Domo for Business Visualization
What do you like best about the product?
Simple to set up and visualize KPIs for high-level business users across the company
What do you dislike about the product?
Although it has improved, there still needs to be more features when building dashboards

We're easily transforming high volume datasets to find insights
Simple, Straight-forward but Effective
What do you like best about the product?
Very user-friendly...providing a variety of modules to understand the platform and programming. In addition, very easy and understandable to make charts, graphs to support expected customization needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wasn't prepared for the level of detail required to use the platform effectively. I had to go back and find a tutorial to help me understand the depth of the tool and platform. The Domo onboarding tool (University) was a bit cumbersome and I would struggle to get clarification and understanding on best practices, forcing me to run by trial and error.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Most critical for me is to run reporting and see the progression and development of trends over time, and drilling into specific windows of time to analyze data. It helps me track my progress and areas where I need to re-center my attention.
Very helpful in account reporting
What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to create charts and graphs based on my excel data without having to create formulas. The dashboard is very user-friendly. Having the visuals has been helpful in account reporting.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike having to adjust my excel spreadsheet before it uploads. I know there is a way around this and Domo is a very intelligent system however I do not have time to sit through the modules. Maybe with time I will get a better understanding of the software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a visual chart showcasing the data of our accounts provides a good overview of what our weighing AR looks like. It helps management see progress for our strategic payors and aging transactions.

Take time to learn the software.

What do you like best about the product?
Domo helps us to collect data from other tools and manage them in the same environment; we use it to feed our CRM, databases and make viable decisions according to the study of the reports it provides. Its interface is quite intuitive, and its customer service has been responsive when we have needed it.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has a bit of a steep learning cave, and although it works well, its cost could make it less cost-effective for small businesses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have benefited from Domo to collect data from different tools and use it to drive decision-making within my organization and feed our databases. It is a fantastic tool and has performed as expected, even better.

It is incredibly unique and functional to obtain and manage valuable business data to feed databases and foster viable decision-making to improve your business. You will like to have such a valuable tool as Domo.
Thorough description and optimisation possible
What do you like best about the product?
We were initially looking for applications for control panels. Anything to make our data more effective, but we preferred something progress. We used many methods and wanted to gather information. Then we've found Domo. Within several days, our CRM, site analysis, billing sql query and account setup databases have been integrated.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a capital intensive commodity, but it's about it. The most important thing will be the last update to screw up certain of my papers, and we still try to ask many questions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We see assesses we've never seen before. Our service can be understood as never possible with high performance, availability. Without the Dome, we just don't know what we'd do now. It's great to improve our performance.

Domo really enabled us to integrate data from various systems and banking industry, so that we can make informed choices. Our customers are very open to the functions of the software and are always available to assist our team achieve excellent results.
Easy and user friendly than excel
What do you like best about the product?
I like the part where you can easy navigate and QA things that you do in excel and then visualize the data itself without needing another BI tool
What do you dislike about the product?
It has to be more user friendly as in add more customizations for their BI part
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been QA’ing my data using domo which helps me to find the fields that needs more cleaning. Then I throw in some metrics just to see a general performance. It gives me a sense of the data

All your data in one place!
What do you like best about the product?
I like that there are several ways to have live data inputed into easy to read reports, with the additional ability to drill into the details. With the right analyst organizing the templates Domo provides easy to to read high level overviews for data, and details that build the overview. The fact that they have integrations with so many data sources for your company makes it a great resource to review all the data that your company uses from various sources.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I would say that I dislike about it is that it does take some time to build out your custom reports, but if it were easy to build then there wouldn't be a need to outsource a data hub for everything your company needs, which in my professional opinion is just part of the game. This software will potentially shorten the process for data collection in the near future and is totally worth the effort to get everything set up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With so many different areas of data in a company from finance, to KPI tracking, it can be difficult to log into a large variety of softwares and export everything manually. With DOMO, we've been able to centralize all the data needed to keep a watchful eye on overall company health in the many areas that need constant supervision.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure you are aware of the time that it will take to implement and continually use and build within the software. And make sure that whoever you use to build (if you're doing it internally) knows understand how to analyze your data. It's been a great tool for me in my position, however I wasn't the one building the data tables or the reports generated. It took a few months to get everything correct and working properly, but in my opinion it has been a game changer when it comes to simplifying live data.

What do you like best about the product?
This method enables me to monitor the business areas in order to maximize the company's services and prevent any breaks. I really like, because the Dome was quickly and securely implemented where its analytical tools allowed a clean database to be maintained. This enables staff to scan for data more quickly and accurately. Furthermore, it prevents all kinds of duplicate knowledge, stealing or destruction keeping its use fresh, relaxed and secure.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no bugs only with process, but I've seen complications with the application when it was uploaded or when an internal review of some company file document may be made quite sluggish, so it is necessary to need a much less workable solution. There are still no complaints with the company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To resolve the key problem within the company, in order that we can analyze any area to identify ways in which all the achievement and the jobs or projects are affected, not merely manages dome's database, which is very well done through providing a healthy, efficient foundation with details and the details required.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I personally recommend it even if it operates, the methods are diverse and they often deal with different answers, which is why I like how they should be combined, analyzed and automated quickly and so well.
Great tool, Lots of functionality
What do you like best about the product?
It is very versatile and lets you do a lot of massaging of data through automated processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be hard to set up or configure certain data types, but once you have them in it works well. There are also some nuances that are weird, like when removing duplicates not being able to specify which line to keep (newest, oldest, etc.)

Combining data from multiple desperate sources and giving them all a nice joined look and feel
Domo's items are very worthwhile
What do you like best about the product?
Originally we were trying to look for operating system for toggle switches. Something to make our data more efficient, but we tried to make something progress. We used a number of tools and just want to glean data from them. We found Domo then. Within a few years, our CRM database, web analytics, payment database schema and account setup database have been included.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a relatively costly product, but it does value it. The major point has been that a few of my news stories were last updated, so we're still going to try to identify the factors that contribute.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have seen analysis techniques we hadn't seen before. Our service is understandable in a way we can never do with high efficiency, speed. Without the Dome now, we really don't understand what we're doing. It's great for our employment to increase.

Domo has truly enabled us to take more informed decisions by incorporating data from several systems and business units. Our customers are very responsive to and always willing to support our team for the functionality of the system.
