One place for all your pixels
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of integrating the pixels and connecting them with your site. Also, it has a great collection of ready to add pixels without creating manually
What do you dislike about the product?
Still needs a lot of automation work. Even though it has a lot of existing pixels that are ready to add, it still needs some manual effort to add them to your site and configure
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Site code looks a lot cleaner now with Tealium doing all the dirty work behind the screens
Solid Tag Management alternative to GTM
What do you like best about the product?
Tealium has proved to be a good alternative to other tag containers on the market.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some templates are outdated and require additional time to be spent implementing tags.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Site tagging for multiple vendors.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
User interface is easy to navigate, tags are easily implemented using built in templates which can be found for most large ad vendors.

What do you like best about the product?
It's a very easy to use tag management solution! Reporting is great as well, which makes it easier to show value to management and justify costs.
What do you dislike about the product?
The event tracking and the modular tracking isn't the best and requires lot of custom code.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Website visits and especially product page analytics.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I think it depends on your use case when selecting between tealium or a different company like google tag manager, if it is not a super complicated use case, tealium does the job.

What do you like best about the product?
Platform is plug N play and easy to access and utilize and integrate into your own analytics tools and platform
What do you dislike about the product?
We did experience one downtime on the platform this year but it was only down for just over an hour.

AudienceStream CDP allows us to do real time analytics of our overall Marketing effectiveness is specific channels and segments

Make sure that you've set aside enough development and implementation time on the front end and use Tealiums integrated professional services whenever possible

What do you like best about the product?
It provides the capability to group disparate data source into meaningful customer profiles, so it make customization of customer experience possible. Besides it is very easy to integrate different data source and set up different attributes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see it add the "call to action" features and alerts. All users to set up "call to action" based on attribute triggers. Once call to action triggers, it send alerts. This way, it builds a strong connection between findings and actions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is very useful to understand customer experience and behavior throughout the journey. It also enable easy testing the effectiveness of marketing campaign and and customer success actions, what works, what doesn't work for each profile group.
Great product to manage 3rd party scripts/tag
What do you like best about the product?
Easiest way to manage 3rd party script/tags. You can turn on/off without needing to change your code base.
What do you dislike about the product?
UI - user interface needs to be improved
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing 3rd party scripts on which we don’t have any control and don’t want to affect page performance in case if they are not loading
A potentially powerful tool but the learning curve is extremely steep
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about the tool is the capability to stitch user data to get a fuller picture of each individual user rather than a segment. From that we're able to create attributes and badges to place people within a segment to have an action trigger in hopes of a successful event.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve is extremely steep and technical. As every company has different needs, we are still trying to find the optimal use and connectors for Tealium .
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are trying to better understand our audience; how they engage with our platforms or consume or content so that we can better feed relevant ads to them in hopes of being more efficient and effective with our ad spend.
Good for creating audiences that are more robust than a DMP

the ability to offload data distribution from the browser to the cloud.

The biggest issue we have found so far is the inability for Tealium to use geolocation in consent manager

the biggest issue we are trying to solve is the performance issues created by so many tags firing on the site
Advanced audience segmentation capabilities
What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to set up audience enrichment and segments within the platform. There are many connectors with other platforms to facilitate flow of data without engineering required.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any particular dislikes for the platform
