Smooth and easy to use

What do you like best about the product?
Kanban function with deals and being able to filter deals/customers or leads accordingly. The fact that companies/contacts/leads and separated but yet shows the relationships between all parties. Online Support for Fresh Sales is great as you can receive instant answers to any questions you may have.
What do you dislike about the product?
No Dashboard available on the Garden plan. Having issues linking customers between freshsales and freshdesk. Training needs a bit more attention concerning the content that is covered during webinars and doing the actual test. If training is more interactive in webinars, handling actual situations posed by likewise questions in a test. Resellers will benefit by the means of understanding the product at a deeper level
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having documentation linked to a deal or customer. Keeping admin aligned with customers. Having tasks, appointments and notes available immediately on a deal or contact. Having support tickets linked to a customer so you will always be prepared when visiting a customer.

Ease of use makes FreshSales a breeze to work with

When i need to pull report on appointment (trip reports), then the system include emails. This provides an inaccurate measure of actual trip reports.

The Go-To Tool for Sole Traders and SMB's

What do you like best about the product?
Using Freshsales is an absolute breeze. It's super simple to set up and to navigate. Moreover, the pricing structure is very well suited to sole traders and smb's.
What do you dislike about the product?
To be honest, I cannot think of anything. Everything is just so fluid and natural when using the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a small business and a sole trader, I need a solution to track my clients and potential clients. I've tried using other software products, notably HubSpot, but they just don't compare to Freshsales. Hubspot's interface is by comparison to Freshsales clunky to say the least. They also impose ridiculous limits on their free account offering, and their first tiered pricing level is way too excessive for a small trader like me.
I can now track everything I need to run my web design company using Freshsales. I am able to send emails and track them right from the Freshsales interface, and even use templates to speed through day-to-day tasks. The lead-scoring feature also helps me see at a glance who are my hottest leads to follow up on.
Finally, Freshsales also integrates perfectly with Freshdesk (Freshworks client ticketing solution) and Freshchat (their website chat system). I am able to see everything I need to in one, centralised location.
If you're a sole trader or SMB, you really should check out this awesome product - I can't recommend it highly enough!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Do it! Especially if you are using the free offering of solutions like Hubspot, knowing you need to move from a free version to a paid version, but still want excellent value for money.

A fresh look at a CRM platform

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of setting it up fast and easy. The interface is very clean and a breeze to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not intuitive at first. Limited options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My team needed a fast and clean way of following up with leads. Also, the lead scoring allows me to see very quickly which leads are being responsive. I also like the way that it integrates with Fresh Desk.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Do not expect a CRM platform that is bloated with features you won't need. Fresh Sales is ideal for smaller teams.

What do you like best about the product?
Everything just works and the automatic rules for scoring and updating leads reduces the need for manual input.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that when I sent a mass email to multiple people it would give an option to customize a few of the emails.

What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to customize to my own specifications and to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
The email section is not as user friendly as outlook.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Note Taking and Follow ups are my main use of FreshSales. The report section and template section really allow me to pin point best practices .

The integration of the CRM, Freshdesk, with Fresh Sales as well as the functionality and features in the blossom version
What do you dislike about the product?
Too much profile fields, it would be good to choose which fields you want to add.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Converting more leads into customers as you would not always know when to follow up for payment

FreshSales provides sophisticated intelligence on your business in a simple and easy to use manner.
What do you dislike about the product?
There should be an option to combine/consolidate accounts and leads into one. I understand the need to break them into two, but in some cases (like ours), a deal and account are actually the same thing, yet we're required to input duplicate information as it relates to contacts, activities, etc....
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales cycle, sales activities, lead management, pipeline management, etc
