What do you like best about the product?
The fact it’s user friendly but also super expensive. They support you when you need help answer every single question

Nothing so far I enjoy Domo. Credits and ai could be worked upon price wise

What do you like best about the product?
Domo has become the simplest and most advanced cloud data integration, reporting and insights one stop shop for our company and my team. It allows us to seamlessly connect to data sources and derive actionable insights that enable effective business decisions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some complexities like federated datasets, promoting and publishing datasets to instances
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Media planning, campaign optimization, measurement of KPIs to increase revenue.

What do you like best about the product?
Data democratization! Since DOMO started being used by our team all users in sales and marketing can quickly build their own card to answer a data question, or we can very quickly get the answer they need from my team. Magic ETL is a game changer for anyone wanting to transform data.
What do you dislike about the product?
If someone changes a card that you haven’t locked for changes it is very hard to “restore” to the original. It is hard also to find that spot that shows who changed the card.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing all our sales teams to view their results quickly, and accurately using personal data permissions PDP where needed

Intuitive UI, Effortless Data Integration
What do you like best about the product?
I like the intuitive UI of Domo because all of the features appear where you'd expect them to be. It's very well-designed software with a simple setup for bringing all of your data. The connectors, particularly the Snowflake connector, are well-designed. I also really enjoy being able to use the SQL tile and query our Snowflake instance directly from Magic ETL. The initial setup of Domo was very easy, and I'm happy that I can access our data from our Centralized Data Platform (Snowflake).
What do you dislike about the product?
The Mobile experience from the Mobile App. My data often doesn't display in the App. The issue that displays is 'Preview Unavailable'.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Domo to present data to stakeholders and create new data features. It solves accessing our data from Snowflake, simplifying our data integration with its Snowflake connector and SQL tile in Magic ETL.
Domo is a great all in one data experience.
What do you like best about the product?
I love how Domo integrates warehouse, transformation and analytics tools into one product.
What do you dislike about the product?
Introductions of new features sometimes confuses the use cases for other existing features. Sometimes older features are neglected in favor of new solutions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Domo solves the problems of my organization in particular because of how many data sources we have and how disparate they are. Domo allows us to easily unify those.
DOMO has been a great tool for NAP to aggregate data in many different systems!
What do you like best about the product?
I like that DOMO is extremely user friendly and easy to use. Without DOMO, our 5+ systems have no way of "talking" and creating meaningful dashboards. DOMO aggregates all the data (often times with pre-built connections) and turns all of our data into insightful visual graphics that are utilized to make important decisions within our company. In addition, DOMO became a solution for a universal spot to house all of our company's treasury info when Excel just wasn't cutting it. Treasury solutions such as Gtreasury and Kyriba were quoted to us in the 10's of $1,000s of dollars. This is not something that we have in the budget. The next best thing was creating a one stop shop in DOMO and it has been a game changer as it has accurately shown us fees over time, account features, and account information. I always refer to DOMO as Power BI on steroids :)
What do you dislike about the product?
DOMO is a great product and I don't have much to say negatively about it! I think sometimes it can be a little difficult to understand how to create dashboards and get data to display the way you want it to. However, once you get the hang of it things are actually pretty user friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
DOMO has solved two big problems for us. 1.) In the real estate industry we are required to use many different ERP systems. As a result visibility across platforms can be a challenge. DOMO does an excellent job of aggregating all of this data in one spot and then we are able to do apples to apples comparisons of different properties across the portfolio.
2.) Treasury management is another challenge in the real estate industry. We are often times required to use different banking partners based on debt. As a result we begin compiling quite a collection of different banking partners. We have over 100 accounts in approximately 10 banks. It becomes hard to keep track of everything. We looked into treasury management solutions and the cost didn't make sense to us. DOMO was the perfect solution to aggregate all of our data and detail signer info, account features, and many other data points all in one spot.
