Fresh Sales is Easy

What do you like best about the product?
how it stands out from the competition: note taking, mass emailing, call logs, good importing features, and the sheer amount of customizations and automations. also cheap.Amazing customer service team too!
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be a lot of work to set up at first and the terminology is a bit confusing, which takes adjusting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I"m solving the need to have all my customer data in one place and the need to automate tasks easily and mass email potential customers. The benefits are so worth the money. I've saved a ton of time looking for a specific piece of communication from a specific person that could have been over facebook, email, text, or networking app.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a great product that is very innovative in the CRM world. Having used various CRMs in the past, i have found that Freshsales is the best fit for my needs as a small business.

What do you like best about the product?
The intuitive nature of the software locating just what, when & where you need tool
What do you dislike about the product?
Would like a more detailed Task section to use as a daily scheduler with completed tasks rolling into communications tab.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Virtually eliminates client file folders! Incredibly convenient and time-saving. Keeping up with the individual needs, tasks & info for all contact/companies. Gives one place to look for everything pertaining to client. The dashboard presents a customized view of all I need in one place, but also can be detail intensive via more fields or notes. Extremely easy to set up and use - no learning curve at all.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Is simple to use, modest in cost, comprehensive in features & great customer support.

What do you like best about the product?
The fact that I am able to track my mails, who opens my mails and how often they open it. It gives me far greater insight to understanding which leads are warm and good to go on.
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that being able to sift through my contacts is a bit time consuming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making my mailing systems & processes far easier to manage which has saved me a great deal of time.

Easy and accessable

What do you like best about the product?
Freshsales opened a whole new world for me.
I had been working with another software and it was to complicated and no one actually knew how it worked and how to make it work for you. With Freshsales it was really easy to figure everything out and it is more complicated to not use it. Now I keep it open and all my communications go through it along with the app on my phone.
What do you dislike about the product?
A lot of my emails go to junk mail and get lost and therefore never read
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All communications regarding my clients, how to see who to spend time on an who not. It also keeps my focus on sales. All the stickers, memoblocks and other stuff have gone into one place both on my laptop and phone.

Attend the webinars available. They really help!

What do you like best about the product?
Centralized info about leads, you have on your screen not only who is your lead, but also the way you have connected and the success of every connection
What do you dislike about the product?
Too much level, easier an only features level with a single price based on lead number, so you have all features to growth, and price increase if you grow
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Integration of marketing and sales in a sole app. Most applications do no have access to marketing data for sales staff, in freshsales, you have all this data integrated.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is a nice app for sales people, at present even they have integrated with success lead management and lead history data, marketin people are out of the app, is oriented to sales people with marketing responsabilities, something complicated to be understood to sales staff

What do you like best about the product?
The customization of the views, the mass emailing feature and the connection with the contacts and companies that one can use later for insight.
What do you dislike about the product?
The business views should have more color, in the sense that when a task hasn't been completed, it should colorize the entire deal and not just the flag within it.

Also, there should be COMBOS of Freshworks ( Like Freshdesk + Freshsales Combo Price)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Relationship with customers through email and deal stages, and streamline communication with the sales team.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It has better integration with Freshdesk, therefore if they are already customers, it's a highly recommended product.

What do you like best about the product?
Freshsales gives my team a consistent platform to work together. Freshsales has all the features we were looking for, and some we didn't know we needed till we had them!
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't add leads through a few clicks from emails. Can't search emails in Freshsales platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Staying organized! It helps us not let leads fall through the cracks.

Best CRM for small businesses-FreshSales

What do you like best about the product?
The customer service at FreshSales is spectacular. Any issue or problem I am trying to solve on the web-based CRM, I can just quickly connect with a FreshSales expert on the chat feature. In the very few times that I had technical difficulties with the CRM, the FreshSales was extremely responsive and solved the issues promptly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing negative to say about FreshSales! It is everything that I need and the development team at FreshSales has continued to make fantastic upgrades within the CRM.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
After using multiple excel sheets, google docs, sticky notes, email folders, etc., I decided that it was time to find something that would help me make our sales pipeline process more streamline and efficient.

I starting researching and testing multiple CRMs for small businesses online and came across FreshSales CRM. This was the only CRM I found that had everything I was looking for: customized filters, bulk personalized emails, email tracking, easy pipeline visual and much more.

At Millennium Software Solutions, I have been able to efficiently and accurately monitor and develop our sales pipeline, as well as reach out to prospect clients in higher education in a more personalized way.
