What do you like best about the product?
Low-skill employees can deliver so much value!
What do you dislike about the product?
Some basic excel functionality does not exist in Domo.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Answering complex business problems.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try it before you buy it, and you will buy it. :)

What do you like best about the product?
Very user friendly, overall easy to use, quick way to analyze data.
What do you dislike about the product?
Beastmode is difficult to understand at times for a finance professional like myself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Understand and predict the business in a timely matter.

It is a great visual analytics tool to manage the business and make decisions.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy visualization. Ease of use. Excited for the new year over year comparisons and the data notations. Two big items on my list!

More comprehensive training modules.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of creating cards and how easy they are to share.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that it feels cluttered after awhile and requires a lot of energy to organize.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, card builder, data connectors, company vision
What do you dislike about the product?
Waiting for things like YoY that has been a long time in coming. Seeing great new features at Domopalooza and then having to wait for the features to be released. The ease of use and prettiness is there but some of the robust analysis features are lacking. However, we're finally starting to see some of those. Getting Domo used throughout the organization is easier said then done, especially with users that don't have much experience with data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking all data related to running an E-commerce business. We've put data into the hands of key stakeholders that have not had real-time data access before. That has been huge for us. People are making key decisions without having to wait on our development team to run the queries.

What do you like best about the product?
Innovative attitude of the company. They seem like Apple during the 80s.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike at this time. Still trying to get up to speed
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
While we may use Domo for some internal use, our main reason for working with Domo is to make things easier for our clients to use our data.

What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to take multiple saved searches across multiple tables with 100s of thousands of rows and have Domo instantly pit out the analytics I need to get proactive insights into my business. I love how integrated Domo is with NetSuite and our other business software systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not dislike anything about Domo. I love the direction it is heading.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to get actionable data insights.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Domo is the best system out there for bringing multiple sets of data together for very powerful BI anlalytics and business strategy decisions.

What do you like best about the product?
As a new user, I like the ability to be up and running quickly and creating new reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having to search for Google Analytics instead of it just popping up in apps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Trying to build a 360 view of the consumer. Have a great start already.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy of use of data aggregation and ETL.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a bit daunting for a non SQL expert to accomplish some things in Beast Mode or SQL data transformations which are almost always required.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are trying to improve sales and our supply chain. So analyzing data to gain insights in how to better market our products and price them would be helpful.

table creation capability is limited, have to ask for connectors, client service is light based on our size
