What do you like best about the product?
It is a great way to get data out to your entire organization so that no matter what a users posistion, they are able to make informed data-backed decisions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features are not fully baked or as robust as some other BI platforms. Such as period over period which is super basic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has solved the problem of data being hidden in a database. It has helped make peoples jobs easier.

What do you like best about the product?
DOMO has improved many aspects of our business, from getting our reporters more engaged in how their stories perform, to using math and stats to predict when a customer may be at risk for churning. DOMOs flexibility makes almost anything possible, a joy to work with
What do you dislike about the product?
The streaming API has been causing us a lot of issues with our live data feed, still trying to get that solved
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I built a stat model to predict when customers are likely to cancel their subscriptions with us, marketing now loves me lol

You wont regret it, go for it

Manage up with Domo

What do you like best about the product?
Domo helps me think creatively about data and helps me manage up to executives. I can bring relevant contributions to important conversations because I can digest the data in visual, actionable ways.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to be able to make cosmetic updates to cards in batch. For example, I need to write a description for 50 cards - I want to be able to write it once, maybe insert a variable like [Title of Card], and update multiple cards at once. Or configure a quick filter for multiple cards at once. If they're on the same data set I should be able to do that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting data out of a pdf packet and onto people's screens and phones with beautiful visuals. Personally, I have managed my way up into a new role by stepping up as MajorDomo. I have shown my value by helping us get value out of this great product.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Start small with a plan that has a few easy wins. Learn to use the software and features well before doing a big rollout. Utilize the Dojo user community for support from other users and Domo staff.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use interface (Magic ETL), different levels of data visualization customized to the individual viewer, quick, mobile, real time
What do you dislike about the product?
Inability to save filters, limitations of social licensing and scheduled reports
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting the business of of old, excel data
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Have a good idea of what types of problems you are trying to solve in your business. We had Domo up and running in our business within a week of becoming customers, and those first few days of consulting were invaluable. Domo has a huge variety of features.

NetSuite connector is Amazing

What do you like best about the product?
The connection to NetSuite was not super easy to configure (never is, apparently), but it wasn't horrible, and once it was connected it was amazing! It's going to make my job a LOT easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Domo is going to create a lot of work because we have some much that will need to be re-written in Domo. Good, and bad.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connecting to NetSuite and making sense of that data is a big one. Easy connectors to AWS is a big plus, and will make all our integration with Amazon easier. Tableau is good, but has a high bar to entry and hasn't been well adopted so far. I think Domo will be easier to implement.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try it out, get a demo. So far we are really impressed.

What do you like best about the product?
The visuals are catchy and the chart builder is pretty easy to use. Selecting the chart type was the biggest surprise for how many options there are and how the chart types are grouped together.
What do you dislike about the product?
The part I like the least is the effort it's going to take to move over from another tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Delivering daily dashboards, which we have been unable to do build quickly by coding efforts.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Domo seems to have a good implementation for bridging the gap between engineering and and preparing data for doing analytics.

What do you like best about the product?
Domo makes it easy to visualize KPIs and measure performance on those KPIs. It is a great tool for aligning internal marketing teams as well as with other teams such as sales. It is impressive on the amounts of types and sources of data you can bring into domo
What do you dislike about the product?
Two of my biggest issues revolved around sharing data sources and customized dashboards for presentation on a TV. Domo must of heard my issues, because they just announced solutions at Domopalooza 2018
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Marketing KPI measurement. Sales and Marketing SLA reporting

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, support is great, and the Dojo Community is worth their weight in gold! All in all, this platform is helping us to deliver data to our teams tht help them gauge performance and how welll they're performing against goals, inform team players oif their personal achievements, and provide insight on how they can improve
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to dislike, to be honest! Their are improvements that can be made, but the ease with which to reauest these improvements is great, and we constantly see updates to enhance the user experience which often times address things tht we'd like to see done!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Call center performance through KPI's and real-time monitoring, sales goals, and so much more.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to easily connect to many data source, quickstarts out of the box, and our great consulting team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not as much about Domo, but my ability to do some custom calculations and coding isn't up to par so am unable to fully utilize beast modes and so on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving visibility issues and our marketing effectiveness. Domo has become our single source of truth for those metrics, but also CRM funnel metrics.

What do you like best about the product?
By far the lowest barrier to entry. Start connecting data immediately.
Visualizations are beautiful. Analtyics for the masses.
What do you dislike about the product?
Dataset management can quickly become difficult to manage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting the right information to the right people at the speed of business. Now focused on predictive indicators instead of lagging indicators.

Buy it!
