It is a very organized platofrm that is easy to use.

Domo app switching from desktop to mobile use.

What is our primary use case?

My main use case for Domo involves building different tables and different cards so I can look at different data points.

A quick specific example of a table I have built or a data point I often look at is churn. I look at churn often to see how things are going.

What is most valuable?

The best features Domo offers are that it is easy to use.

Domo is easy to use for me because the entire UI is intuitive and straightforward.

Domo has positively impacted my organization by giving everyone the ability to see different data cards and make decisions quicker without relying on BI.

The change in decision-making due to Domo has definitely resulted in time savings and giving people more power.

What needs improvement?

I'm not sure how Domo can be improved overall, as it's a really good experience.

For how long have I used the solution?

I have been using Domo for three and a half years.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

Domo is stable.

What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

Domo's scalability is pretty good.

How are customer service and support?

The customer support for Domo is great.

I have seen a return on investment, but I can only share time saved. We have had the same amount of employees and the same amount of money spent.

My experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing is that there was very little.

Which other solutions did I evaluate?

Before choosing Domo, I evaluated other options like Tableau.

What other advice do I have?

My advice to others looking into using Domo is that it's a great product and is easy to use. I would rate this review an 8.

What do you like best about the product?
Everything—from connection to ETL to visualization—is available on a single platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Turning data flows on and off is a very manual process. With 200+ datasets, it takes a long time to click into each one just to change the schedule.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use DOMO for both internal and external reporting. For our clients, we need a robust dashboard setup that supports multiple levels of specificity, so we can present information at the right level of detail for different audiences and use cases.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like how Domo makes it easy for new users, which is a huge plus for me. I appreciate the ease with which I can perform ETL tasks and how effortlessly Domo connects to common data sources. This makes handling and manipulating data straightforward. The initial setup was also very easy for my team, which was a pleasant experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
Usage monitoring could be better. Hard to tell sometimes what all the downstream impact may be.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Domo is intuitive and easy to use. The interface is quite simple, which makes it easier to quickly pull the metrics I need and understand how those numbers could be impacting metrics and numbers elsewhere. This helps me to write a story about what's happening within our users' experience on our platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I always think Domo could have a better visual experience. It is simplistic, which is great, but it's also simplistic in a way that feels outdated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Domo allows us to have more visibility into unique data points and metrics, helping us dive into client interactions with our software. It simplifies data understanding and lets me quickly pull necessary metrics, enabling me to analyze user experiences and impact.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the vision format in Domo; it's very intuitive and user-friendly. It makes navigating and using the platform easy, even for non-experienced users. Since my company just started using Domo, I found it easy and fast to get familiar with the page, which helped avoid an unnecessary transition period from the previous user interface. Getting used to Domo was fairly easy, as the transition was not difficult. Within just a couple of days, I became familiar with the platform and its applications, enabling me to use it effectively for my tasks. I appreciate how intuitive it is, which is why I'm recommending it to my team members who also access similar reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
The way in which the reports are provided does not allow me to quickly get the information for the specific places that I need. It only allows me to view a specific region at a time, and then I have to filter out the rest of the regions. It would be appreciated if a better, more detailed view could be implemented into Domo.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Domo provides a comprehensive list of active and terminated employees, making report generation streamlined. Its intuitive design made the transition smooth and fast, minimizing downtime. However, reports could be improved to allow quicker access to specific regional data.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how Domo showed me everything I did and my accomplishments. It let me see the claims that I processed, along with what was being paid and what was being written off by the insurance companies.

Super user friendly. Someone without much experience can pick it up quickly.

Support sometimes is lacking. I add a support ticket and it’ll take a few business days for a reply.

It aggregates millions of rows of paid media data.
