What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy to use DOMO is. The drag and drop qualities make it easy to create data flows. Domo makes our data look good.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that we could get more users in DOMO so that more people in our company can go in and take a look at the data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am working on creating charts to support the marketing and sales team. There are a lot of benefits to making the sales and marketing funnel more visual for people who may not be as heavily involved in the process.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Domo is easy to use and can turn any dataset into something visual and insightful

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and the intutiveness of the product
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that we have found disappointing with the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have identified an influx of tickets being submitted with less than 24 hour turn time submitted after 3pm, causing issues with employee and client satisfaction.

What do you like best about the product?
The best feature with DOMO is the ease of user functionality. Our company has a wide range of user experience and technology levels and the ability for everyone from the most basic user to the most advanced user to get the same information quickly and easily has been revolutionary for us. It gave us the ability to quickly build and deploy dashboards, cards amd data to our users without large amounts of overhead or work on our internal development team.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is very little I don't like about DOMO. We are fairly new to the DOMO family so there is a lot left for us to learn in DOMO.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our biggest problem has been getting actionable data to our C-level executives to make smart business decisions going forward. The biggest benefit so far has been the ability to big and roll out a full featured dashboard to our independently owned and operated branches for them to track and improve on their operations and profitsability.

The best part of Domo i've experienced, in additionally to the functionality, has been the excellent customer experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
Thankfully, I have not ran into anything that I dislike about Domo.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use for the business user and resource reduction on the IT team
What do you dislike about the product?
Limitations on dynamic thresholds within cards. Limitations on dynamic PDP options.

Accessing data via mobile device, makes it very easy to use information on mobile device

What do you like best about the product?
Domo has many native prebuilt connectors with great support.
What do you dislike about the product?
Domo needs to support an export feature for data after it joined. We requested this feature so that we can run data models on the data
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reporting, visualizations and joining data. Domo is intuitive and easy to use. In addition, it scales.

What do you like best about the product?
When using Domo the user interface and additional resources make it the easiest program to use while packing powerful tools into their program. The helpful resources that come packed into the Domo platform are one of the best available in any system. Not only do their libraries of information guide you to an answer, they have experienced help staff to guide you to a resolution if you cannot find it on your own
What do you dislike about the product?
A dislike for Domo is there a few programs that do not coincide well with Domo's importing features. Luckily was able to meet my business needs once speaking with a helpful representative
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Domo we are able to pull information from multiple sources, extrapolate the key information and create cards for certain projects or reports that are needed. The customization within each card for different datasets is the biggest benefit our team has realized.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Domo is an excellent program with features for any user's needs. There is a slight learning curve but the tools and resources available will clearly list resolutions to your problems. There are resources available in numerous formats to meet whichever learning style you find you prefer. There are videos, manuals, and step by step instructions that can be easily found in the help center. I highly recommend using the help features as they will help in your growing knowledge of the program.

What do you like best about the product?
The graphs make everything very easy to break down and dig into data. This allows me to look at my business in a more analytical way.
What do you dislike about the product?
It often takes 30 minutes to an hour to get real time updates. Sometimes when i go to export a graph the information is incorrect and even not my data. This can be difficult because I have to present weekly to my manager on how my stats are going.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It pulls the information on opportunities, deals, and lost deals from my companies CRM.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would highly suggest DOMO. If you have a shaky CRM and are looking for a better way to report on your business, from a numbers standpoint I would definitely recommend DOMO.

easily understandable with ability to drill down
What do you dislike about the product?
filtering can be difficult when you have to add additional filters to drill down but can be solved if the admins set it uo correctly
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
easily viewing business stats across teams
Recommendations to others considering the product:
if you leverage business stats to help people prioritize domo is drastically better than other competitors

What do you like best about the product?
Easy implementation. Tons of connectors make it easy connect data to Domo. New features added every year.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be a bit buggy in some areas when building cards ( charts). The bugs are usually short lived as Domo is always releasing updates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a single source of data to use throughout the company.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure your data/connector is available to get your data into Domo. We had to write a ton of sql queries to get what we needed into Domo from Oracle as their was no direct connector.
