Streamlined Data Insights with Room for Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I like how Domo allows for quick, automated, real-time data access that everyone can see and work on together, ensuring we're all on the same page for optimizing our marketing. It's easy for those without data backgrounds to understand how to build and use data. The data I can get and use is really limitless with Domo, and I can put all my data together to get a complete picture from both the technical and business sides. Domo is much easier for non-data specific users and offers better real-time data compared to what we used before. The initial setup was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Domo has bugs. I want my documentation from one column to follow through all of the ETLs with that column. I want better visibility into my cloud connections and ensuring things are running correctly from Domo. I want sandbox and dev to talk better to each other. I want the run times to be automatically synced between instances and I want better governance between my instances directly from Domo rather than having to create them myself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Domo allows for quick, automated, real-time data sharing, helping my team stay on the same page. I connect to various datasets, creating dataflows and dashboards to evaluate marketing and accounts effectively.
Efficient Data Cleaning with Room for Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I really like how Magic ETL in Domo makes coding so much easier for me. It saves me time when cleaning data and is great for joining datasets. These features make data visualization and preparing data for work a lot smoother.
What do you dislike about the product?
The forms feature doesn’t work for me and I have a ticket with engineering open. Haven’t heard back in almost a month though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Domo for data visualizations and cleaning. It helps track tasks and present results to non-technical leadership. Magic ETL makes coding easier and saves me time when cleaning and joining datasets.
Versatile Dashboard Features That Elevate Data Visualization

Domo has good features which can be used to develop all kinds of visual dashboard.
What do you dislike about the product?
When we integrate Domo with our data source, we have to upload flat file to the system.

Effortless Data Consolidation with Magic ETL
What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy Domo's Magic ETL, as it really helps a non-programmer like me to build queries and outputs. It's particularly useful for consolidating the data and providing easier-to-read data tables and charts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like some features within ETL to work more like Excel, there are times I have to build larger workarounds to do something that takes 30 seconds in Excel

I use Domo for data analysis and consolidation from multiple sources. It consolidates data and provides easier-to-read tables and charts. The Magic ETL helps me, a non-programmer, build queries and outputs.
Effortless Data Transformation, Needs Better Analyzer
What do you like best about the product?
I love using Domo for its functionality that allows me to perform complex data transformations without needing to write long queries, which significantly simplifies my workflow. The data visualization tools are remarkable, as they enable me to deliver cleanly displayed data to business leaders, enhancing the effectiveness of my presentations. The MagicETL and DataFlows features are particularly valuable, as they automate my transformed datasets, thus saving me a lot of time and effort. The use of tiles instead of lines of code is a brilliant feature, as it makes managing tasks much more manageable and less overwhelming. Additionally, I find learning the Admin components of Domo quite easy, which suggests a user-friendly interface. These aspects collectively contribute to my positive experience with Domo.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the Analyzer tool limited, lacking in options and functionality that I need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Domo to perform complex data transformations without writing long queries, and its data visualization tools help me present clean data to business leaders. The MagicETL/DataFlows automate my datasets, saving time and making data management easier.
Always improving & extending their toolkit!
What do you like best about the product?
The platform makes it easy to create and duplicate content, which I find very convenient. The wide range of connectors simplifies the process of linking data sources. I also appreciate the available AI tools and training resources, which are quite helpful. Ultimately, it is great to see that they are consistently enhancing and expanding their toolkit.
What do you dislike about the product?
The introduction of new features, or changes to existing ones, is often not communicated clearly, which can occasionally result in dataflows or cards breaking. Additionally, the training resources are sometimes outdated, making the training process slower and more confusing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Domo simplifies the process of unifying and merging our data from multiple sources, which supports more sustainable cross-analysis. The ability to automate report delivery, along with the new option to create agentic workflows that summarize insights, has enhanced both the transparency and the practical use of our data resources. This, in turn, is helping to drive a more data-driven strategy and foster greater cross-collaboration throughout the company.
Easy Start with Magic ETL, But Agent Catalyst Needs Clarity
What do you like best about the product?
Magic ETL made it so easy to jump in as a new user and new to data analytics.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometime things are easier to do than others. I want to use the Agent Catalyst but am having trouble figuring it out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're gaining insights into parts of our business that we've never had before. We also have consistent measurement of KPIs across our organization.
Domo Excels at Data Centralization and Visualization, Constantly Improving User Experience
What do you like best about the product?
Domo makes it extremely easy to centralize your data. Then it doubles dow to make it easy to visualize and tell the story of the data. Domo continues to push the bar higher and higher by continually communicating with their customers and innovating based on that communication.
What do you dislike about the product?
A lot of the dislikes get fixed. Such as the number of clicks to work inside of app studios is being reduced dramatically soon with the new beta update.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Domo allows us to easily embed into our platform for our clients to use. Making it easy to update and fix bugs inside of Domo that immediately reflect to our clients.
Great Product Team, But Credit Management Needs Improvement

Product team always takes recommendations into consideration and new releases

Credit consumption is not too user friendly especially for companies that serve multiple clients

Powerful Visuals and Support, but Pricing Can Be Tricky
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of creating the visuals and a number of features that can help end users to tell a compelling story. It's easy to implement the solution from integrations to publishing the content. Great customer support helps to get answers to any technical questions quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing model that can get complex and difficult to manage budgets.

Creating compelling visuals for executive reporting and making business decisions.
