Great support and suggestions
What do you like best about the product?
Flexibility of the tool that allows to save up lot of time and reduce risks of bugs using the extensions
What do you dislike about the product?
No chance to download automatically the catalogue of all the implemented tags and no user friendly debugging interface

The tool is very flexible, with lots of extensions that allows the user to save time and customize all of the tags reducing the risk of generating bugs

The interface does not provide you a way to export automatically the catalog of all the tags implemented on the website

The migration from the Google Tag Manager data layer to the Tealium one.

robust tool with a lot of possibilities, with a lot of information about how to set everything up.
What do you dislike about the product?
as the only tag management tool ever used it is difficult to provide anything negative really

providing data to our analytics, several extensions to integrate several system providers.
Easy Tag Management
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to set up extensions, so everything from event tracking on the site to different data ids for tags.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not such a fan of the tricky UI for seeing what data tag is what when assigning the value in the extension

We are collating all of our data in one place and managing it all with the Tealium aws dbs.

Tealium IQ is the most versatile Tag Manager out there
What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility and advanced options are great. Almost every obstacle or feature gives you at least two and often more ways of going about the same task.
What do you dislike about the product?
The other side of the coin is that the vast volume of options also erodes the idea of "best practice" in many cases, as it is more a question of preferences. If you are to get the most out of IQ you need intermediate skills in coding as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are removing scripts from the websites sites and controlling every load and tracking parameter in Tealium IQ, in order to centralize governance and to optimize site performance. Furthermore, IQ facilitates tracking new dimensions and events that would have been very development dependent to establish beore TEalium IQ
Customer segmentation AudienceStream
What do you like best about the product?
A key feature of AudienceStream is the simplicity and the extent of how customers can be segmented to better understand customer behaviour and attributes.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are little downsides to AudienceStream, but like any other CDP tool implementing it requires a level of expertise to set it up correctly. Once set up the system does what it's meant to do.

Tealium AudienceStream is a key tool used by us and our clients in segmenting visitors on websites and mobile apps. Using AudienceStream CDP to create audiences and attributes for targeted marketing and personalisation.

Tealium IQ is transforming our digital experience
What do you like best about the product?
Tealium IQ Management is easy to implement and does not replace our Google Analytics deployment, but instead helps us manage across multiple data sources to build audience and take action on that data. I'd recommend this product to any business that is trying to solve the personalization challenge many of us face.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be difficult for our executives to understand the differences of the various tagging systems and the different roles they play.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Stitching many data sources together in order to learn as much as we can about our customers and provide them the tailored content they want.

TIQ is very intuitive and effective tag and data management tool
What do you like best about the product?
Tealium IQ's interface is very intuitive and the pre-build tag implementation enables none technical marketer to deploy tags effectively without significant IT overhead.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some load time overhead that impacts the overall load time. Even though most of this is due to the third party pixels.

We use TIQ to manage all of our tags and track data across all of our software platforms.
