Intuitive UI and Great UX, But Needs More Data Connectors
What do you like best about the product?
The user interface is very easy to use and intuitive, standard BI functionality in place with a better user experience overall

I wish it has better connectors when it comes to integrating data with other vendor systems

Domo provides great data visualization and insights that call for action to business users

This product offers a wide range of features that can be utilized for various purposes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Scratching the service is easy but to get anywhere past that and to take advantage of everything that's in domo you need at least one dedicated person and perhaps a data scientist.

Ease of access for users that aren't as tech-savvy.

Not much bad to say, Domo does a great job pf staying on top of things.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Domo helps to take large amounts of data and relay it to those who need to digest info in a more streamlined fashion.
Insightful Panels and Exciting Updates, But Event Space Needs Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I like the panel with the guests from Live Nation and Bentley Labs - it was a great way to understand how other organizations that are not related to healthcare use DOMO.
I also loved the new updates coming up in DOMO, such the Creating a Table feature, this way we don't have to be exporting data to Excel.

What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I would say that we need more space - or for the overload room to also display the presentation and for the audio to be able to be heard, since it was a little crowded and almost not enough seats for everybody.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use DOMO at our facility to keep track of staff productivity and to get quick, clear insights into how our programs are doing. It helps us pull numbers easily and see what’s working across different areas. The dashboards are easy to use, and having everything in one place makes it simple to stay on top of things. It’s been a really helpful tool for staying organized and making data-driven decisions.

It´s a very intuitive tool, you don´t need to specify ranges and it automatically knows what info to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can get a bit overwhelming while trying to style a chart or graph.

It´s a platform that allows you to visualize and filter data easily.
Intuitive UI and Easy ETLs, But Missing Editable Forms

I love the UI. I find the ETLs and app studio are super easy to understand

There are functionalities that I wish were in domo like editable forms/ tables with check boxes for marking items etc

Data warehousing, data preparation and ETL this helps house and clean our data all in one place
Easy No-Code BI Tool, Perfect for Beginners
What do you like best about the product?
It is an easy no code no-code-based BI tool where people with no background can learn pretty fast. They keep updating their features, data connections so whatever type of data you have, you can connect it to DOMO.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is challenging to organize the datasets or data flows that you create. It also allows you to have duplicate dataset/dataflow names, where you can be confused.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connect the data from different databases and create dashboards and visualizations that help executives to understand the situation of the company in a simple way.
Powerful Coding Features, But Persistent Bugs and AI Focus Frustrate
What do you like best about the product?
I like how coding forward it is with the use of adrenaline and red shift. I also like that beast modes are able to take in sequel a bunch of functions as well as some HTML.

There seem to be a few bugs that are persistent and the over focus on AI instead of fixing these items becomes frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It’s filling in the gaps for our BI reporting The compatibility allows us to share our data to our clients pretty seamlessly
Beautiful Visualizations and Easy Cards, But Struggles with Large Data Sets
What do you like best about the product?
I think that the visualizations are aesthetically pleasing and the cards are generally easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Working with large amounts of data can be difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Domo is helping us to create dashboards that help to paint the picture of the data. It is also helping us to track KPIs and improve team performance.
Intuitive and Insightful, But New Billing Model Disappoints
What do you like best about the product?
Very user friendly. Intuitive menus, allows for customers to engage in self-exploration. Drill-down capability to see additional insights is very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like the new consumption billing model.

It helps decision-makers see their risks. It gets real-time information into more hands and is easy for them to consume.
