Leadership-friendly business tool
What do you like best about the product?
Helps create user-friendly, engaging, data-driven visuals to inspire executives to take action. Relatively easy to use, with a slight learning curve to get data loaded in the most efficient way.
What do you dislike about the product?
The terminology can be confusing at first. For example, "Beast Mode" is basically a SQL tool, but it takes a while to understand what Domo is getting at. Once you learn the language it makes more sense.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Domo to track the top of the funnel from every dimension. Our sales and marketing teams work together to increase the quantity and quality of inbound leads and determine ROI of different lead sources.

Development Class was great but not enough time with each topic. Look forward to next year with more extensive classes

Classroom was small and not a lot of room to move around

Getting data to users, executives, and board quickly
Good dash-boarding tool with decent customer and developer support.
What do you like best about the product?
Clean interface, good support, and diverse dashboarding tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, customer support can make obvious suggestions that may have been part of the troubleshoot description. Lacking support for local .csv files, while supporting excel files. Visual overhauls far and few between.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Domo helps us keep track of all revenue streams and various other APIs. Domo is decent tool for keeping and tracking live streaming data.

Domo is very straightforward and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some parts of the UI are unintuitive and why can't you upload CSVs?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We make all our data statistics transparent and visible. With everyone able to monitor what is going on, we are better at making decisions for the company.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you learn all the ins and outs of Domo, it can be very powerful. Make sure to utilize all its features.

As a business user, Domo provides a power tool that is easy to load data and perform in-depth analysis.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest down fall of Domo is that it does not currently provide an easy method to perform Period over Period analysis. Also, ability to create table based reports is also some what complicated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Domo is currently being used for a variety of sales reporting, inventory analysis, as well as sourcing analysis.

Data is organized in a way that I can take my data to most anyone and show them a visual analysis!

Not integrated easily integrated into other platforms that we tend to be using.

What do you like best about the product?
Domo is highly customizable across all of your different sales and marketing platforms. DOMO has many quickstarts to help you connect your different data sources and start visualizing your data immediately.
What do you dislike about the product?
Initial setup can be a bit daunting. There's a learning curve, but DOMO is there to help along the way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Domo to aggregate all of our different data sources for Sales, Marketing and IT.

Great customer service, quick to answer any questions you may have. They hold your hand through implementation and are very knowlegeable across the organization.
