DOMO Review
What do you like best about the product?
The visulaizations offer flexibility in presentation. Also, the support team is easy to work with.
What do you dislike about the product?
In the beginning it was a little shaky to get started. It would have been helpful if the training videos were end to end instead of small snipits of information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
DOMO offers us a platform for reporting.
Versertile and user-friendly
What do you like best about the product?
Clean interface and easy to build tabs and cards
What do you dislike about the product?
Not as flexable when extracting data into excel
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
we mainly use Domo for dashboard building which includes various business KPIs for different products and regions as well as data summarization for further analysis
Strong visualizations in an easy to use package
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Domo is their custom connectors that allow you to easily connect to lots of data sources that you might not want to/won't be as easy to pull into your data warehouse this makes adhoc solutions easy to acomplish.
What do you dislike about the product?
The abundance of easy connections, while great in the short term, can be unsustainable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Domo is our BI tool and the visualizations are easy to create and our end users find the platform easy to use.
A Highly User-friendly Data Analytics Tool with Strengths in Usability and Integration
What do you like best about the product?
Domo offers a modern and intuitive interface that is user-friendly even for those with limited technical expertise. The drag-and-drop functionality within the magic ETL makes it easy to create dashboards and visualizations without extensive training. There are a multitude of connectors to various other applications allowing you to easily bring in data from a CRM and other sources such as Meta Ads, Google Sheets etc. It is incredibly easy and intuative to built highly customizable dashboards from the data and the UI for these dashboards is great. The best value add from Domo is its seemless aggregatation of data from disparate sources into a single view as well as its interactivety allowing dashboard users to filter and drill down into cards.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Domo is very user-friendly, some of its more advanced features and functionalities can require additional training and experience which presents a steep learning curve, particularly for users who are unfamiliar with data analytics tools. Although, Domo offers customization, the visualisation options and pre-built templates are quite limiting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Domo has allowed me to easily aggregate data from various sources into a single dataset as well as apply additional formulas and calculations to create additional viws from data that would not previously have been connect. This is crucial for accurate and timely analysis, allowing stakeholders utilising dashboards to view and digest a total view of data and performance.
Great for ensuring prospect follow up
What do you like best about the product?
I really like how you can sort Domo to see which prospects haven't been followed up on. The red is a powerful motivator. It's really easy to see which prospects need attention right away.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how long it takes for Domo to update when we have actually followed up on a prospect. The noise it creates by seeing "red" when the prospects have actually been followed up on is distracting. I also don't like how I've already created a favorite view but have to go through multiple steps to see that view instead of being able to see it right away.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sometimes prospects fall through the cracks when they have interacted with our company. It's really helpful to see new information quickly so we can react and interact right away while the prospect is interested in our company/content/product.
Intuitive dashboards
What do you like best about the product?
I really like how user friendly Domo is. It provides dynamic insights in an easy to digest way.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a bit of a learning curve at the beginning when it comes to navigating the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Equips us with important information to make data driven decisions. Also, helps me understand our customer data really well.
Domo is a cloud-based standard for data visualization tools (with a few caveats)
What do you like best about the product?
Everything is cloud-based so it is easy to streamline the creation of dataflows and dashboards across team members. The fairly new ability to nest calculations is a bonus for clean data manipulation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Domo has a couple of glitches that are a bit inconvenient. Firstly, editing text boxes on a dashboard can force you to reload the page a few times so that the input text saves instead of blanking the textbox. Second, if you spend too much time editing a card without saving periodically the card will not allow you to save. The second glitch is a large inconvenience, especially when multiple calculations have been created on the card edit page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Domo makes it easy to collaborate across different devices and teams due to it's cloud-based platform. I can make edits on a card or dashboard and the next person just has to reload the page to see updates. This shortens turnaround time for projects and creates a seamless stakeholder experience.

What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have insights into specific pricing, but have heard from multiple sources that it is "premium" - i get the sense that is the case because in our org we make sure you really really need it. which is smart, but also the pricing could be considered deterrent
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have it for both our internal metrics and embedded in our platform for our customers
DOMO is fantastic for insights
What do you like best about the product?
1. Love the ability to customize dashboards and create/view charts best suited to tell the story
2. It's cross-functional, so it's become a source of truth for all teams and stakeholders
3. Personalize dashboards for different audiences: we have high-level dashboards for board members and C-level who care about big picture metrics, and more granular dashboards for teams, like demand generation, as well as granular reports for channel managers that need to see cost pers, ROAS by campaign or channel, etc.
4. Seamless integrations: we love that it integrates with our entire tech stack, so we have data pulling from Marketo, Salesforce, 6sense, Qualified, Unbounce, Slack, and many other tools to tell the whole story instead of a silo'd view of reporting from one tool.

What do you dislike about the product?
If you don't outline exactly what you want to see and how you want to see it, you can get analysis paralysis. It's incredibly robust! If you're creating dashboards, I'd get specific about what you want team memberes to submit who ask for dashboards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cross-functional alignmment and source of truth for stakeholders.
