What do you like best about the product?
Fairly easy access, Domo is very self explanatory and has great tutorials
What do you dislike about the product?
I've noticed a lot of glitches while it using this system

Easy to use and organize

What do you like best about the product?
Beautiful interface, lovely UI. Built on solid technology and you can tell once you're using it. Helpful staff to see you through on-boarding, support, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
No one-off (ad hoc) reporting/querying capabilities. That helpful staff that I mentioned as a good thing, can become highly aggressive post-sales for upsells, add-ons, and upgrades. Pricing is all over the map too (others I know that have bought it have shared wildly different price points).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Business Intelligence and visualization of data for primarily reporting purposes.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Would not be my top priority within the BI space. I'd suggest other avenues.
Analytics with flair
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use (for experienced users) and visualisations that are made available
What do you dislike about the product?
For users who are not experienced in writing SQL queries, the learning curve can be quite steep.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sharing data with stakeholders. Custom reports can be generated and executive teams can be included in report/metric dissemination.
DOMO Review
What do you like best about the product?
The graphs make everything very easy to break down and dig into data. This allows me to look at my business in a more analytical way.
What do you dislike about the product?
It often takes 30 minutes to an hour to get real time updates. Sometimes when i go to export a graph the information is incorrect and even not my data. This can be difficult because I have to present weekly to my manager on how my stats are going.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It pulls the information on opportunities, deals, and lost deals from my companies CRM.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would highly suggest DOMO. If you have a shaky CRM and are looking for a better way to report on your business, from a numbers standpoint I would definitely recommend DOMO.

easily understandable with ability to drill down

filtering can be difficult when you have to add additional filters to drill down but can be solved if the admins set it uo correctly

easily viewing business stats across teams
Recommendations to others considering the product:
if you leverage business stats to help people prioritize domo is drastically better than other competitors
User friendly interface
What do you like best about the product?
Easy implementation. Tons of connectors make it easy connect data to Domo. New features added every year.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be a bit buggy in some areas when building cards ( charts). The bugs are usually short lived as Domo is always releasing updates.

We needed a single source of data to use throughout the company.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure your data/connector is available to get your data into Domo. We had to write a ton of sql queries to get what we needed into Domo from Oracle as their was no direct connector.
Domo- Analytics/Reporting
What do you like best about the product?
Domo is very helpful in tracking KPI's for performance metrics. I like the ability to customize your own dashboard of reports to track your weekly, or monthly metrics. It is very visual, which is nice
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think the dashboards are easy to setup/configure on your own. I had to have one of our IT people set it up for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to compare yourself to your colleagues is beneficial from a metrics perspective. Also, being able to assess where you are spending your time in a sales cycle, and which accounts to see if it is paying off is very beneficial
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The real-time updates are not great, they could improve on that. The tool once setup for an individual is very easy and nice to use; however, it would be nice if it was easier to build custom dashboards.
Concise and Appealing
What do you like best about the product?
The graphing and dashboarding is really simple and clean. The design is vibrant and makes things like checking call stats more appealing. The UI is very easy to master and intuitive. It only takes a few minutes of playing around to understand it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how laggy it is. Unfortunately for my team of 30 its a big lagging. Granted it's tracking a lot and is up to date enough but if it was closer to real time than that would be nice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Domo solves productivity tracking and metrics tracking for sales. It helps my team know where we stand and where we need to pick it up in order to make our goals.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
In order to get the best user experience, close tabs that are not necessary for you to view all the time.

I like being able to track our NCNS rates and fill rates.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think there needs to be more filters for domo cards

Using Domo has helped me track each market and their ability to successfully fill shifts.
Great for quick review of data
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to set up, easy to review and quick to provide stats.

Sometimes seems a little too grouped together, graphs and such.

Not used for solving problems, but used to help gauge work productivity between teams.
