What do you like best about the product?
Love receiving weekly reports that show my progress against company goals.
What do you dislike about the product?
It seems a bit arduous to change charts if they don't represent what we need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Super clean and visually appealing interface, useful insights.

It's so easy to find all the information I need, with no clutter.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have control over the customization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can see revenue and split it out by the biggest buyers - sales intelligence.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Think about which cards you need - don't fill your Domo with useless things.

What do you like best about the product?
best data management software i have ever used. It has real time reports that don't need to be run by the IT team and i think that is what i like best about it. There is no need to download any desktop software unless you have SQL based data sources that require a local login to authenticate.
What do you dislike about the product?
pretty weird pricing, isn't seem to be interested in low budget deals,. It charges 25,000 minimum to start with their software and then it also adds a hefty price per user. It's a little clumsy user access roles and one must have some knowledge of SQL for commands required.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
data management and used as a self service business intelligence tool. We focused on web based tools to quickly set up data connectors and begin business analysis.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Domo is a great business tool for analysis and with some thorough training, an organization could really take advantage of the features it offers. It helps make more informed and calculated business decisions.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, puts all of my data in an easy to read and share place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would appreciate more functionality and features. Sometimes, the data lags.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're getting a single source of truth for all of our information. It's changed how we approach out data.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Do your research, bring your questions to the table. Domo is great at user support and utilizing customer feedback.

Powerful tool, powerful results - the middle part is tricky

What do you like best about the product?
DOMO's reporting tool provides enough guidance and flexibility to create rich BI dashboards and data narratives. It plays well with a broad spectrum of data types and presents a polished finished product with minimal fuss.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some data is easier to wrangle than others. Geodata, in particular, is very arcane to work with.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I needed consolidated reporting from multiple platforms, and data views not shown by standard platform reporting.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure you have broad licensing for internal users to consume the data.

What do you like best about the product?
The clear, simplistic layout of Domo encourages me to approach tasks quickly and understand how much I have on my plate.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that there is no ability to turn anonymous on chat when I need to get some work done.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are resolving issues in terms of cross team communication and better understanding between teams of how to use our products.

Flexible and straight forward

What do you like best about the product?
Domo is easily customized and the graphics are pleasant and digestible. I strongly enjoy the ease of being able to drill down into the data on every level. Domo easily puts all of our data in the same place and that makes using the system more beneficial.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am still learning how to navigate through the system, it can be confusing if you don't have a dictionary for all of the terms/metrics used. When drilling down a dictionary for the options would be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is easy to understand our sales funnel and how our marketing tactics are performing. I have been able to use the graphics in presentations that easily illustrate the point I am trying to get across. Without DOMO I would spend countless hours creating graphs or charts that represent the data in a helpful way.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use the data that is being provided. Use the people who can interpret the data and pull information from it. It is important to understand all the information that is being gathered in domo. Filtering through it can help realize very critical information!

What do you like best about the product?
It is pretty good. I like to be able to see dashboards and such in one place. Also, it is great to be able to see visually metrics very fast..... My whole sames team uses it and we build all of our presenations off of it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that it is sometimes hard to navigate the UI and such. I dont aways know where to find the specific metrics that I need. However, I know that a lot of people like it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Able to see metrics very fast and visualize exactly what is going on with dashboards and such. We use it to have all of the information in one place and such.
