What do you like best about the product?
ETL Tools are the best , I like the connectors
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of real time, Limits on rows AND compute, Excel like manipulations isn't easy, more connectors needed to do product analytics work
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Business Intelligence mostly, we are able to provide a lot of dashboards to internal team and allow analysis of our campaigns using domo cards
Nice product for Analytics without lot of dev work to embed into the App
What do you like best about the product?
That it can be completely offloaaded to the Analytics team and without a lot of dev work we can easily embed those daashboards into App. I like customizations and it allows to completley write the UI in React if you want to.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that there was no public acknowledgment of their outages that effected us almost 5days. While the Domo team did acknowledged the problem via emaail and eventually fixed it, but they never made the outage public in their status page and it was very weird. So for new customers just make sure to write the contract tight so they're not allowed do this kind of stuff. The only other thing I would mention is it is quiet expensive even for a mid size company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ease of embedding complex dashboards without dev team doing a lot heavy lifting and not to worry about any performance
Intuitive, powerful cloud-based BI that is constantly evolving
What do you like best about the product?
It's an all-in-one solution that allows us to manage our reporting in an entirely cloud-based environment
What do you dislike about the product?
Many new features either require pricey add-on packages or moving to the Domo consumption model, which is cost prohibative for our company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Domo for executive reporting, operations alerting, customer presentations, and to allow our customers to see content relevant to them with Domo content embedded in our portal.

I like that DOMO is up to date imediately and tracks all our sales and metrics in real time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be hard to navigate some charts when trying to drill down on numbers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not neccisarly solving any problems. Giving an up to date/ real time view of sales and analytics.

What do you like best about the product?
Real-time data insights and intuitive visualizations. Seamless data integration and user-friendly interface. Efficient collaboration and sharing capabilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve, the interface is good but learning how to use the tool to start getting value if you want to customize reports, that would take time, so be ready to invest.

I solve is gaining actionable insights from my data. With Domo's powerful data integration, visualization, and analytics features, I can easily bring together data from various sources and transform it into meaningful information.

What do you like best about the product?
I like Domo's ease of use and powerful technical capabilities. It is so nice to have a platform that lets you use it based on your technical ability. As a highly tecnical user, I use Domo for things that most people wouldn't, but those that are not highly technical can still get a ton from the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be difficult to get feature requests granted. I understand it is a product that is undergoing constant changing and prioritizing so many request can be difficult, but I have found support to be difficult to work with at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Domo is helping our business consolidate our data and report on it. We are able to curate dashboards for different levels of management and lines of business. In addition, we use it to automate our business processes so that we can reduce manual load.
Great all-in-one BI product.
What do you like best about the product?
Love that we can do all of our data warehousing, transforms, and modeling in once place. The number of out-of-the-box connectors accessible is also a huge benefit.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've been unimpressed with some of their scheduled reporting functionality. Specifically, I find it irritating that I don't have more control over the formatting & types of attachments included in the main product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Create customized, live reports that offer insights that would be otherwise timely and/or impractical to create and update. It also gives us a way to distribute data with all our stakeholders.

Understanding my business in a clear way that is easy to navigate

Some of the metrics are not able to be clicked into easliy- instead it just adds a filter which is annoying.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate that it's user friendly, even for non-IT people

I was a bit intimidated by everything on the platform at first.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All departments in our company can pull any data they need for whatever purposes they find necessary. It's great that we can all go to the same place to pull different sets of data.
Somewhat steep learning curve but worth the effort
What do you like best about the product?
We are able to access and analyze data points from pretty much every aspect of the business. Domo is very patient with new users, so it's pretty easy to get the hand of things after a while.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally, our connections break and it can be a bit of time to figure out where to fix things. So far we've been pretty quick to get back on the horse after any down time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to analyze the full picture across a products life cycle. We have been able to accurately forecast production within a slim margin of error and are much more efficient and profitable as a result.
