What do you like best about the product?
Real-time data connectors that connect the business data to decision makers
What do you dislike about the product?
Limited, but growing, data exploration capabilities
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Domo to manage our business from the executive level to the operational level. It's helped organize our meetings and decision making around our business data.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Do your homework and make sure you have executive sponsorship within the organization. Without solid executive sponsorship adoption will be limited.

Aesthetics and ease of use make this an easy product to share with others at my org

Some of the occasional bugs really get in the way

integrating multiple data sources and democratizing the data throughout the org

What do you like best about the product?
I like the versatility of domo. It combines power visualization, powerful processing and powerful programming capabilities that allow you to dig deep into your data.
What do you dislike about the product?
Domo tends to run slow for larger data-sets on the computers we use for work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are still setting up our instance/ dashboards for relevant teams so we aren't at that point yet.
Awesome Event
What do you like best about the product?
Great vendors, great giveaways, excellent breakout session options - very happy with entire event. Oh and who can forget SKI Day! (I say this as it's currently dumping snow outside!) Highly recommend this well-thought out event.
What do you dislike about the product?
NA - I enjoyed everything about it . !!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are actually a Gold Sponsor but we use Domo at NetSuite and also partner for our clients.

Great product and great service. Integrates with NetSuite well.

I like how domo takes all of my data and centralizes it into 1 place for me to look at. I like how I can filter datasets too.
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing I can think of at the moment. Was a little tedious to get trained on how to start using.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the connectivity. It is easy to see everything all in one centralized place.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing specific that comes to mind. I am fairly new at using Domo, so there is still some confusion for me, but I imagine a lot of that will go away as I become more familiar.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connecting marketing and sales data. The benefit is that I can pull data from Marketo and Salesforce and have everything in one place for both departments to utilize.

I love using domo as a data extract tool. It helps us easily visualize data for different purposes; sales, research, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think some training would be helpful to better navigate the dashboard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to take data and put it in an easy to view dashboard.

Domo provides incredible insights to help us run both our business and our clients' businesses. We haven't met a data source we cannot connect to. For the marketing use case, they're second to none.

No issues so far-they have a great product and partner strategy

Real time, proactive management of leading indicators

Inability to be able to filter or search on date null values

Production throughput analytics and and ability to be alerted to issues as soon as they happen

Do it, but have a plan before you start
Makes data gorgeous but not historical

It make data digestible at many different levels and departments

you can not take snapshots in time for historic trends
