create a truly robust system.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing that Freshsales could do to improve the entry flow is to have a pull-down menu of countries noted alphabetically. This way one would not need to type in United States for instance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Freshsales enables me to keep all my client information in one place. It also is terrific at managing my sales funnel by enabling me quickly to monitor last contacts, schedules, and priorities.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I encourage you to dive right in with this product. It is very, very well done. I am extremely pleased with the Freshsales team!

Our benefits with this programm, it's easy to track leads and contacst in different stages, so that succession is very easy. And you will never miss a task again.
