Great Business Management Platform

What do you like best about the product?
Not just about slick visuals. DOMO is about unifying our data so that we can drive action.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cost to scale can be changeling. There are ways to get creative and get users what they need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Better access to data for our users. Now it's quick and easy. They can get answers to their business questions, make a decision, and get back to running the business.

Domo is quick and elegant.

What do you like best about the product?
Domo has enough horsepower on the backend to power our queries and visualizations without our users sitting and staring at a "Loading" symbol. Domo also delivers its products elegantly, with clean interfaces and intuitive structure.
What do you dislike about the product?
We've struggled with being unable to see the downstream dependencies of our datasets, i.e. if we need to change a dataset we don't know what it will break until it breaks. I hope this might be changed with the "Data Lineage" product release announced today.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're delivering personal KPIs directly to our staff instead of them waiting to see their performance during quarterly sit-downs with their managers.

What do you like best about the product?
The Domo team, including their BigSquid partner, has been fantastic in getting us up and running, maximizing our use of Domo and making sure our expectations were met 100%. The team is not only high-caliber, but fun to work with.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to dislike about Domo. Last year the apps were challenging to get going with, but this year looks like Domo listened and is making apps a priority. And wowing us in the process.
Management of dataflows and datasets can get unruly. Looking forward to a classification / folder architecture that would help us categorize.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Why our customer base is churning... insights are allowing us to predict which customers will leave us and which ones won't..

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use, intuitive interface, and wide array of features.
What do you dislike about the product?
The inability to create interactivity across cards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are addressing clinical latency using data and insights. We have already used Domo to bring about transformative change in several clinical processes.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
You will not regret your investment. However, you want to have some use cases for use up front and be ready for more initiatives once your work is recognized.
