Salesforce level features without Salesforce customization
What do you like best about the product?
Of all the CRM's I've tried, Freshsales is the closest I've seen to the robust features of Salesforce, without the price tag and implementation efforts of SFDC.
I love that it has a great leads to opportunities process and great built in fields.
Overall it is also very well priced

What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to be able to customize some of the custom field names so it can work better with my Segment integration. Certain names in custom fields are not editable therefore segment doesnt sync the data I need. But I've been told that this is getting changed soon
Some more custom report capabilities would be nice as well.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking 500+ new sign ups per month gets tough. I had trouble finding a CRM that separated Leads from Opportunities and allowed me to track them separately but also convert them in the way I needed. Pipedrive and Base just didnt cut it.

What do you like best about the product?
The engineering and product development team behind freshsales have developed a unique interface that is extremely easy to use and their design is stellar. That helped me choose them over so many CRMs out there.
What do you dislike about the product?
I enjoy the service a lot. One of the things I find a bit confusing is how the lead score is calculated. I would prefer a system that is more straightforward.

Mainly an efficient way to organize my customers and leads.

I can send emails directly from the system. No multiple step process necessary.

What do you like best about the product?
The Ease of Use of The CRM. Very easy to get it up and running and complete all your deals.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would like to see more integration. Needs to grow the amount of third party services that the CRM integrates with.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using it as our primary CRM, we never lose a deal anymore. It is easy to see what is happening on each deal, and be able to follow up at our clients convenience. It took us a long time to decide on a CRM, but we found a winner with Freshsales!

I like the control of leads, as well as the integration with the email, that makes me be more agile

I do not like the crashes, bugs and dalys that happens eventually

I love how sales and support can track opens and clicks of emails. That gives us insight into how best to follow-up with customers. I also love the interface - how everything's so simple and clear instead of complex and confusing - this is great for our sales and support team that can't spare too much time getting info everyday.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really. The tool has everything we need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's neat to have a place to store info about leads - a complete picture with LinkedIn and Facebook info. Helps when making important calls and aids conversion and retention.

Definitely do the trial. You'll see benefits for yourself.

What do you like best about the product?
We love working with freshsales. We like the features, the user friendliness and the look and feel. Its customizable and very easy to work in. The pipeline flow is really clear, and the prompts to set a task for each deal keep us on the same page as a team and encourage us to move the deal forward

There are just a view settings which can use some improvement but nothing major

The decision for Freshsales has fallen very quickly after a short test phase. The training in the CRM was very short, the applications on the phone are very stable and the customer care is a pleasure.
Above all, we value the Android app to record every customer call in the CRM and edit it immediately.
