A tool for every company
What do you like best about the product?
Domo has so many API connections that allow you to sync data easily and quickly. Many BI tools allow you to do with this with a couple different connectors; however, Domo has 400+.
What do you dislike about the product?
Domo can be very expensive. Enterprise clients will be able to take full advantage of Domo whereas startups and medium-sized companies will need to dedicate resources not just to the software but to those building/maintaining the datasets and metrics.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We look at all sorts of business problems. Are we spending marketing dollars efficiently? How are are sales reps doing? etc. We are able to evaluate things quickly, but also able to see things visualized in new ways.

What do you like best about the product?
I like Domo's ability to be compatabile to each of its users. And the fact that you can see the data in multiple ways
What do you dislike about the product?
Our biggest issue is that you cannot manipulate the detail inside of domo very easily. Would like to have more simple uses and common things to be able to change the detail
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We currently only use for budgeting and forecasting and the biggest venefit we will have is to track our pricing and history for all of our components
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Really investigate whether you want a platform that will simply take what your currently doing and provide a system for continuing to do the same thing. This platform will help provide you with better solutions but you need to be willing to change some of your old ways of doing things.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease and functionality of combining the data from all of our disparate systems into a single view/source of truth.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see Domo expand their scheduled report functionality. It would be really helpful to be able to send csv or powerpoint files as attachments in scheduled reports.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Aligning data and KPIs across all areas of the company. We know that execs are going into BOD meetings with accurate and aligned data.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Adoption was our biggest struggle with implementing Domo. Especially if you are switching from another BI system/tool, start the change management process with your organization early.
Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
The graphical interface.is easy to use and interpolate. The drill menus are extremely valuable in getting detail data easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
Th e lack of ability to easily change format of colors and changing name etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking Vendor Performance. We have been able to structure our data in a more useful manner.
Great Interface
What do you like best about the product?
The integrations with multiple platforms and the app store to choose from

The cost. Also that the training programs are hard to get to

Marketing Dashboards, Executive dashboards
Creating cards from dataflows that other individuals have created.
What do you like best about the product?
Easy distribution of data that I have found to teams throughout the company.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really, I have been pretty happy with my experience
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I wanted to see how well clients were adopting best practices. After creating the card, the information was soon used to create goals associated with teams. Each year client reps have worked with clients to meet these best practices.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
To really focus on the business question that you want answered. I also wouldn't start Domo by jut recereating previous excel reports in Domo.

Easy to manage dataset and datasource. It allows us to share our datacard with other people easily

Awesome Sauce
What do you like best about the product?
It is a great way to get data out to your entire organization so that no matter what a users posistion, they are able to make informed data-backed decisions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features are not fully baked or as robust as some other BI platforms. Such as period over period which is super basic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has solved the problem of data being hidden in a database. It has helped make peoples jobs easier.
NetSuite connector is Amazing
What do you like best about the product?
The connection to NetSuite was not super easy to configure (never is, apparently), but it wasn't horrible, and once it was connected it was amazing! It's going to make my job a LOT easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Domo is going to create a lot of work because we have some much that will need to be re-written in Domo. Good, and bad.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connecting to NetSuite and making sense of that data is a big one. Easy connectors to AWS is a big plus, and will make all our integration with Amazon easier. Tableau is good, but has a high bar to entry and hasn't been well adopted so far. I think Domo will be easier to implement.

Try it out, get a demo. So far we are really impressed.
