Fantastic BI software because of the extensive data set and connectivity support
What do you like best about the product?
Domo's built-in messaging feature is fantastic for coordinating among coworkers and facilitating client communication. Card and page creation, text and data point editing, and the development of our App Store application are all within my ken. Domo provides the most convenient and efficient means by which local data can be uploaded to the cloud; once a small piece of software is installed on the user's network, it routinely retrieves data, uploads it, and then feeds the unique widgets we use on our dashboards.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not cheap, has a sluggish user interface, and offers features that need support or utilization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Domo's APl integration provides a unified view of data from various sources, both on-premises and in the cloud, including QuickBooks and social media. Domo's dashboard and control panel widgets make real-time data visualization eye-catching and straightforward to administer.
Technical skills for analysis and reporting
What do you like best about the product?
Domo is a fantastic program that has helped me discover, aggregate, rationalize and provide more valuable data sources. As a result, I can get a very polished and professional-looking data visualization to connect multiple platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
If the initial report hits any snags, I would like this interface to provide a quick fix so that the user does not have to start over by making a copy and making the necessary changes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Domo has helped us gain invaluable insight into our business, allowing us to simplify reporting, planning and developing new custom programs in pursuit of further consolidation and innovation. Quite frankly, Domo is the optimal choice for companies that want to offer both self-service and guaranteed quality.
DOMO is a great platform
What do you like best about the product?
We use DOMO for all kinds of things - marketing KPI's, inventory projections and management, and other key business functions. We really rely on DOMO for all of our BI.
What do you dislike about the product?
The colors are bad, and the graphs and things aren't as intuitive to use as Power BI or some of the other tools. That being said, you get used to and it's not so bad.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
DOMO is solving the issue of pulling all of our data manually and inputting it manually, which is very cumbersome. It also helps us visualize and manipulate our data in new ways, not possible manual.

What do you like best about the product?
Domo is a very completed data warehouse for ETL process and creating dashboard and share it acros html embeded.
What do you dislike about the product?
Isnt easy sharing dashboard between accounts - we have to submitt tickets to support team for this.

We avoid raw data transforming and using data sets
Efficient tool to analyse data
What do you like best about the product?
So we use DOMO to track time spend on different jobs by employees and this helps us to ascertain if they are efficiently utilised or not. You save time and cost by going through long Excel files when you can simply login to DOMO and get your required information.
What do you dislike about the product?
Customisation has to be done by your IT /Operations team. So you need to be very clear of how you want the information to be presented .

Yes it is helping us in tracking overburn on projects and time management
DOMO dashboard review
What do you like best about the product?
The dataflows and lineages comprise one of the great features of Domo. It offers various chart types classified as per requirements. The best part being if creates an auto chart using various dimensions and measures.
What do you dislike about the product?
Dashboard layouts and charts are limited. There can be a more extensive list for the same which fulfills different business needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Data tracking, analyzing and predicting numbers in domo. Creating dashboards for stakeholders and specific teams.
Great reporting tool!
What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that I can access my prefered dashboards easily and that I can get insights from different reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to be able to find more tutorials / trainings, so that I can navigate and customize reports faster.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Main KPI reporting, trends, performance comparisons, channel analysis, etc.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's definitely a great tool! I love the fact that it could be integrated with many other tools like Google Analytics, Attentive, QuantumMetrics, etc.
Deep dive into stats
What do you like best about the product?
You can look into specific stats almost even the smallest things you can look into.
What do you dislike about the product?
To backtrack you can't just click back you have to start at the beginning again its some what of a pain.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to look at the smallest things, create grafts, pie charts you name it.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Its good once you know how to get around in domo.
Domo is Ok
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to do magic ETL. I thought that that was a cool feature. Also, the ability that Domo has to be able to use the same dataset for multiple dashboards is nice.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't a semantic layer like I have seen in other BI tools. Everything exists on its own and doesn't talk to other parts of the program, so though you can create one dataset to drive multiple visualizations, that's about where it stops.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In the company that I worked for that used this, it was awesome to be able to have everyone have a login, and they could access all the data that they could ask. Also, the drill into capabilities was excellent for them to get to the underlying data.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
There are a lot of other tools out there that can do what Domo does and probably do it better. But if you want something that will be easy to get up and go, then it could work. I feel that before long, you might be looking for a solution in other places.

Ease of using the tool and its ability to report on large and complex datasets which lot of other tools cannot handle

Report performance decreases when you have large data sets

Consolidated reporting needs of stakeholders by user roles. Ability to perform basic analytics for decision making
