Data structure limitations in amount of data that can be included in a magic ETL flow
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Business performance dashboards, knowledge repositories for client self-service. Realized the ability for additional operational collaboration is very strong within the tool.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use it to make business operations easier in addition to answering business questions.

I really like how many different ways you can apply the tool.

There are a number of obvious, easy tweaks that I think would make it much easier to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are pulling together usage data and segmenting based on customer characteristics.
Love the flexibility and ease of use of Domo!

Ease of use, flexibility, easy to convince business partners to adopt it

Not easy to change cards from one dataset to another and maintain data integrity (Beast Mode, drill downs, etc.)

Domo Makes Sense
What do you like best about the product?
It's generally intuitive and easy to use. Once you begin using Domo you'll instantly recognize how many other use cases your company has for the tool. Each use case can help you automate a manual process or provide valuable insight into data.
Domo feels like a safe tool to trust your data with. If a dataset gets some how gets messed up it's easy to revert back to an old version.

What do you dislike about the product?
Performance in the analyzer can be a bit laggy when working with large data sets. Nothing outrageous but I'd like it to be a little more responsive at times. Alerts, while nice, aren't customizable enough. I like that you can always get a support person on the phone ASAP but getting fixes in can sometimes be slow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've built countless cards and dashboards for use across the company that had provided tremendous insight into previously opaque data.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Be cautious when making initial decisions in regards to your Domo data structure/infrastructure. You'll have to live with this structure unless you decide to redo it all.
Great Data Visualization
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to understand data within Domo. You can set things up exactly how you need to see them and compare things that make sense for your org
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that if you go into the table mode it doesn't give you all the numbers and I have to manually add them up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm better able to understand the data we are gathering and make smart decisions based on what I see
DOMO has made using reports more efficient and convenient
What do you like best about the product?
Reports are faster to run and easier to access. Data is also updated in real time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Format was a little confusing at first, after using for months it has become more understandable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to run reports much faster and view data in real time. Some reports that we ran prior to using domo took several minutes to load, DOMO reports pull up in seconds

DOMO makes storing and reporting data more efficient and accessible. All reports are stored in one location for ease of use.
Fast implementation and fast ROI
What do you like best about the product?
I love that we were able to get started with little to know technical knowledge or resources.
What do you dislike about the product?
Now that Domo has matured from their initial startup phase, the support isn’t as robust as it used to be.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to combine finance, sales and marketing data
A Great Data Solution
What do you like best about the product?
I love that all of our data is in one system for data visualization. The option to edit charts is fantastic.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't love that it's not easy to add new charts. I'm a sub-user of the master user that creates the charts, so I don't have full access.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to see in a more real time pattern, when performance doesn't look normal. This has been a huge win for us, because it allows us to find a possible issue before it becomes a huge issue.

Domo is a great tool to use if you have vast amounts of data that needs to be organized and read quickly to make business decisions.
Great data visualization software for sales team
What do you like best about the product?
It's a nice way for the entire sales team to visualize progress towards sales goal. It's not the most advanced data tool but it's a hell of a lot better than looking at spreadsheets! We keep DOMO up at all times on a TV monitor in the sales area.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some folks on our team would like to be able to go in and see their specific data and it's more of a tool to see it from a birds eye view.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the problem of not being on the same page in terms of goals and progress. There are a lot of ways to look at our data that Domo allows us to do that we wouldn't have otherwise thought of. It makes sense of a lot of data for us!

I've never used a different data visualization software but Domo works great for us a sales team.
Robust BI Visualization Platform
What do you like best about the product?
Domo is a BEAST, especially considering one of it's more appreciated features Beastmode. The ability to create new data points based on calculations, and incorporate into visualizations is fantastic. The breadth of visualizations enables a variety of business questions to be answered with ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
The data connectivity is a very robust but can be a little overwhelming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are finally beginning to scope how to gauge the impact of omni-channel marketing.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Upon vetting report visualization platforms, we were pleasantly surprised at the value Domo provides, given the breadth of its capabilities.
