DOMO is decent easy to learn UI but slow for large data
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to learn and understand user interface, easy to navigate for executive leaders and people on mobile and on the go, easy to connect to other data sources, platform to connect with other users in different areas
What do you dislike about the product?
Buzz can sometimes not be helpful, processing can be slow for large datasets, limited functionality for pivot tables, auto-saving would be a nice feature to not lose work, no access to unlicensed users outside of the org
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to see charts and trends on the go at any time and any place and close to real time, to make decisions and pivot as necessary. Trying to solve problem of having multiple sources of truth to having single sources of truth and consolidated dashboard views
Nice BI tool - could do with some improvements
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use. Lots of options to import data. Dataflows are a boon. Lots of options when it comes to visualizations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Beast mode could do with some improvements and added features. Also more flexibility in designing dashboards is desirable. For example, Tableau has a free flow structure for the elements in a dashboard. In Domo, it is limited to a frame.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating cards and dashboards for different teams - it's easy to create, use and manage. Also maintaining datasets is easier as updating and storing them is a walk in the park.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If budget is a constraint and you're looking for some easy to use BI tool, then DOMO is your answer. But if you need more features, more freedom and want to create much more visually appealing dashboards, then go for some other tool like Tableau.

What do you like best about the product?
End users can make their own dashboards and reports. Which is sharing too hence eliminates communication gap.
What do you dislike about the product?
It requires hardware knowledge, which is quiet difficult. Hence required detailed user manual
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since it is self service platform, data manipulation and reporting along with chats and alerts helps in boosting business scope

Since data data sensitivity is checked every time, user is free to try more options utill his satisfaction

What do you like best about the product?
I like it because with Domo I can share relevant tables or data tables with my coworkers during events or conferences. It is also i to emphasize that statistical analyzes are very easy to use and especially read. Domo is excellent for customization, because it is very easy to configure the startup pages. Moreover, this software offers types of graphics for any type of taste or data visualization needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
It should be noted that the text format is a bit overwhelming specifically at the time of having an accurate description. I would also like to note that the functionality of the dynamic tables is a bit limited. And it would be great if the dome SQL code is minus demanding than other programs of its competition.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are very satisfied with the work that Domo has been doing in our organization, we are basically benefiting from the fact that we can connect google spreadsheets with the software and in this way we can integrate the data with any company. We can also view and monitor emails in the last month and when users opened the email.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend this software because of the need today to maintain data connectivity and synchronization of emails with companies. I am completely sure that 1 in 3 users are looking for alternatives to achieve better performance in these types of demands and this is where Domo plays a crucial role in meeting the needs. It definitely complies.
Mostly happy with it
What do you like best about the product?
It's a pretty nimble BI tool, for now, and searching for things is pretty easy. Our team has a lot of Domo cards that are really easy to share and help keep the team aligned on key metrics.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be amazing if, when toggling between dashboards, it were easier to carry filters along--for example, if I need to pull data from one specific day across different dashboards, I have to set that filter each time. On big data dives, this can be a little time-consuming

We're keeping the team aligned on key metrics.
Great for pooling all your data together!
What do you like best about the product?
Domo is great for my team because we get to have multiple cards for tracking out progress. This is also ideal for presentations when you need to gather the data really quick!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the site can be a bit clunky and it makes looking things up kind of hard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pulling all or our data into one spot. Easy reporting and tracking for team goals and information.

Domo has several connectors that makes cross functional reporting easy

Formatting charts is not user friendly. Adding data labels and changing axis labels can be easier

What do you like best about the product?
Visibility of Data. It is easy to get a quick glimpse into key data figures
What do you dislike about the product?
Some views are confusing and inaccurate. You really need to have the internal support to make Domo work effectively.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Data analysis, sales KPSs, Business Intelligence; Realized that it is a much better tool to gather reports and real time data than salesforce

Make sure that you have all the internal tools and resources to set up Domo for accurate results
Nice to look and and quick load time but can be clunky
What do you like best about the product?
I like the appearance of the graphs and charts you can make on cards. I find their color scheme very appealing and I like how customize-able their cards are, Things generally tend to load quite quickly too.
What do you dislike about the product?
The behind-the-scenes organization of the data can be quite clunky. Their structure with dataflows and datasets appears smooth at first but with no change control or merging options, makes it quite difficult at times to smoothly manipulate data when multiple developers are working at once. Also the lack of test and stage environments can make roll-outs quite sloppy at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Data visualization both internally and externally to our clients. Presenting their data in a succinct, beautiful way has helped us show them how we're meeting their goals and gain their trust as they scale.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Think through your set-up in great deal before starting to push your data into DOMO. It can be quite cumbersome to make massive changes to structure after your initial data push has gone through. Think about load times and dataset size when considering how to handle large datasets and whether they should be broken up into several sets based on historical versus current data.
Robust-AF, but it takes a LOT to implement
What do you like best about the product?
The software lets you visualize ANYTHING under the sun that you own and is in digital data format.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's been somewhat of a nightmare to get up and running. We have lots of data in a few places but we don't have expertise required to do it on our own. We're learning as best we can, but it's a slow process because we have very limited resources to implement it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Data visualization. We've seen our customer data, income and performance data in ways that are much easier to understand and make actionable.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
We're 50 employees, 4 major softwares with LOTS of data. It's taking us $25k+ and a dedicated employee to implement and it's still going slow. If we wanted to kick it up a notch, it would take another $10k.
