How Domo is useful

What do you like best about the product?
Card visualizations are very pretty, there are lots of options. The UX is great, very easy to use and intuitive. Customer support is good, responsive, helpful. The drag & drop ELT has some good options for non-SQL coders and for SQL coders to replace time intensive coding such as pivoting and collapsing datasets.
What do you dislike about the product?
The dashboard is a set of tiles called cards that is not as great a some other dashboards that allow you to create a grid system. To get this style requires an app. Not all the connectors get the required data and manual data pulls are still required (Adwords being one of them, but they do have a nice script tutorial).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to pull data together from various sources and transform them into a cohesive dataset that would otherwise take time to do. Automating the dataflow rather than build an analysis every time saves time and allows more analysis.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Requires a full time admin that can code in SQL. Get top-down support to drive adoption.

What do you like best about the product?
Endless ways to visualize data. Insightful information and notifications. Real-time data
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some limitations in the functionalities, but Domo has been fixing it lately.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visualizing data, looking for trends, alerting e-staff
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Great tool, pretty easy to use, especially for those who are familiar with SQL. Domo has also significantly improved in the last couple years. They have built out all the functionalities that we were missing and even more. Excited about their AI.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how every thing is organized in decks and we can set them up however we want to get actionable insights
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a bit confusing for a new person if there's too many decks available
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reporting and Analytics. Better able to see what product lines are working, what specialties and doctors need to be focused on, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like that Domo brings all of your system data into one place and makes it visually easy to digest. It allows for multiple systems to be brought under one umbrella so you can have everything at your fingertips to again better insights and make better business decisions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the actual reports and views can be confusing at points, but just takes some getting used to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Great place to centralize data from many sources to quickly visualize what is happening across the business

What do you like best about the product?
it's the most easy tool i have ever used. it's easy and neat, most importantly, it got the job done very fast. and it will not require a ton of training to get your hands on, unlike other tools. you can just show it to your colleague and spent 10 mins and they will love it.
What do you dislike about the product?
not that comprehensive, and being a easy use tool it has lots of limitation too.

What do you like best about the product?
Domo is a few iterations of a tool we have been looking for. We were having some problems with other solutions and poor reporting features but Domo came through to help us get a little bit closer

Not much at this point. Newer to the product so not sure on the limitations if any for our teams

click click click - all it need it click. most simply use, tool for everyone. especially for those who dont like coding and query

too simply. it's more like a start up tool that allows basic functionality.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use (for experienced users) and visualisations that are made available
What do you dislike about the product?
For users who are not experienced in writing SQL queries, the learning curve can be quite steep.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sharing data with stakeholders. Custom reports can be generated and executive teams can be included in report/metric dissemination.

What do you like best about the product?
The graphing and dashboarding is really simple and clean. The design is vibrant and makes things like checking call stats more appealing. The UI is very easy to master and intuitive. It only takes a few minutes of playing around to understand it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how laggy it is. Unfortunately for my team of 30 its a big lagging. Granted it's tracking a lot and is up to date enough but if it was closer to real time than that would be nice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Domo solves productivity tracking and metrics tracking for sales. It helps my team know where we stand and where we need to pick it up in order to make our goals.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
In order to get the best user experience, close tabs that are not necessary for you to view all the time.

I like being able to track our NCNS rates and fill rates.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think there needs to be more filters for domo cards

Using Domo has helped me track each market and their ability to successfully fill shifts.
